What do you like best about Fastcall?

Email notification are very good. Unliky other call systmens used (eg.Natterbox) it intergrates far better with salesforce and shows who has called or texted you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fastcall?

Serveal issues whilst in use. Often get second dials coming through whilst on an active call. Or, do not hear the call and get a voicemail even if the line is not in use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fastcall?

Simple click-to-dial plugin for Salesforce users. Favorite thing is the option to multitask by copying and pasting numbers outside of Salesforce for quick calls while manually loading contact information e.g. when I am prospecting from their webpage and adding contacts manually into Salesforce. Once the contact is loaded in Salesforce, FastCall attaches the call to the contact record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fastcall?

Crashes sometimes for no rhyme or reason (when all other Salesforce applications are running). Because it's connected to the window you're using and not your station phone, you cannot toggle between pages and need to open new tabs/windows while on a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some incoming calls are missed for no reason. The WORST thing is when it drops your call. You're happily talking to a customer and all of a sudden, the fast call widget turns gray and you're looking at a frowny face. Why? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
