Flexible Conversational AI Solution for Contact Centers

What I like best about Voca Conversational Interaction Center is the flexibility when integrating with telephony and contact center platforms. It works well with SIP environments and Microsoft Teams integrations, which made deployment easier in our testing environment. I also like the conversational AI features for handling repetitive customer requests before transferring to live agents. The platform allows customization of call flows and routing logic, which is useful because every business has different operational requirements. Another thing I appreciate is that it can help reduce manual workload for agents while still maintaining a smooth customer experience during voice interactions.

Effortless Meeting Management with Rich Summaries

I like that AudioCodes Meeting Insights automatically adds itself to every meeting I have with a customer. The automatic recording of meetings and storing the information in text format, along with video and audio, is very useful. I appreciate the detailed summaries, which help me create an overall meeting summary when necessary. This tool allows me to focus on the call and the customer, rather than worrying about note-taking during the meeting, making it easier, especially when meetings occur weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. I also love that there's no need for setup as it joins calls and records automatically.

Useful for Call Summaries, Needs Improved Recording Reliability

I use AudioCodes Meeting Insights for recording meetings and taking notes. It helped me solve the action items and summary of the calls. What I like most about it is the call summaries. It makes it easier to keep track of everything and not miss important action items, giving me bullet points of action items that need to be done. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.
