Trinet team is always really helpful, they respond asap to our questions. The human side of Trinet is really outstanding. Their AI assistant on the page is useful when trying to find information quickly. What has been a challenge to us is being able to integrate our internal systems to Trinet to automate some of the things we need for our operations but we have not been successful when trying to obtain the platform APIs. Lots of information is not available for us to review and we need to request it to Trinet. However, we usually get a quick response to that. We are unable to help employees with easy tasks, for example, when they are locked out of their accounts they need to call Trinet, if they need to update information we cannot help them either.
