  ### 1. Perfect for a small business - hands on support, easy interface and responsive development team

**What do you like best about Onfolk?**

It just works flawlessly and minimises admin for the company. If you have a new starter, Onfolk will send them a link for them to put in their details and then all you have to do it choose their salary and a few other options. Onfolk will take care of the rest. It sends data to HMRC and generates a CSV for you to upload to your bank for batch payments. Simple. I run a small UK software company that makes simple software for complex use cases, and we like to work with similar vendors. It's a great match. 

When we had an issue connecting to HMRC, they worked with us to get it sorted.

**What do you dislike about Onfolk?**

Can't think of anything to be honest. When in the past we've noticed missing features (like they didn't have the ability to generate a batch payments CSV for Wise, our bank), we mentioned it and it was released in a few weeks.

**What problems is Onfolk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to track holiday and absence really easily. Handles payroll easily as well - it could be a nightmare (I've used Sage and Xero etc) but Onfolk makes it really easy.

**What do you like best about Onfolk?**

- Rather than having to use one tool for onboarding, one tool for employee holiday bookings and one tool for payroll, it does all of these things in one place, which is important given the frequency of having to go in at least one of these tools every week
- Integrates with Xero and automates the journal postings
- Easy to navigate
- Clear pricing (no opaque pricing structure unlike some payroll providers)
- Customer support is very rapid to come back for any specific queries
- My favourite: any feedback is rapidly taken on board to improve experience of using Onfolk

**What do you dislike about Onfolk?**

- I would love to see a payroll tool that can manage payments to employees in a simple & automated way without downloading a batch payment file
- As a startup, they are still building out all some of the features that can cover any employee change  (eg. having a trail of working hour changes)

**What problems is Onfolk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Monthly payroll, automated
- No need to input data in one HR tool and then another time in a payroll tool: it's all there
- Journal postings in the accounting software
- Managing time off and time off policies
- Log of salary changes

**What do you like best about Onfolk?**

Onfolk is great and easy to use duel HRIS and payroll system. It is excellent having both in one, so we know everything is aligned accordingly. The team has also been great, supporting us and coming back super quick if we have had any issues. Plus, they have been receptive to feedback and making updates / small changes to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Onfolk?**

Onfolk is lacking a couple bits of functionaility across both HRIS and the payroll system, which would be helpful to have.

**What problems is Onfolk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have a HRIS platform is place before we started using Onfolk, so it has been really great to show how easy is it is to track people's time off with Onfolk.

**What do you like best about Onfolk?**

I was pleasantly surprised, migration was really easy and we had a dedicated support person to help us get set up. 

I didn't realise how easy running our own payroll would be.

The team likes the UI. The app integrates with my finance and HR stack (Xero, Hibob).

**What do you dislike about Onfolk?**

So far so good. There are still features we'd like, like expenses or commission logging but the team have said that these are coming.

**What problems is Onfolk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onfolk is helping me run the people operations for our 20 person team. It's allowed us to run our own payroll and we can keep tabs on all our employees data (documents, time off).

**What do you like best about Onfolk?**

Onfolk has the best support i have ever experienced. Not only do they help you use the software, they have great domain expertise. They saved me countless hours of paperwork by pointing me to pensions regulations that I knew nothing about. They were willing to write custom integrations based on the bank I had for my payroll. 

This is how a business should be ran.

**What do you dislike about Onfolk?**

Literally nothing so far. Fantastic experience all around

**What problems is Onfolk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to just not deal with payroll, hmrc and that entire mess. Which is exactly what you want.

The simplicity of the platform and how easy it is to run payroll. They are also super responsive and helpful when you have questions or feedback.

**What do you dislike about Onfolk?**

It is a hard question but it would be great for them to handle accrued holiday when a employee leaves.

Handling all payroll. Allow employees to book holiday. Track employee equipment.

**What do you like best about Onfolk?**

Onfolk takes care of most of our people ops with minimal input from the team while giving us the customizability and service of an enterprise-grade product. It's a well-built and well-designed product in a category where design is rarely prioritized. Functionality is great and the team is super responsive.

**What do you dislike about Onfolk?**

None that come to mind at the moment. Perhaps building business planning features into the product would really help.

Transparent, highly functional way of running payroll, time management and core HR functions for a fraction of the price.

Onfolks UI is super easy to use for admins and employees alike. The integration was fairly smooth, with CEO Michael being available at all times.

Their anti-virus not letting some of our emails through.

Efficient easy to use payroll with Crypto flexibility.

**What do you like best about Onfolk?**

Payroll can be complex. OnFolk helps taking out some of the complexity and simplifying the process whilst still having the functionaity to do what's needed. Their customer support is very good too!

**What do you dislike about Onfolk?**

Some additional functionality around statutory payments would be handy.

**What problems is Onfolk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's made running payroll significantly quicker and easier for us.

Ease of use, simple UI, easy setup, best customer support via Slack.

They are not yet fully automated payroll, but they quickly ship features.

Running payroll should not take time and worry. Onfolk makes it easy to run and manage payroll in the UK.

payroll feels really simple because I use onfolk. Everything is taken care of. the level of support is insanely good.

**What do you dislike about Onfolk?**

some pages in the app seem redundant. I don't know why they're there.

helps us pay people the right amount, updates our pension, helps us handle leavers, makes sure hmrc get paid the right amount
