**What do you like best about Spiky?**

I'm a Customer Success Manager, and my days are basically back-to-back calls. Spiky is what keeps me from dropping the ball.

What I love most: action items are automatically sorted by owner, so I instantly see what's mine versus what I'm waiting on. The transcripts and snippet-sharing feature is genuinely awesome - perfect for looping in teammates with the exact context, no rewatching required. And being able to ask Spiky questions about past meetings has bailed me out more times than I can count when I need to remember a specific detail.

The newest addition, the Spiky agent, has been a game-changer for follow-up emails. It writes them in my voice, the way I'd actually write them, which saves me a ton of time at the end of the day.

If you're in CS or any customer-facing role, give Spiky a try. It's one of those tools you didn't know you needed until you have it.

**What do you dislike about Spiky?**

A couple of things, though both feel fixable. Transcripts used to take a while to land in my inbox after a call ended, which slowed down my follow-ups - that seems to have improved a lot recently. My bigger current gripe is with the Spiky agent (which is otherwise my favorite feature). Lately it's been mixing up action items across meetings and occasionally losing context, which means I have to double-check its output before sending anything out. When it works well it's incredible, so I'm hoping these are early-launch kinks that get smoothed out

**What problems is Spiky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Spiky, I was manually typing notes or jotting them down in a diary during every customer call - which meant I was constantly splitting attention between listening and capturing. I wasn't fully present, and I was always worried about missing something important. Now, I can actually focus on what my customer is saying, knowing Spiky has the rest covered.

Spiky solves the problem of staying on top of every detail and commitment when your day is packed with customer calls. Action items sorted by owner make accountability crystal clear - I know exactly what I owe customers and what's pending from their side. The ability to query past meetings has saved me countless times when I need to recall a specific detail or commitment. And the Spiky agent meaningfully cuts down the time I spend on follow-up emails.

As a result I'm more present in my conversations, faster and more organized after them, and significantly more reliable for my customers — which directly impacts trust and retention in a CS role.

It's also very open to improvement, and sharing customer feedback with the Spiky team helps me grow too. The setup was very easy, we got started quickly. I'd definitely recommend Spiky to everyone.

**What do you like best about Spiky?**

I use Spiky to join my meetings and record conversations, which helps me view action items from meetings and remember key conversation points. I love how easily it integrates into meetings. It can even join automatically, which means I don't have to remember to invite it every time. The built-in AI chatbot is another feature I love; I can just ask it questions about the meeting instead of having to search through the transcript. Setting up Spiky was extremely easy, which made getting started a breeze.

Sometimes it doesn't join my meeting every single time but that could be on my end, not sure. Other than that it's great.

**What do you like best about Spiky?**

It’s really easy to use and getting started was quite straightforward. The integration with our existing tools worked smoothly and the platform offers a good number of useful features. We also had a positive experience with customer support whenever we needed help. Since we started using it, it’s become something we rely on quite frequently.

some features take a little time to get used to at first. Also, when you’re new to the platform it can take a bit of exploration to fully understand all the capabilities.

The quality of the summary and detailed notes, and the actions decided during the meeting linked to participants or subjects are clearly prepared. 
Integration with Zoho CRM is very good, it's possible to create notes within Zoho CRM. 
Ability to specify a sales methodology and then to analyse deals based on that methodology. Tool is able to analyse the overall status of the deal based on multiple calls and also able to sync the methodology results to CRM

**What do you like best about Spiky?**

We'd been using a dialer and conversation intelligence tool for over a year, but honestly, we were just collecting data without actually doing anything with it. Maybe 2-3% of our calls ever got reviewed because who has time to listen to hundreds of recordings?
Spiky changed that completely. Instead of telling us what happened on calls (we already knew that), it tells us WHY deals are moving forward or stalling. The MEDDICC methodology tracking alone has been a game-changer - we can see exactly where each rep is strong or weak without managers having to manually review every call.

**What do you dislike about Spiky?**

My biggest frustration is that I want MORE data. We piloted with about 20 calls, but I'd love to see this across 400+ calls to get even better patterns. Also wish we could filter by deal stages.

efore Spiky, our sales coaching was purely reactive and gut-feel based. Now we have the science behind our sales process. We can see that Simon covers 85% of methodology topics but struggles with economic buyer validation, while Anthony excels at champion engagement. That's specific, actionable coaching intel we never had before.
The time savings alone is huge - instead of manually trudging through recordings, we get synthesized reports we can actually act on.

**What do you like best about Spiky?**

I've found Spiky to be an incredible productivity booster, especially for a secretary like me. It's made a huge difference in my daily work at the municipality. The notes are incredibly precise, and it's amazing how it can instantly pull out an action list for each person, so no one misses a thing. The summary it generates for each meeting is perfect, giving a quick, comprehensive overview that saves me so much time.

But what really sets it apart for us is its incredible support for the Turkish language. In a sea of AI tools that are mostly built for English speakers, Spiky's ability to handle our language so perfectly is a huge advantage. It's not just a small feature; it's a fundamental part of what makes it so useful and efficient for our local needs. We've seen firsthand how this tool makes our work 10 times easier.

**What do you dislike about Spiky?**

We've found a limitation with Spiky when we have in-person meetings where multiple people speak into a single microphone. The tool can not distinguish who is speaking at any given moment, which means the notes get mixed up and the action items aren't always assigned to the right person. It would be amazing if the AI could learn to recognize different voices even when they're all coming through the same mic, so we can use it for all our meetings, not just the online ones.

The primary problems that Spiky solves for us at the municipality are the massive time sink of manual note-taking and the struggle of keeping track of action items from our meetings.

Before we started using Spiky, I would spend hours after a meeting just transcribing, summarizing, and trying to pull out the key decisions and to-dos. It was a huge, time-consuming effort that took me away from other important tasks. Now, Spiky does all that automatically. It's a game-changer. I get a precise transcript, a clear summary, and, most importantly, a list of action items assigned to each person. This means we're all on the same page and nothing gets forgotten.

The biggest benefit for me is that I can fully participate in a meeting instead of just being a note-taker. I can engage in the conversation and contribute to the discussion without worrying about missing a single detail. It frees me up to be a more active and valuable member of the team. We've seen a huge boost in our overall productivity because of it. We can move faster, and our follow-through on projects is much more reliable.

And since we work in a Turkish municipality, the fact that Spiky handles Turkish so well is an enormous benefit. It ensures that our summaries and action items are accurate and relevant to our specific needs.

User Interface can be more developed in website. Mobile application support is very important especially sharing the document and analysis. There should be more fancy customizable interface for sharing.

Spiky’s live feedback has been a game changer for us. My reps see objections pop up in real time and immediately know which play to run without having a manager listening to the calls and coaching. Because the guidance is baked into the call, playbook adoption has shot through the roof, and I can coach off hard data instead of gut feel. Since rolling it out, I’ve watched win rate, booking rate, and deal qualification rate all move up and to the right.

I love using it for my meetings. I don't have to miss any info. Insights like my talk-to-listen ratio and my follow-up rate helping my communication skills a lot. It feels like I have a personal assistant with me on every call.

The platform has too many features.Which is generally not a bad thing but some information could be hidden, for example, post meeting metrics summaries could be customizable.

The UI could use some polish to make it more user-friendly. Not saying it's un-friendly, but the technology is more impressive than the design.

One of the best 3rd party tool integration on the market (CRM, No-Code, Emails, etc...)- I have tested personally over 15 AI Note takers. Accepts formats like .wav as import which is very unique. Creating agents with a workflow in platforms like Zapier or Make.com is super easy. Support is reactive.

I think creating dashboard using data on multiple recordings should be a standrad feature in the future (like prompting all calls within one library for instance). It's possible today but requires a bit of building

So far Spiky has one of the best transcription capabilities I've encountered (my meetings are usually in English). Even when participants have heavy and varying accents, Spiky is sometimes able to pick it up better than myself.

Furthermore the live feedback is great for my new sales, as they are reminded of the important topics they need to discuss during a call. 

The team behind Spiky is also great. I needed extra functionality for some software which we use and their team was able to implement it for us (and within a very short timeframe).

At this point there are no downsides. The only downside was a permission setting with how our CRM was set-up but Spiky was able to find a work-around.

**What problems is Spiky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spiky is helping with the sales team coaching and training.  It is making on-boarding new sales team members faster and less taxing to management.  Spikey is also helping in closing deals faster by pointing to the sales person items that need further exploring with the prospect or points that have not been discussed with the prospect or items that the prospect brought up which seem to be of importance.

**What do you like best about Spiky?**

What I love most about Spiky is how it acts as a second brain, quietly keeping track of everything for you. It delivers real-time insights, generates emails based on your conversations, automatically syncs deal details into your CRM, and even analyzes how close you are to closing a deal.  - A must for sales teams.

**What do you dislike about Spiky?**

Sometimes clients don't want third-party tools included in meetings. But that has nothing to do with the Spiky or its functionality.

It helps me coach my team better - provide necessary feedback and offer more value.

**What do you like best about Spiky?**

My team and I use Spiky ALL the time. I absolutely love the fact that I can keep a meeting to myself or share it with specific team members, or the whole team. Also, the transcripts have been a GAMECHANGER for our business. And, it's super easy to use.... and it keeps the VIDEOS (unlike other tools that only keep the audio).

It's clear that the team at Spiky is continuing to evolve and innovate. With that, there are occasional hiccups. BUT, their team is SUPER, SUPER, SUPER responsive and addresses all issues VERY QUICKLY.

**What do you dislike about Spiky?**

I have some outlier meetings that are SUPER long (4+ hours) and those transcriptions get cutoff. The "coaching" functionality is sometimes helpful, but seems geared towards sales calls. My meetings are almost always internal. Also, the AI summaries are variable in quality, so we just run the transcript through known AI platforms when needed and that does the trick. Overall, very MINOR things.

**What problems is Spiky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have long and complicated meetings. Usually, the transcripts are all we need. But, every once in a while there is something critical in a video that a team member needs to reference. As the CEO of the company, it's a tremendous timesaver for me AND the team members to be able to reference the videos instead of waiting on me to meet with them again.

Besides the super helpful coaching and analytics, The UI is very practical, and the sales conversations are now providing us with in-depth data.

Especially for complex sales cycles, more data would be helpful.

It enables our sales reps to detect their weak points and boost their closing rates. Also customer success team is super helpful.

analysing the inshigts during the meeting and giving a clear details about what the client is saying its really awsome key for the sales people.

I am not seen any difficulties all the way the tool is really helpful

Key point note taker, inshights that client said on meeting and the highlights of the conversations helps. Also, integrating the tools with multiple platform is game changing moment.
