The difference with other form analytic tools is that Exatom offers excellent support in correctly setting up the tool and validating the data. Data validation is highly prioritized by them for the most reliable insights into the contact form, checkout, quote form, you name it. Additionally, you can not only view relevant data insights per field, but there is also an option to view a session recording of a specific field. Initially, we had some issues with data validation for one of our clients with a complex quotation form. Exatom provided good support in this regard.
