What do you like best about Ringover?

Overall, My experience with Ringover has been positive. Ringover is the best VOIP platform I have ever used. It integrates incredibly well with salesforce having a platform that allows us to call quickly with features like logging calls, Voicemail drop, Post-call notes, SMS built right in, and call recordings. It also has a very competitive price that works seamlessly for me—making my job easier. Furthermore, it has a downloadable app that is a superb feature, especially for an on-the-go person like me because it allows me to monitor essential texts or calls outside of working hours or just anywhere at any given time. What do you like best about Ringover?

We have been users of the Ringover telephony solution for over two years with an integration into the OXIVA CRM. The quality of communication as well as the tools provided in RINGOVER allow us to better understand the structuring of phone calls and to respond to activity peaks. The features of record retrieval and call history directly in our Oxiva CRM are a big plus. Our employees can call directly from the CRM, without having to enter information that automatically comes up from RINGOVER. The possibility of using it on mobile through its own app, which is very intuitive and works excellently, is a great advantage. It offers all the options expected from any phone application. Additionally, its website is very easy to use and has numerous options and settings, allowing the switchboard to be adapted to the needs of our company. It also has a desktop application for Windows, which opens automatically when the PC starts, making it even more convenient, as it is not necessary to open the web every time the computer is turned on. Ringover is an excellent telecommunication platform that delivers clear and reliable calls. Our entire team uses it at work and everyone is very satisfied. I once experienced an issue with texting, but it was promptly resolved by their professional and communicative support team. The convenience of being able to text through both the web and mobile apps makes staying connected effortless. I also appreciate how well it integrates with Bullhorn, allowing for accurate note-taking. I use Ringover daily and it continues to perform exceptionally well. We use Ringover mainly for customer service, and our experience has been very positive. What we appreciate the most is its ease of use and the high level of customization, especially for the IVR, which allows us to tailor the call flow to our needs. I really appreciate that Ringover is very easy to use, which is essential for my teams, especially in the context of a diligent customer service managing dozens of incoming calls every day. The admin dashboard is also simple, which greatly facilitates the management and organization of administrative tasks. Additionally, the Ringover support team is responsive, which is extremely valuable when assistance is needed. The initial setup was done without difficulty, further enhancing the positive user experience. These features make Ringover a very useful and efficient tool for our team within our e-commerce site. Its great that with ringover connected to our CRM and VOIP phone systems I can use any devise, including mobile, and the call record updates the CRM client activity record. When a contact calls in the call opens the client record so thatyou can pick up on activity data seamlessly. In a client record the telephone contact is highlighted as a Ringover integration and making a call is as simple as clicking the phone number.With ring over connected to all my devices calls reach me wherever I am and the internal directory allows me to connect to team mates and internal departments quickly.
