I find the filtering options in Textline could be improved. Specifically, filters for date (month and year) and an agent option in the 'Sort by' field are lacking. This makes it difficult to organize and manage the data effectively when completing Audits for my Team of 17 Agents/5 text audits every month per Agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
