I appreciate Exatom for providing great insight into our checkout processes and implementing solutions across the entire website. I like the detailed metrics it offers on each form step, helping me recognize what needs improvement. What do you dislike about Exatom?

The form metric dashboard on their website can be confusing and has a learning curve if it's someone's first time looking at it or if they haven't looked at it for a while. Familiarizing myself took some time as the client-side dashboard is not easy to understand at first and takes a while to gather information at a global level if working with multiple locales. What do you like best about Exatom?

What I like most about Exatom is the level of detail it provides on form usage. Instead of only looking at forms on a high level, Exatom allows you to analyze interaction per individual field. You can clearly see how long users take to complete fields, where they run into issues, how often errors occur, and which error messages are triggered.

This makes it possible to optimize forms very precisely based on real data and user behavior. Combined with session replay, Exatom becomes even more powerful. Data alone doesn’t always tell the full story, but being able to watch what actually goes wrong in a session helps you draw better insights and turn them into concrete improvements. What do you dislike about Exatom?

Exatom is a fairly extensive tool, which means that at times it can take some searching to find the right data or determine which insights to focus on. The onboarding and academy are clear and helpful, but translating all available data into the right conclusions sometimes still requires experience.
