**What do you dislike about ConvoZen.AI?**

None as of now. The product surpasses all expectations.

**What problems is ConvoZen.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the starting, I was very skeptical about the idea of conversational AI. However, we had our quality audits manually operated. That required a lot of time and wasn't efficient enough. ConvoZen.ai changed the game with their moment tagging feature that identifies or flags all concerns customized to our needs. We're able to cover all our conversations automatically and get rid of compliance issues easily. We're exploring their game-changing voicebot next. We believe, the lowest latency and real-life voice can be a great addition to our business.

Smooth integration with CRM and tailored features which actually add value to your business. 
Also, not to forget about the customer support and product training part.
The UI is quite friendly and enables any non-techy guy to use it.

Limited period for days for free POC (14 days - free trial)

**What problems is ConvoZen.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CallZen.ai is a game-changer for our busy contact center. With tons of calls coming in daily, it's tough for our QA team to check each one. Usually, only 2-5% get looked at, leaving a lot to chance.

But CallZen.ai is like our call superhero. It audits every single call and gives us call insights like call summaries, moment tags, checklists, and scores for both the call and the agent.

Automating call audits, improving agent performance, and refining conversational intelligence. A must-have tool for businesses, enhancing efficiency and insights from customer interactions. Streamlining operations, it empowers organizations with automated insights, ensuring exceptional customer service and informed decision-making.

It is tough to dislike anything about this awesome product.

**What problems is ConvoZen.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize it to generate helpdesk tickets via phone calls. Customers describe their issues during calls; Callzen transcribes the conversation into sentences. The helpdesk ticket is then created, categorized, and assigned to an agent, streamlining the support process efficiently and accurately.

Gen AI features like Smart Clusters, Automation, Automated Audits, and AI Coaching with perfect multilingual transcription.  Compared to other competition, the AI really works even in very complex settings

There is no manual auditing flow as of now
