By transcribing and analyzing sales calls, conversation intelligence software helps sales teams understand potential buyers, improve sales rep effectiveness, ensure compliance, and drive sales efforts.

In addition to calls, many of these platforms can also analyze insights from emails and text messages to identify key signals, customer sentiment, and engagement trends.
