What do you like best about Gusto?

I love how easy and straightforward Gusto is to use. As an employee, I mainly use it to view my paychecks, download tax documents, manage time off, and submit expense reimbursements. Everything I need is organized in one place, and the interface feels genuinely intuitive. I don’t have to waste time hunting for information or trying to figure out how to complete basic tasks. What do you dislike about Gusto?

I honestly don't have many complaints. Gusto does everything I need it to do as an employee. If I had to mention one limitation, it would be that I primarily use the employee-facing features, so I can't speak to how well the payroll administration and HR management tools work from an employer's perspective. What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gusto makes it easy to manage several important employment-related tasks without having to contact HR or payroll for assistance. I can quickly review my pay history, access tax documents when needed, submit expenses, and manage my time off all from one platform.
