I don't find the features useful - it is an expensive service that GoogleAnalytics can provide in greater depth. They need to improve their refund experience - they refused to refund me out of the 14-day window and refund a pro-rata for my annual subscription. I think some advanced data insights and customization options are locked inside high tier plans. Sure, some feature like the ability to create custom dashboard based on goals like SEO, content performance, lead generation etc, more flexible event and conversation tracking configuration. "Great marketing, poor product"

What do you like best about MonsterInsights?

It provided very high level insights into the website but it's what you can easily see in Google Analytics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MonsterInsights?

It's not user-friendly. The analytics was quite basic and you can see more in Google Analytics. The market certainly over promises so it wasn't what we needed at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MonsterInsights solving and how is that benefiting you?

MonsterInsights was supposed to provide us with insights into visitors for our website and what they were interacting with / downloading. However, the information is very basic and you're better off using Google Analytics.

I stopped using it but they didn't refund for our remaining 10-11 months so make sure you look into this properly before signing up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MonsterInsights?

I use the all-in-one dashboard daily, and Overview Report in the company WordPress site give me all the information. I submit monthly and quarterly ananlytic reports to my executives, I love that with the pro version I can set custom date ranges in the reports. So easy to install and it was a seamless integration into my existing WordPress site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
