**What do you like best about Textline?**

It has a very simple UI and some great features if you take the time to learn. There are so many different things you can do if you are creative. There are a lot of resources to help you learn.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

Occasional service interruptions/carrier violations that can take hours to resolve. Convoluted processes. For the cost, I'd expect better service in tickets and generally across the board we would feel better with a dedicated rep rather than nameless messaging.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unified inboxes and integration with our CRM software make it a breeze to see where people are talking to us. Tags and automations are helpful.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

Very user-friendly and easy to figure out.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

We were having a lot of our texts flagged as spam, so we tried to verify our company through Textline, but it was unsuccessful and ultimately a waste of time and money (I think because the verification process is only for U.S. companies).

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we were using Textline, and the texts were going through, we were using it to reach candidates about their job applications.
