“A Must Have Analytics Tool for Content Creators”
What do you like best about Google Analytics?

I like how much useful data Google Analytics provides in one place. The traffic reports, audience insights, dashboards and detailed analytics help me understand how people discover and interact with my content. Google Analytics provides excellent value for the price. The amount of data, reporting, and audience insights available makes it a valuable tool for understanding content performance and improving my overall content strategy. For a content creator, the ability to track traffic and user behaviour helps justify the investment because the insights can directly support better content and marketing decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

There are so many metrics and reporting options that it can feel overwhelming at first. It takes some time to understand which data is actually important for my content strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use analytics to better understand the traffic coming to my online content and identify what is attracting my audience. Instead of making content decisions based only on views or assumptions, I can look at real traffic and engagement patterns to understand what is working. This helps me improve my content strategy, promotion and overall online presence. Once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes a very powerful tool for making data driven decisions. “Semrush AI Insights and SEO Tools That Make Research, Tracking, and Reporting Effortless”
What do you like best about Semrush?

Its AI features help me get detailed, actionable insights without having to dig through raw data manually. The AI-powered content and keyword suggestions save a lot of time during research and strategy planning, and tools like Position Tracking, Site Audit, and the AI Overview/AI visibility features have become essential for keeping up with how search is evolving. Semrush also does a great job of bringing competitor data, backlink insights, and SERP feature tracking into one place, which makes reporting and client presentations much faster and easier to put together. Semrush fits well alongside the other tools we use daily, like Google Search Console and GA4, since we can cross-check search performance and traffic data to validate what Semrush is showing. We also use it alongside Looker Studio, where we pull Semrush data into custom dashboards for client reporting, and it complements BrightEdge for keyword tracking across multiple markets. The ability to export data cleanly (CSV/Excel) makes it easy to integrate into our own reporting workflows and combine with other platforms without much manual cleanup. Overall, it acts as a strong central hub for SEO and AI-visibility data that connects smoothly with the rest of our marketing and analytics stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Semrush?

The invoicing works in a way I’ve experienced recently that’s been frustrating. I have two users under my main ID, and I’m on the Pro package. If we try to access something outside our package, it prompts us to purchase, which is obvious. However, one of my users can click “purchase” on their own, and it gets added to the next month’s invoice without asking for any card details or anything else. That’s quite disappointing. It should ask for confirmation first, or at least not be added directly to the invoice. We also couldn’t even identify who made that purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Semrush solving and how is that benefiting you?

Semrush helps us tackle many real challenges in our day-to-day SEO and digital marketing work. It gives us clear visibility into AI performance and AI search visibility for websites, which is becoming increasingly important as search shifts toward AI Overviews and LLM-driven results. On top of that, it lets us track rankings, audit technical SEO issues, analyze competitors, and monitor backlinks—all from one platform. That saves a lot of time compared with switching between multiple tools. As a result, our reporting is more accurate and our strategy recommendations are more data-backed, which ultimately benefits both our internal team and our clients by helping us make faster, more informed decisions. “Amplitude Analytics Makes Behavioral Insights and Funnel Analysis Fast and Actionable”
Describe the project or task Amplitude Analytics helped with:

N/A Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?

As a Product Analytics II at Earnest, I use Amplitude Analytics to understand how users interact with our digital products and to uncover opportunities to improve the customer experience. I primarily use it to analyze user behavior, explore conversion funnels, monitor key product metrics, and identify where users may be dropping off or experiencing friction.

Amplitude is especially useful for answering product questions quickly, validating hypotheses with behavioral data, and helping product teams make more informed decisions. I also use it to segment users, compare behavior across different groups, and understand how changes to the product impact engagement and conversion over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?

One area that could be improved is the learning curve for some of Amplitude’s more advanced features. While the core analytics experience is fairly intuitive, building more complex analyses or understanding exactly how certain metrics and events are defined can sometimes require additional context or documentation.

I’ve also found that as analyses become more complex, the interface can feel a bit crowded, and it isn’t always immediately obvious which approach or visualization is best for answering a particular question. More contextual guidance and clearer explanations within the product would make it easier to move from a business question to the right analysis, especially for less frequent users.

Overall, these are relatively minor friction points rather than major limitations, but improving discoverability and guidance around advanced functionality would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Amplitude Analytics:

N/A Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Amplitude helps solve the challenge of turning large amounts of behavioral data into insights that product teams can actually act on. It allows us to understand how users move through key journeys, where they encounter friction or drop off, and how different segments engage with the product.

For me as a product analyst, the biggest benefit is being able to answer many product questions quickly without needing to build a new analysis from scratch every time. It makes it easier to explore hypotheses, identify trends, measure the impact of product changes, and communicate findings with stakeholders through clear visualizations.

Ultimately, it helps reduce the time between identifying a product question and getting to a data-informed answer, which supports faster and more confident decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Essential for Identifying User Friction Points”
What do you like best about Glassbox?

I love that Glassbox doesn't just show me what users do – it finds why they get stuck. The AI struggle detection is like having a sixth sense for friction points. No endless tags. No guessing. Just actionable insight. The AI struggle detection saves me hours of guessing. Instead of watching dozens of session replays, I get a clear alert: 'Users are stuck here.' It's like having a team member who never sleeps, constantly flagging what's broken. That means I fix problems before sponsors complain or ticket sales drop. Valuable? Absolutely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glassbox?

I haven't used Glassbox long enough to hit major friction. But if I had to guess: onboarding might feel heavy for non‑technical teams, and session replays could raise privacy concerns without clear filters. Also, for small festivals with tight budgets, the price point might be a barrier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Glassbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love how Glassbox identifies why users get stuck with its AI struggle detection, saving me from guessing. It highlights issues early so I can fix them before they affect sponsor satisfaction or sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful platform with a learning curve and room for improvement”
What do you like best about Pendo?

Pendo brings product analytics, user segmentation, and in-app guidance together in one platform, which makes it easier to understand user behavior and drive adoption. The no-code guide builder is useful for many common scenarios, and the targeting capabilities are flexible. Once it's set up properly, it can become a valuable tool for product teams and customer success teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pendo?

The platform has a noticeable learning curve, especially for new users. Creating polished guides and managing them at scale can become time-consuming, and some customization options are limited. The interface can feel overwhelming because many features are spread across different areas. I would also like to see stronger AI-assisted authoring, better workflow automation, and a more intuitive overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pendo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pendo helps us improve first-time user experiences by guiding users through key workflows and features. It also helps us create targeted user segments, deliver relevant in-app messages, and understand how different groups engage with the product. “A clearer way to connect experiments, sessions, and feature releases”
What do you like best about PostHog?

A few days after we changed the onboarding flow, we noticed a drop in activation, but the main dashboard didn’t make it clear what had actually gone wrong. Traffic was still growing, signups were still coming in, and the problem wasn’t affecting every user. To dig in, we built a Funnel in Product Analytics from signup_completed to workspace_created and first_project_created, and then segmented the results by plan and device. The loss was concentrated among mobile users coming from a specific campaign. From that same funnel step, we opened the related Session Replays and watched people select an option, try to continue, and then miss the button because it stayed below the visible part of the screen. That direct link between the metric and the real user experience is where PostHog becomes especially useful for us. In other setups, I can see that conversion dropped, but then I have to copy identifiers, hunt for sessions in another platform, and hope I’m still looking at the right cohort. Here, we can go from a segment in Trends, Funnels, Retention, or Paths straight into the relevant recordings without having to rebuild the context manually. Autocapture also gives us a helpful baseline for pageviews, clicks, and form submissions before we decide which events are important enough to instrument properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PostHog?

The bigger risk is that the platform makes it so easy to start collecting data that teams end up postponing key decisions around event naming, ownership, properties, and activation criteria. That approach usually works—until multiple teams are relying on the same dashboard and realize that similar events were implemented differently, or that a critical property was never captured in the first place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PostHog solving and how is that benefiting you?

A redesigned onboarding experience was already live for 30% of users when the growth team noticed that first-project creation had improved, but full activation wasn’t increasing at the same pace. We opened the experiment in PostHog and compared the variants in Funnels. The new version moved more people into the dashboard, but fewer users connected the integration required to complete the workflow. Starting from the step with the biggest drop-off, we went into Session Replay and uncovered two separate issues. On smaller screens, the integration option was sitting below the fold. For other users, the copy made the integration sound optional even though the workflow depended on it. Engineering fixed the layout under the same Feature Flag, marketing rewrote the message, and product added a short Survey for users who still abandoned that stage. Before increasing the rollout, we added “connected integration” as a secondary metric and reviewed the errors tied to each variant, rather than judging the experiment only by project creation. PostHog didn’t tell us what our activation definition should be, but it did give product, growth, and engineering the same evidence. It let us improve the experience without rolling back the entire release, and it helped us expand the experiment based on a more complete view of user success instead of a single conversion number. “Strong Technical Analysis, Needs Improved Competitor Insights”
What do you like best about Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)?

I find Lumar's technical analysis report to be really good and quite competitive in the market. It is especially helpful in identifying pages that are linked and unlinked through the crawl, which is great for getting to know any website. This feature was quite beneficial while analyzing a website, especially for our team, which was new to the organization, as it helped us to understand the purpose of each section. Additionally, the initial setup of Lumar was quite easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)?

We did not receive much in terms of competitor metrics. It mainly targets the technical part of SEO, so I feel the main downside is the lack of competitor data. Overcoming this could make it one of the best tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl) solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Less screenshot chasing and faster frontend debugging”
Describe the project or task LogRocket helped with:

N/A Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LogRocket?

LogRocket is most useful for us when a problem only makes sense after we’ve seen the exact sequence of state changes that led up to it. Being able to record Redux state and actions gives us that missing context, and pairing it with Frontend Performance Monitoring, heatmaps, clickmaps, rage clicks, and dead clicks helps us uncover issues that never throw a JavaScript exception. A page can return 200 on every request and still feel broken if a button looks clickable but does nothing, or if the interface takes too long to become usable. Because LogRocket captures performance, network activity, console logs, and user behavior through the same SDK, we can usually tell pretty quickly whether we’re dealing with a technical failure, a usability problem, or simply a confusing interaction. Product Analytics adds another helpful layer when the issue shows up inside a funnel: we can spot the drop-off, isolate the sessions that didn’t convert, and jump straight into replay instead of comparing dashboards across tools and then manually hunting down the same users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

One downside is that LogRocket can surface more information than you realistically know what to do with. If the team starts opening random replays just hoping to “find something,” it quickly becomes a very expensive way to watch people use the product. We’ve seen much better results when we begin with a concrete signal—an error, a funnel drop, an affected user, or a Galileo insight—and then use the session replay as supporting evidence, rather than treating the replay itself as the investigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering LogRocket:

N/A Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

After a checkout change, support started getting reports that the payment button “did nothing.” Our automated tests were still green and there was no obvious exception, so the issue felt frustratingly vague at first. We filtered LogRocket sessions by the checkout URL and network failures, and quickly spotted users clicking the button over and over while one request was returning a 409 because the cart state had gone stale. In LogRocket’s Network Logs we could see the response clearly, and the timeline made it obvious how that network behavior lined up with our frontend state: Redux had left a loading flag stuck on, so the component never returned to an interactive state. From the user’s perspective, it really did look like a dead button. We fixed the reducer, added a more specific error message, and then reviewed the same funnel again to confirm the rage clicking had actually disappeared. LogRocket saved us from having to ask the customer for yet another screen recording, connected network activity and frontend state in one place, and let us validate the fix using real sessions instead of calling it done just because it worked locally. “Empowers Deep User Behavior Insights, Needs Simplified Setup”
What do you like best about Contentsquare?

I appreciate Contentsquare for its granular visual analytics, like zone-based heatmaps and customer journey analysis, which provide deep visibility into user navigation on complex funnel webpages. The intuitive nature of Contentsquare makes it easy to make data-driven decisions quickly, optimizing our UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO). I find the zone-based heatmaps invaluable, as they aggregate metrics directly over specific webpage components such as CTAs or lead generation fields, allowing us to measure key performance indicators like click recurrence and conversion rates. This removes guesswork from CRO and helps in redesigning layouts effectively. Deploying the core JS tag is straightforward, especially with GTM. Contentsquare, paired with GA4, allows us to extract actionable insights, reallocate marketing budgets towards high-converting channels, and boost overall lead generation and return on ad spend. The platform's capacity to provide immediate, actionable insights through its visual analytics, zone-based heatmaps, and customer journey tracking stands out to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentsquare?

I find setting up webpages mapping and tracking variables requires significant initial effort and close coordination with our web development team. Ensuring URL mapping standards and custom event definitions remain accurate over time can be demanding, especially with frequent website updates and multi-channel marketing campaigns. While the visual insights are powerful, navigating advanced segmentation, journey funnels, and metric definitions can be overwhelming for non-analysts. Pre-built use case-specific dashboard templates or more guided onboarding workflows would help cross-functional business stakeholders get value out of the platform faster. Also, despite Contentsquare's AI-driven anomaly detection and mapping assistants, I feel the platform could improve by offering automated, prioritized action recommendations. An automated workflow estimating the precise revenue or leads impact of fixing each UI roadblock would help prioritize CRO tasks instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Contentsquare solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Contentsquare to uncover UI/UX friction points, optimize leads, and boost ROAS by analyzing user behavior. Its granular analytics, like zone-based heatmaps, give insights that refine digital marketing strategies and redesigns for better conversions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Mixpanel: Making Customer Behaviour Actionable”
Describe the project or task Mixpanel helped with:

Mixpanel is a powerful analytics platform that helps businesses understand user behavior and make data-driven decisions. It offers features like funnels, cohorts, retention reports, and event analysis to provide insights into user journeys and campaign performance. With integrations to other tools, it connects behavioral insights with CRM and marketing data, offering a comprehensive view of the customer journey. Its intuitive interface and AI capabilities enhance the analytics workflow, making it easier to identify trends and patterns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mixpanel?

What I like best about Mixpanel is how effectively it brings user behaviour, product usage, and conversion data into one place, making it easier to turn data into actionable insights. The interface is intuitive, and features like funnels, cohorts, retention reports, and detailed event analysis allow me to quickly understand user journeys, identify drop-offs, and evaluate campaign performance without relying heavily on technical teams. Its integrations with other analytics and marketing tools also make it easier to connect behavioural insights with CRM and campaign data, giving us a more complete view of the customer journey. The platform performs well when analysing large volumes of user data, and the ability to quickly filter, segment, and drill down into reports significantly reduces the time spent on manual analysis. From an ROI perspective, this efficiency is one of the biggest benefits, as it helps us make faster and more informed targeting and campaign decisions. The onboarding experience and documentation are helpful when exploring different capabilities, while the AI and intelligence features provide an additional layer of support by helping identify trends and patterns that may otherwise take more time to uncover manually. Overall, Mixpanel has made our analytics workflow more efficient and has helped us move from simply looking at metrics to understanding the behaviour behind them and using those insights to drive better CRM decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mixpanel?

One area where Mixpanel could improve is making the overall experience more streamlined for users working with complex datasets and multiple reports. While the UI is generally intuitive, some advanced analysis and navigation flows can feel slightly cumbersome, especially when building or modifying detailed funnels and cohorts. On the integrations side, having more flexibility and simpler configuration for connecting data across different marketing and analytics platforms would be helpful, as setting up or troubleshooting integrations can sometimes require additional effort. Performance is generally good, but reports involving large datasets or multiple filters can occasionally take longer to load, which can slow down analysis when quick insights are needed. From a pricing and ROI perspective, the value is strong for teams that actively use advanced analytics, but the pricing structure can feel difficult to justify for teams with lighter usage, so more flexible plans based on usage or specific features could be beneficial. The onboarding experience could also be improved with more guided walkthroughs for advanced features, helping users get value from the platform faster. While the AI and intelligence capabilities are useful, they could become more impactful with deeper contextual understanding of a company's data and more actionable recommendations rather than primarily highlighting patterns or insights. Overall, Mixpanel is a strong analytics platform, but improvements in usability, integration flexibility, performance at scale, pricing flexibility, guided onboarding, and AI-driven recommendations would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Mixpanel:

To enhance the user experience, Mixpanel could focus on streamlining the interface for complex data analysis, improving integration flexibility, and offering more guided onboarding for advanced features. Additionally, optimizing performance for large datasets and providing more flexible pricing plans could further enhance its value proposition. Enhancing AI capabilities to offer deeper insights and actionable recommendations would also be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mixpanel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Mixpanel, analysing user behaviour and understanding where users were dropping off required a lot of manual data consolidation across different sources, which made it difficult to get a clear view of the customer journey. Mixpanel has helped solve this by bringing event-level behavioural data into an intuitive interface where we can quickly build funnels, cohorts, retention reports, and segment users based on their actions. This has made it much easier to identify high-intent users, understand conversion drop-offs, and evaluate the impact of different CRM campaigns and product touchpoints. The integrations with other analytics and marketing platforms also help connect behavioural insights with campaign data, reducing the need to manually reconcile information across tools. From a performance perspective, being able to analyse and filter large datasets quickly has significantly reduced the time required for regular reporting and analysis, allowing us to move faster from identifying an insight to taking action. The platform also provides good ROI by reducing manual analytical effort and helping us make more informed targeting and campaign decisions. Its intuitive UI, documentation, and onboarding resources make it relatively easy for teams to adopt, while the AI and intelligence features provide additional support in identifying patterns and trends. Overall, Mixpanel has helped us move from basic metric reporting to deeper behavioural analysis, enabling more data-driven CRM decisions and making our overall analytics workflow more efficient. Clicky provides real-time website analytics with a clean and intuitive interface. I particularly like the ability to track visitors, actions, and goals in real time, which helps me make faster, data-driven decisions. The dashboard is user-friendly, and the heatmaps and on-site analytics are very practical for understanding user behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Clicky is very functional, some additional integrations with other marketing and CRM tools would improve workflow efficiency. The reporting options are good but could benefit from more customization for complex analytics needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful Actionable Insights, but a Steep Learning Curve and Occasional Slowness”
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

What I value most about Adobe Analytics is how clearly it reveals what users are actually doing on a website or app. The reports are detailed without being overwhelming, and they’re structured to support better business decisions. The platform also makes it easier to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior, reducing reliance on guesswork. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that turns raw data into actionable insights for both analysts and stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

One drawback of Adobe Analytics is its complexity, particularly for beginners. The interface can feel unintuitive at first, and setting up reports often seems overwhelming without prior experience. The platform is also relatively expensive, which can make it less suitable for small businesses or startups. In addition, data processing and report loading can sometimes be slow, especially when working with large datasets, so insights are not always available instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit of Adobe Analytics is the ability to make more data-driven decisions. Rather than guessing which content or campaigns are performing well, the platform delivers clear insights into customer behavior, conversion paths, and engagement trends. It also helps identify opportunities to improve user experience, optimize marketing spend, and increase conversions through more accurate reporting and granular audience segmentation. “Leadlander Delivers Trusted, Daily Value with Intuitive B2B Visitor Identification”
What do you like best about LeadLander?

I’ve tested numerous website visitor identification software platforms over the past few years, and I still haven’t found a B2B visitor identification solution that builds trust the way Leadlander has for my agency and our clients. As marketers representing sales-driven companies that invest premium dollars in Google Ads, social campaigns, and account-based marketing strategies, we’ve found Leadlander delivers daily value. It helps us and our clients verify website visitors and continue conversations with warm leads that didn’t convert through our landing pages or main website strategies.

The solution is priced fairly, and the backend is intuitive while still being simple to use. Its built-in AI functionality has also been helpful when cold emailing. On top of that, the company provides above-average support and customer service, and I consider our partnership with Leadlander beneficial for our brand as well as our B2B clients. I highly recommend this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadLander?

Nothing. Leadlander gets the job done and performs up to our expectations. It's a very small investment that has proven to be the foundation of our marketing strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeadLander solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leadlander accurately identifies website visitors. It's helped our marketing agency better understand our site visitor demographic and also when paired with our cost per conversion metrics, it has lowered the cost per qualified lead significantly, by 30+% for every agency client we utilize it for! “Game-Changer for Data-Driven Marketing Decisions”
What do you like best about Delve AI?

I really like how Delve AI takes complex data and turns it into something simple and actionable. The customer personas feel very realistic and help us understand our audience better than just looking at spreadsheets. The competitor insights are also very handy, it’s like having a clear picture of where we stand in the market at any given time. Most importantly, the platform updates automatically, so we’re always working with fresh insights without having to spend hours digging for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Delve AI?

There isn’t much to dislike, but if I had to point out something, I would say the amount of insights can feel overwhelming at first. It takes a little time to figure out which reports are the most relevant for day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Delve AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Delve AI helps us understand our customers and competitors in a way that would take a lot of time and resources to do manually. Before, we were piecing together information from different tools and still didn’t get the full picture. Now, we get clear customer personas, buying behaviors, and competitor insights all in one place. This saves us a huge amount of time, but more importantly, it gives us confidence in making marketing and product decisions. The benefit is that we can move faster, personalize our campaigns better, and stay ahead of competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effective Session Recording, Needs Compliance Upgrades”
What do you like best about Insightech?

I value Insightech's reliable session-recording capability at FinKontor GmbH Leipzig. It allows me to pull complete user-journey replays for our e-commerce clients, including every click through checkout and payment steps. This is tremendously helpful when we need tangible evidence to validate online sales transactions ahead of tax office audits. The platform's filtering functions are particularly useful, letting me quickly isolate high-value purchase sessions instead of sifting through irrelevant traffic. These features collectively cut down our manual evidence-gathering work and fix audit trail gaps in our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightech?

From our accounting compliance perspective at FinKontor GmbH Leipzig, Insightech has major gaps for German audit standards. It lacks immutable, tamper-proof audit logs required under GoBD. Session recordings cannot be directly handed over to tax authorities as valid evidence. On top of that, automatic data retention settings are not GDPR-aligned; visitor session data accumulates with no regulated expiry. I also run into occasional export glitches for large session bundles. All this forces me to spend extra work manually sorting, validating and re-archiving files onto our encrypted local storage for the client tax audit preparations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Insightech solving and how is that benefiting you?

Insightech automatically captures full user session journeys and site behavior, providing tangible evidence for tax audits. It saves time by eliminating manual documentation gaps, though I need to export and archive data to ensure compliance with GoBD and GDPR standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“The Best Attribution Tool on the Market”
What do you like best about Fospha?

Fospha allows us to accurately measure our true attribution which is singnificanlty better than in-platform. We've been able to considerably scale our TikTok efforts as a result of what we can see inside of Fospha. It's allowed us to scale dramatically across a variety of channels. It also allows us to better measure our campaigns. The saturation curve is an excellent tool and very useful for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fospha?

Nothing really. Some channels have taken a while to onboard but that's to be expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fospha solving and how is that benefiting you?
