It’s easy to access the dashboard and pull the information I need from the reports. Each month, I can quickly find the numbers I need for external reporting, such as IRA totals, and calculate productivity based on the hours entered. This year I’ve also learned how to use the system more effectively, and I can now onboard employees quickly using the employee wizard instead of sending these items directly to Auris and relying on someone else to enter everything for me. Sometimes, when things were accidentally processed incorrectly, it wasn’t caught in time, so sorting out and correcting those mistakes became a bit complicated.
