What do you like best about Workday HCM?

I like how it combines all HR related things, like payroll, time off, and employee benefits into one system. I can conveniently see my time, report additional time, and also manage my paychecks. The website has a very clear and clean interface. You can also edit your menu options, and the performance of the website is overall very smooth. We use this software to be integrated with Texas A&Ms other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workday HCM?

Workday has an AI Assistant Chat feature, which is very convenient if you need help with navigating but however, if offers little suggestions for editing menus or troubleshooting. Since my workday is integrated with Texas A&M IT department, any troubleshooting issues, I have to go there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workday HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of having to use multiple different apps or websites for similar functions. For example, at one company we had a separate app for payroll, another app to clock in, and another app where we had points to cash in (like employee benefits). On top of that, they could all have different logins, which made everything a bit more inconvenient and not as accessible with Workday, it's saved almost 20 minutes each time you wanted to access this information.
