What do you like best about Achievers?

Achievers is embedded within our company, GM, and it's been working with us for more than 5 years. Over this time, it has helped us to promote a culture of recognizing the help we receive from others and encouraging people to do their best in their work, as we can let them know that their work is key to achieving the business results. What do you dislike about Achievers?

Something I don’t understand very well about Achievers is the way it’s permanently set up for fast and easy recognition of other people. That sounds good in theory, but I still really wonder why I can’t have a full window displaying the content of the recognition I want to create. I know this is intended to be easy to use and fast to do, but sometimes I really want to take the time to write something to a special friend or coworker in the company. So, why does it not have an option to actually make a full screen display for the writing of a recognition? Just as an option, but maintaining the main fast setup. This is something I dislike, to not have the option to take time and focus on writing a recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Achievers solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped us to promote a recognition culture for the work done in the company. It has also helped with other processes such as saving the employee's performance over the year based on the number of recognitions the employee received and the quality of each one.
