
I appreciate Textline for making the text chat process for customer service and technical issues really helpful and quick. I love that I can come back to the conversation when I have time without worrying about a system timing out. This means I can continue my work and return when I can move forward with the help provided. The biggest benefits for our team are the speed and clarity it brings. I like the shortcuts and dashboard, which help me see information quickly and speed up use. I really love the ability to customize.
