I would like to see a better reporting interface for larger enterprise clients that also includes call recordings. Some of our clients have upwards of 900 locations and multiple channels to track from, currently, we do not have an easy client-facing way to view this data by store location, as well as then connecting this reporting to the call recording files for QA purposes. The vacation rental industry requires advertising across a LOT of different sites. Being able to track where our calls and bookings are coming from is critical for directing our advertising budget.
