**What do you like best about Dataroid?**

We can create custom dashboards with real-time behavioral data. Also, the retention module is great for understanding the conversion of our digital products. The customer team is always sharing insightful use cases for us to look into. Overall, it is a great experience.

**What do you dislike about Dataroid?**

We don’t have a major dislike. There is quite a lot of data in the platform, and you have to get creative with how to use that. But the regular touchpoints with the customer teams are great for learning.

**What problems is Dataroid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dataroid helps us understand how our users move on our digital channels by collecting real-time digital footprints and creating unified profiles. We can create adhoc dashboards without becoming dependent on our departments and understand drop offs, increases or any experiential outlier in real time. Dataroid also has an engagement layer, so it’s easy to turn any insight into action.

**What do you like best about Dataroid?**

Dataroid has very easy to use journey analytics features like funnels and user  
paths which allow us to see exactly how users are moving on our digital

banking channels and where they drop off. In addition, as a financial institution,  
Dataroid’s data security features are very important for us. Finally, having  
engagement capabilities within the same platform allows us to move faster  
and take quicker action with our data analysis.

**What do you dislike about Dataroid?**

This isn’t a dislike but it should be noted that the platform is extensive and if  
this is your first time with a tool like this, it will take a learning curve. The  
customer teams have regular sessions so I do advise you to join those to get  
maximum value.

Customer journey analytics, understanding behavioral insights in our digital 
banking channels and creating personalized engagement points.

The customer team is very hands on. Yes, the platform is very extensive but the team is always there for us so that we can unlock new use cases in analyzing digital behavior.

Nothing much really. We haven’t had any problems so far.

Being a next-gen payment app, our KPIs are very heavy on increasing conversion for digital customer acquisition. Using Dataroid’s advanced analytics, we track how customers move through these funnels and intervene at key moments via Dataroid’s in-app or push messages to reactivate users.

From a product management perspective, Dataroid stands out with its real-time analytics, behavioral tracking, and engagement capabilities. Being able to analyze user journeys and trigger contextual actions like push notifications or in-app messaging is very valuable for improving customer engagement.

**What do you dislike about Dataroid?**

From a product management perspective, one challenge with Dataroid is that some of its advanced analytics and engagement features require an initial learning curve, especially when teams start working with real-time behavioral data and customer journey analytics. Setting up tracking structures and defining meaningful events across web and mobile channels can take some planning at the beginning. However, once the implementation is properly configured, the platform becomes very powerful for generating real-time insights and optimizing digital experiences.

**What problems is Dataroid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Product Owner in a newly established digital bank, one of our key priorities was optimizing the mobile customer acquisition journey. With Dataroid, we were able to track user behavior across the mobile onboarding flow and quickly identify friction points that were slowing down the process. Using these insights, our team implemented targeted improvements to the onboarding experience. As a result, processes that previously took a long time to complete were significantly optimized, enabling us to shorten the customer acquisition journey and help users complete onboarding much faster.

**What do you like best about Dataroid?**

As a software engineer, managing and using digital analytics channels through APIs is very important to me, especially since I don’t use the interface directly. The APIs provided by Dataroid are very easy to use from a developer’s perspective. Their clean and well-structured documentation also made the integration process smooth. In addition to the product itself, I have to mention their customer support. They have a highly engaged and solution-oriented team, both on the technical side and in digital analytics.

**What do you dislike about Dataroid?**

To be honest, I feel like I’m trying to push myself to find a downside. In this case, it’s fair to say that I’m completely okay with their service/product. However, due to my role, I only use a limited portion of the application. I haven’t had any problems so far.

**What problems is Dataroid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to automate the management of digital channels. To minimize manual intervention, I required comprehensive API-based control over digital channel operations. I also needed access to raw data to support custom data analysis processes. Since Dataroid provides all of these capabilities, it has delivered significant operational benefits.

**What do you like best about Dataroid?**

We are a ride-hailing app which means creating contextual engagement
touchpoints for our users is one of the most important things for us. Dataroid
provides both analytics and engagement capabilities so our time to action is
really fast. The other really cool feature is that Dataroid is able to do multi-step,
contextual triggers which allows us to target users at really specific moments,
in real-time. This helps the discovery and conversion of our products.

**What do you dislike about Dataroid?**

This is not a dislike but Dataroid is a very extensive platform. So you need to
use your time with the customer team really well as they always provide use
cases to improve your usage.

**What problems is Dataroid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dataroid collects all digital footprint for us. They are our digital data provider.
By using the different analysis modules in the platform we can create
dashboards to investigate how customers move inside our app. Then, by using
the in-app and push notification module inside Dataroid, we can create
engagement touchpoints with them. This contextual engagement helps our
customers feel supported and discover relevant opportunities.

**What do you like best about Dataroid?**

I have nothing negative to say about Dataroid. If you're looking to enhance your channels, they are always there to support you. Whenever you make a request, they respond quickly and get it done as soon as possible. The platform offers many benefits in a single panel: you can send push notifications, create in-app content, or analyze data thanks to their all-in-one tools. Compared to other channel marketing tools, I believe Dataroid stands out as the best. It's user-friendly—you can send push notifications in just four clicks. You can also customize your panel with analytics. The customer support team is excellent; we meet every week, and they answer all our questions, offer suggestions for our usage, and provide monthly reports.

**What do you dislike about Dataroid?**

Just one thing. When we developed new events and attributes, there is a limit for it. For one event, we only have 50 attributes. Sometimes, for advanced analtics, we need to have more than 50 filters to see the affects.

We use Dataroid to send push notif and create in app messages. Thanks to dataroid, we can engage more with our customers.

**What do you like best about Dataroid?**

We leverage this tool to understand how retail banking customers interact across our website, online banking platform, and mobile app. It plays a vital role for both product development and digital marketing teams. With it, we can monitor key interaction metrics, analyze customer journeys, and derive behavioral insights. Although multiple tools could provide similar data, the advantage of real-time access allows for swift decision-making. Additionally, recent enhancements and new functionalities in the tool enable us to conduct far more in-depth analyses.

**What do you dislike about Dataroid?**

Based on our experience, we haven’t come across any aspects of Dataroid that we found unfavorable. We understand that every customer has unique needs and that user behavior evolves over time, so it’s important for the product to continuously adapt and improve. If we were to point out an area for improvement, it would be the duration for which data is visible on the dashboard. Although this time frame has been extended compared to previous years, there are still instances where it falls short of our needs.

We’re able to evaluate the customers acquired through each communication channel and monitor how they behave afterward. This allows us to follow their entire journey from initial contact to final engagement.

I especially appreciate the action-based push notifications, which help re-engage users who have dropped off. Another feature I find valuable is the goal-setting option. The tool sometimes can be slow with large data volumes. Also the export options and filtering are limited and could be more advanced. But the team recognizes these needs and tries to develop Dataroid.

Currently I am using Dataroid for our daily reporting and Conversion analyses. Also Dataroid helps us to understand how certain changes can affect our processes on our mobile app, how our customers react to these changes, and what benefits that change gave after implementation. Since we started working with Dataroid, we've been able to analyze user behavior in our mobile app much more deeply. With digital footprint tracking and real-time data analytics, we’ve significantly improved both our user experience and marketing strategies.
One of the biggest advantages is the ability to take immediate action based on live data, enabling us to create tailored in-app and push notification campaigns based on various scenarios. Dataroid is a very useful platform where we can track the digital footprints of our users. One of the features that we use most is the funnel creation area, which shows where exactly our users left the transactions. From the user paths field, we can see other screens to which the transactions are linked. 

The energy, sincerity and interest of the Dataroid team are wonderful. We have been working with them for almost 1 year and we are very satisfied.

**What do you dislike about Dataroid?**

I think one of the new features that can be developed on the platform is the A/B testing area. Being able to perform this test will help us gain a lot of insight and enable us to change our designs based on data. 

Also, it is crucial to monitor rising or falling rates on the platform. The fact that alarm systems do not yet exist causes us to detect critical situations manually.

It provides instant data flow. It is useful on both web and mobile platforms and provides instant access to users.

**What do you like best about Dataroid?**

Dataroid user panel is a user-friendly panel therefore most of the time we can understand how a specific feature is benefited by ourselves. This leads us to use panel more and more day by day for further occasions. If we don't understand or if there occurs further questions, we can consult to customer support team at any time and they reply quickly. Also the integration process is quick and autocapture feature makes  the integration process quite easier.

**What do you dislike about Dataroid?**

Data storage for user profiles is 15 days therefore we can not analyze further data. If it were at least 30 days, it would be more meaningful to inspect the data.

**What problems is Dataroid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can easily see the drop-offs from the significant funnels almost immediately thanks to real-time data. And we can target this data by creating customized scenarios for them to complete the specified funnels.

We also use it as analytics tool by analyzing how a specific screen/function is used, how many time it is visited by customers etc. This allows us to find reach and frequency values for any event occured on the app.
