**What do you like best about Textline?**

I use Textline to communicate with customers and within the company. I find texting allows me to reach customers who may not answer a call, letting me send questions or information directly in a format they can read and reply to on their schedule. Textline is easy to use from my desktop and cellphone and enables me to share conversations with colleagues. It's great that customers can easily send photos, which is much simpler than email. The ability to text from a desktop instead of just a cellphone is a game changer for me, making it easier to share and move photos and documents to a job folder. The Textline app also keeps me in touch when I'm away. Although I struggled a little very early on, the setup has proven to be easy since then.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

I could be mistaken, but when I reply on Textline using the app on my cellphone, it appears the sent-from number shares my cell number. It would be nice if we could keep that private more easily. It could sometimes be useful to be able to verify a timestamp for when a text has been viewed.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textline enables me to communicate with customers who might not pick up calls. Its desktop texting feature simplifies sharing photos and documents, improving productivity. It's easy to use, accessible from both desktop and cellphone, and lets me share conversations with colleagues.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

Textline is very helpful and is easy to use, and I have never had any issues working with it. It is always a very smooth process when working with patients and is very quick.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

I have no issues with this platform, and have no particular dislikes. As I've mentioned it is very smooth and easy to use and I enjoy working with it.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textline is helping solve communication issues between patients. It allows me to deliver strong customer service to the patients, and benefits clear communication between the patients and the clinic. Before using the product it was difficult to call all the patients and deliver instructions but now it is very easy, simple, and efficient.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

I like the ease of use of Textline,  I can train people to use it easily. I also appreciate how quickly problems seem to be resolved whenever I need to work with help. The help desk has definitely been there to provide assistance.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

I would say the pop ups whenever something is not working well, a better description in the pop ups would help to streamline getting the fixes solved. For instance, the issue that I had recently was that my text messages were not being sent out, and the only pop up that I received was the system is unavailable at this time. Well, it turns out that my issue was that our account had gotten flagged and so I would not be able to send out text messages regardless had I waited. I had just waited before looking to get help. So I would have preferred to just know exactly what was wrong that I could request help quicker.

I use Textline to keep communication with clients neat and orderly, allowing us to reference what we said when needed.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

I use Textline to communicate with my customers, which is great for confirming deliveries and scheduling appointments. I like that it allows our office staff and drivers to see all communications with customers, as we all have the ability to see the same thread. I appreciate that I can access Textline from my computer and from my phone. I love how we are able to use our landline phone number to communicate via text. This accessibility from anywhere is valuable as it allows me to keep moving while being reachable at all times.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

The only thing I did not like was how the billing changed. I was very confused about how to purchase more texting credits. I preferred to just pay the same monthly fee. I worked with Sivan to make that happen. Or pretty close to it.

Textline lets us confirm deliveries, schedule appointments, and provides a unified communication platform for staff and drivers. We can view all customer interactions from anywhere, keeping me connected and responsive even when on the go.

I appreciate Textline for making the text chat process for customer service and technical issues really helpful and quick. I love that I can come back to the conversation when I have time without worrying about a system timing out. This means I can continue my work and return when I can move forward with the help provided. The biggest benefits for our team are the speed and clarity it brings. I like the shortcuts and dashboard, which help me see information quickly and speed up use. I really love the ability to customize. The ease of integrating into Salesforce with the API is another advantage, and the initial setup was pretty quick and seamless.

Keeping track of all conversations could be easier, and I wish there was more integration with current platforms.

I love being able to view the KPI's of each of my team members as well as them as a whole. Personally, I can review who's texting the most, and that typically correlates to my top seller, so I use that as a coaching tool for my other team members. The proof is in the pudding—lots of quality outreach means higher sales numbers, better pay. The initial setup of Textline was great.

I have noticed that people do not reply to emails like this used to. When using the Textline, I am getting responses back much quicker, which allows us to keep the jobs moving along more efficiently.

Nothing as of yet. Well.. I wish it could sync more with our Moraware system.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

I like the ease of the user interface. It's really simple, clear to understand. I like how it highlights who needs to respond to you urgently and tells us if it's a landline. It's just like a really simple user interface. I also like that it's kinda easy to chat with their customer support.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

We did have an issue recently where we got charged a bunch for backup texts, and it caused our credit card to max out. Which caused us some other problems because then other things couldn't charge.

I use Textline to reach out to leads for clinical research, sending automated follow-ups without hitting limits. It integrates with Zendesk, allowing our team to view all communications with leads.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

I like that I can communicate directly with each employee and also send group messages for announcements. There are reminders for out-of-office alerts, and I can also send attachments, which is great. I appreciate the organization of Textline, where I can filter messages by status like pending, done, or resolved. It really feels like using an actual phone. Saving contacts and organizing them into several groups is very useful. Plus, the initial setup was extremely easy and very practical.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

I definitely wish we could send audio recordings to users, and make attaching things a bit easier, or receiving attachments a bit easier. Not much of a problem with the attachments, just the audio. I think sending the audios will be extremely beneficial for us. Some employees might not know how to read necessarily. Or if you're sending a long paragraph trying to describe a situation or explaining your thoughts or ideas, it might be a bit hard to read. And sending an audio seems a bit quicker to us.

It allows me to communicate short and direct message to patient very easily and I know the message is where it needs to be (the patient will see it as opposed to leaving a voicemail when you never know if it will reach the recipient).

Only 1 person can login at a time using the same used name, and the systems kicks out the person previously logged in.

I mainly use it from the desktop, like, PC. Using it from the app on my phone is pretty difficult. There is no way to refresh. So I have to constantly close out and reopen the app to refresh.

Despite its simplicity, it offers extensive capabilities like scheduling text messages, which I find extremely helpful. The ease and quick response of Textline’s customer support are commendable, especially when I needed assistance exporting shortcuts; they efficiently resolved this within thirty minutes. Additionally, my experience with the initial setup of Textline was quite straightforward and easy, enhancing its usability.

I would like Textline to support using shortcuts for bulk text messages. Currently, shortcuts can only be used for individual student communication. It would be beneficial if these shortcuts could also be applied to a bulk text going out to multiple students.

- We have done a migration of few of our numbers from Textline to Twilio as self hosted numbers. Even though the customer support was prompt, it would have been a lot better if we had an option to schedule the migrations for a particular date and time. Twilio had the proper scheduling system but Textline didn't.

I love how Textline allows me to easily navigate between different regional views with every phone number available, which simplifies communication by preventing the need to isolate specific phone numbers. **What do you like best about Textline?**

I love how many features Textline has. It has been incredibly helpful to have the ability to make mass announcements to our clients. Their Devleoper API is also very simple and effective and has made integrating our systems very easy. I 100% recommend Textline- it has been amazing!

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

The only downside I've noticed is that sometimes, our messages don't go through. It's a major issue, but it doesn't happen very often, so I think it has more to do with our clients or our end rather than Textline's fault. Also, using the API to schedule messages only allows setting the scheduled time to the minute, so it is hard to get precision.

Textline is solving the issue of managing hundreds of text messages easily. Our company is able to respond to these messages quickly and effectively with only a couple of employees because of Textline's easy-to-use and intuitive system.

You can reach out if you have any issue right there on your page!! No need to email and wait for  for the answer.They respond in kind, right away.

Best thing is I can see the unresolved text at a glance and address them. It allows me to do it by the oldest text also. If it is not to be address by me. I can tranfer the text to another agent.
it also gives me the ability to send a text at a later time if I wish.
And-- send a private text if I wish ..
As you can see, there is not the possibility of just naming one thing!

I must  be honest. I do NOT think there is anything I do not like. Don't change it. It is efficient and fast!

**What do you like best about Textline?**

Textline is hands down the best tool we’ve used for team communication with customers.

We’ve tested several platforms, but none have matched how simple and effective Textline is. It lets us text customers quickly, keep everything organized, and have multiple team members jump into conversations when needed.

What we really like is that it feels personal—our clients appreciate how fast we can respond and how easy it is to reach us. The shared inbox and internal notes make teamwork smooth, and we don’t miss messages anymore.

Limited Customization Options while the interface is clean, some users might find the customization options (like branding or layout) a bit limited.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textline helps us solve one of our biggest challenges: fast, clear communication with customers without the chaos of phone calls or emails.

Before using Textline, we struggled to keep track of who said what, especially when multiple team members were involved in a conversation. Messages would get lost or duplicated, and response times were inconsistent.

What I like most about Textline is how easy it makes it to stay connected with customers. It's super straightforward to use, and I love that I can quickly jump in, reply, and move on without any hassle. Honestly, there’s not much I dislike about Textline. If I had to pick something, maybe just small things here and there like wishing for a couple more customization options. But overall, it works really well for what I need, so nothing major at all.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

I like how easy it is to use and how efficient it is. It has increased my sales which has made our company more money! It makes communication between me and my clients so easy. I can send texts, links, and photos with no issues and zero lagging. I use text line from 9-6 and has made my day much  easier. We have been using textline for about 2 weeks now and it made switching over all our clients very simple. With any questions or concerns the support team is already ready to help.

I don't dislike anything about textline! I only regret not having it earlier. It has changed my work day and increased my productivity!

It is solving the problem of having multiple lines to text my clients it has streamlined everything. It is a very organized system, I don't have to look through thousands of calls to find who I need. I can simply type the clients name or number and contact them with ease.

**What do you like best about Textline?**

We researched, surveyed, and chatted with over a dozen text-solution companies, and Textline was the top contender. A year after using them, I am so glad we chose Textline. It's user friendly and was easy to implement, easy to train new employees on, HIPAA compliant (which is HUGE for us), has great customer support, and we its the perfect tool for daily use.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

I wish our EHR integrated with Textline, but that's not at fault of Textline. Our EHR doesn't allow API or webhooks. Also, the cost is higher per seat than I prefer to pay.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a two-way text solution that was HIPAA compliant to communicate with our patients. Our EHR does appointment reminders, but patients want to be able to reply to rebook or cancel. Also, it's great for proactive and reactive communication for certain appointment types.

Textline has been such a beneficial and crucial aspect of my work routine. Not everyone is always available for a call, or even available enough to remember that they received one to call back. Texting, in this day and age, is such a vital form of communication and without textline, I would not be as productive or successful at my job. It is easy to assist customers in a quick, convenient manner and it is something that, when I train new agents, I always encourage them to implement within their outgoing contact routine!

I do not have any complaints about textline at all.

Textline remedies a customer's likelihood to forget to call someone back, or their inability to communicate because they cannot take a call at the time. It also helps me to answer questions, or quickly send information to customers without having to end a phone call I'm on, or start a new phone call and reach them that way.

Interface, user-friendly, easy to use, good customer support. I use it every day and its features like attach a photo and customize it. Also it allows me to send images and PDFs and receive all kind of documents like an email but easier.

I particularly love how TextLine is geared towards small and medium-sized businesses that perhaps don't have the need for enterprise-level API integration with other business applications and platforms. For our purposes, TextLine provides a seamless way to communicate with our clients and prospective clients, without all the clutter and confusion that might otherwise come with using other, more expensive products. It's rare to find an application that's made for all, but feels custom-tailored to our own office's needs. Additionally, customer support has been great, with immediate, helpful responses.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

If I had to find any criticism of the product, I do wish that they perhaps had a desktop application that could integrate with local network databases without requiring an account with other popular, online data stores such as Hubspot, Zapier, Salesforce, etc. Still, that's a very minor thing compared to the ease of use and implementation that TextLine provides.

Textline is helping us streamline and modernize communication with both prospective and current clients. It solves the problem of delayed or missed outreach by allowing our intake and legal teams to send timely, efficient text updates—whether it's following up with a lead, reminding a client about an appointment, or confirming hearing details. **What do you like best about Textline?**

Textline is easy to use. It was an easy transition from our old system, but it has more functions which makes it more versatile. Overall, it was easy to integrate into our day-to-day texting experience. We message daily all day. If we run into issues, I can chat with a real person over messages that quickly responds to help resolve. Our conversations are always pleasant.

**What do you dislike about Textline?**

I don't have any current complaints. The most annoying thing is carrier violations for spam messages that are not spam but information but that isn't a Textline issue, it is the mobile carriers.

**What problems is Textline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was trying to figure out why I was receiving a carrier violation on an informational message I had sent out to our students. I did not see anything wrong with the message, which can be annoying when you are trying to get something out and you are unable to. It was explained that the name of the room in our school, Dispensary which is what we call our mixing room for hair color could have triggered the violation and I would not have put that together on my own. I did not think of it that way. I appreciated the time that was taken to help me understand why I could have received the error code when it was not a Textline issue but a carrier issue.

What I like most is the ease of scheduling text messages. I can set my texts to go out and don't have to stress about getting them out at a certain time and being tied to my computer. We use Textline weekly so it helps to be able to schedule them. I also like how we can use our own phone number! This has been huge in our customer service!

It takes a little bit of navigating at the beginning to get used to it but once you figure out all the features they are easy to use. I had to use Textline customer service a few times when we first started using it but always received a quick response!

As a small (but growing ) business, we sent out A LOT of communication. We are constantly scheduling events, reminding customers of deadlines, advertising new promotions and more. We also have several different employees who have different roles in the business. I like text line, because you can mark the messages as resolved, and it's easy to search. Also, the announcements and scheduled messages are awesome.

I don't like that when you're on the same page.It doesn't automatically show you new messages but you have to refresh the web page or the app in order to see new messages. Also, when you're on the app, you can't be inside of a conversation and then go back to the overview, to see all conversations when you push the back button when you're inside of a conversation, it exits the app completely.

I've been using Textline for 5 years now and what I liked about it in the beginning was that it was so easy to set up and use. Years later, I still feel the same way about it. I can easily add contacts and send texts daily, weekly, or however I choose. I can send out texts immedately, or plan them for hours or days later.
In the event someone wants to be removed, I am confident that Textline takes care of this automatically.  
It's a great program and even after all this time, I can still reach out to them with a question and get a quick response.

I can't think of anything that I dislike!

Textline allows me to send information to my customers without the need to call them. I can set up announcements to go out at different times of day, and/or different days of the week and this can be set up in advance - I don't even have to be at my desk when this happens!
I also appreciate the ability to text using a computer keyboard rather than a phone making it easier (for me) to have conversations with customers.
