**What do you like best about Verbix?**

Verbix.ai allows us to bring AI-powered insights to our retail client's contact center operations. The transcription accuracy is strong, and the sentiment analysis helps identify unhappy customers quickly. We also value how easy it is to set up keyword tracking — it lets our client monitor product mentions, complaints, or competitor references in real time. Agent scoring and script compliance features have improved their team’s consistency and service quality.

**What do you dislike about Verbix?**

The platform could offer more built-in templates for specific industries like retail — for example, preloaded compliance rules or scorecards tailored to sales or customer support in a retail setting. Also, while the dashboards are informative, we'd like more advanced filtering options when dealing with large datasets.

**What problems is Verbix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our retail client receives thousands of customer service calls monthly. Using Verbix.ai, we can now automatically analyze all calls — no more random sampling. This gives their management full visibility into service quality, identifies common customer issues, and provides data-driven coaching for agents. It has increased customer satisfaction, reduced refunds, and helped the client better train their staff.

**What do you like best about Verbix?**

Verbix.ai’s real-time call analytics has truly transformed the way our sales and support teams operate. The platform delivers highly accurate transcriptions, tagging, and analysis of our conversations. Its sentiment analysis and keyword tracking features have made it much easier to understand our customers’ needs and provide more effective coaching to our agents. The dashboard is user-friendly, and we were able to get started in just a few hours.

**What do you dislike about Verbix?**

Although the platform offers robust features, I found the integrations with certain CRMs, such as Zoho, to be somewhat awkward at first. Additionally, I would appreciate greater flexibility in the reporting templates. At the moment, we need to export reports and make further adjustments in Excel to achieve the level of detail required for more advanced presentations.

**What problems is Verbix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled to get objective insights from our customer calls. Previously, reviewing calls manually was time-consuming and inconsistent. Verbix.ai automates the entire process, flags calls that need attention, and helps us track agent performance over time. As a result, we’ve improved customer satisfaction scores and reduced training ramp-up time for new hires by 30%.
