Anyone who has done A/B testing using other tools will be able to pick this up quickly. We are also able to customise it to our highly dynamic website by tapping into our javascript layer (developer support may be required but minimal, and much less involved than doing a release). Our account manager is very responsive, stays in touch and actively resolves our issues / concerns. One thing I asked for was to keep the filter selections when going back to the same page, as it was very annoying having to re-select filter items, and a few months later it was done. They also offered training for my new starter which is very helpful. **What do you dislike about VWO Testing?** When doing a more complex experiment, the WYSIWIG can be glitchy. We built a test that involved about 60 components on page, and when I got to about 40, it stopped working (as in the changes did not render). The support team was able to salvage our work but converted the WYSIWIG changes into codes, which was actually much easier to manage. The downside was they did not explain that's what they did, so we had to figure it out ourselves. I'd suggest using the scripting option when there are lots of elements on the page that you want to modify (in our case it was the same change applied to multiple products - not testing different ideas on the same page). Another issue is the Adobe Analytics integration - it's very rudimentary and in our experience, the data is not that reliable. We use our own audience segments for experimentation, so we are able to do our own test reporting outside of VWO. **What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to quickly make frontend changes without having to lean on our development resources and wait for releases. Changes can include elements we want to test or temporary messages we want to broadcast on specific pages and/or to specific user segments. There also is a strong statistical basis in the tests that we run. **What do you dislike about VWO Testing?** VWO's historical tracking of visitor behaviour can be a bit limited depending on one's requirements, but this is easily addressed as VWO can work with other CDP tools with comprehensive customer data for activation on the website. Integration with this CDP was also easy to set up. The reporting is fairly straightforward and hasn't been complicated unnecessarily. **What do you dislike about VWO Testing?** We were not able to match our Adobe Analytics numbers with the VWO numbers exactly but that did not create a lot of trouble as the trends were on the simlar lines. **What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving a problem of validating the hypothesis. As a product manager we come across and also ideate a lot of solutions to problems.
