What do you like best about Verbix?

Verbix.ai allows us to bring AI-powered insights to our retail client's contact center operations. The transcription accuracy is strong, and the sentiment analysis helps identify unhappy customers quickly. We also value how easy it is to set up keyword tracking — it lets our client monitor product mentions, complaints, or competitor references in real time. What do you dislike about Verbix?

The platform could offer more built-in templates for specific industries like retail — for example, preloaded compliance rules or scorecards tailored to sales or customer support in a retail setting. What do you like best about Verbix?

Verbix.ai’s real-time call analytics has truly transformed the way our sales and support teams operate. The platform delivers highly accurate transcriptions, tagging, and analysis of our conversations. Its sentiment analysis and keyword tracking features have made it much easier to understand our customers’ needs and provide more effective coaching to our agents. The dashboard is user-friendly, and we were able to get started in just a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verbix?

Although the platform offers robust features, I found the integrations with certain CRMs, such as Zoho, to be somewhat awkward at first. Additionally, I would appreciate greater flexibility in the reporting templates. At the moment, we need to export reports and make further adjustments in Excel to achieve the level of detail required for more advanced presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
