Easy set up. And texting with customers easy to us.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

Price structure and slow load up with pix and when it does not load, have to redo the text from the phone app.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps when customer are not at actual location or when we closed

The option to use a text number on a computer, but that's what Mightytext is for.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

HIDDEN FEES! Unclear expectations and a massive phone bill that is unexplainable. HIDDEN FEES!

**Recommendations to others considering Textline:**

Expect a larger bill than advertised.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The NPS survey would have been useful if it had not cost a new small business nearly $300
