Frshbooks is going well and providing reliable services as it keeps well trained and responsive team. I never have any major problem nor did my team face any major issue. I have got rid of making new accounts for the customers, easily I enter the payments and the receipts against those clients. It is equipped with so many amazing features that I remain up to date about the progress of my employees working on a certain project as I track the changes and the project progress. Personally, I have not complaints. Some of our development team have had some frustrating moments but they were quickly resolved by Bloomerang's customer service. Our biggest problem occurred during the extra giving Tuesday during the pandemic when the site crashed a few times during the day. Other than that we never had a problem. So far I haven't found much I have disliked about the software. I will say that I wish we could customize some of the categories. It will take some time but "Activity" from our previous software means something completely different than "Activity" in BigTime. The biggest problem I think that has been solved for my workday is probably the amount of time I save on being able to sync things between BigTime and Quickbooks. I feel like I used to waste so much time because I was having to manually enter in data to Quickbooks AND to our old program. Having one and only plugin for courses + membership, getting rid of LearnDash, having the Elementor integration were all gifts that I was not expecting and that made my purchase even more filled with value! I have also managed to use theMemberpress to create some other membershis, not tied to my courses, which also facilitated my work in terms of payment controls and invoice issuing. There's not one thing I've disliked so far! Everything has worked better than expected. It exceeds my expectations. If I ever need help or am unaware of a process, the tutorials are always excellent in helping me out. The donor experience has been streamlined tremendously with our donors. The thermostat bar and the badges are very engaging! This allows our participants to see their progress and get excited about the journey. This sort of engagement is fantastic amount Peer to Per fundraising. While most of our feedback regarding this product is positive, there are a few negatives to consider:

- Only AP Personnel are able to use the Comment feature to make comments on invoices. The only way Approvers are able to comment on an invoice is for them to click Approve, Reject, Request a Field Update or to use the Ask a Question feature, then type the comment in the field below. This is really not optimal, as most of the time, the approver does not want to do any of those things, they just want to add a comment.

- When invoice copies are downloaded in bulk from Stampli, which we have been doing each week, only the invoices will download, not any of the communications or approvals attached to each invoice.

- We wish we were able to give our department head’s (approvers) permissions to edit GL coding, without giving all approvers these permissions. Currently, there is only the option to either give everyone GL coding permissions or to only give AP Personnel GL coding permissions.

- I have heard numerous comments throughout our company about wanting the invoice view to be a bit bigger, although most agree that the magnifying tools do make up for this.

- Only PDF files can be forwarded to Stampli. All other files types must be converted to PDF before being sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Streamlining our AP Invoice Approval Process.

- Reducing time spent on manual tasks.

- Reducing manual data entry.

It is quite limiting in its planning tools/functions (from simple reminders to more “moves management” related tracking/planning). Household linking and pledge tracking functions are very basic and limiting. The reporting functions are a bit tricky to get used to but work well for pulling transactions or notes; complex reporting is more challenging and sometimes not possible. The only issue is that I kind of dislike the amount of clicks I have to do to reach certain app or page, I understand though that this "hub" of productivity software is really feature complete and some kind of complexity must come with it. With Intacct we can record our time expenses easily and in a "submit for approval" fashion, allowing nice transparency of the data and smooth flow of the requests in our organization thus allowing us to focus more on other important things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A couple downsides: the estimated tax payments tend to skew too big every quarter. I appreciate the fact that they are not too small, but I wish they were more accurate. Also wish that the software could give me an estimation for state taxes — I have to do this manually myself. I also recently ran into an issue where I was locked out of my QB account for no reason and had to pay for a subscription to get back in. That was a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

QuickBooks saves me a lot of wasted time that I previously spent doing manual calculations. It saves me from underpaying on my taxes. And, it helps me to send out my invoices on time every month, since the process is as easy as clicking a couple of buttons Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I try to add a participant into an event but the site states their email address is already in use yet the constituent can not be found. I have had to reach out to HQ numerous times to fix this issue and it is really frustrating!! (FYI This even happens when a participant has already participated in the previous year's event in my location!!)

Unable to move donations if they are from a FB campaign (I need to delete a team member but it won't allow me to since they have FB donations which can not be moved so it does not reflect the correct number of participants or the event.)

We are a 20-year-old trade association with 1,500 members, that is recently being managed by unpaid volunteers. For the majority of our 20 years we were managed by a professional management company using a Microsoft Access database. Our data was moved to a propriety database, of which our association was the only user and one developer causing our management company to resign. Our Board recognized that this was a high-risk situation and researched the market for a year looking for a new association management system (ASM). We converted to ClubExpress in late 2018.

We now have much improved communication with our members and can both advocate and educate members better than ever.

I think the quote feature might need some improvement. I want to introduce solar companies to Avaza but I don't think the users will be able to generate accurate quotes using Avaza alone. Some calculation fields to in the quotes section will be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are solving the problem of not being able to easily pull reports and data from our database. In the past, alot of the process was very tedious and manual. The time we save with DonorDock is amazing! The integrations with our credit card system is amazing as well. We are able to very easily import data from events and giving days. We had a fabulous event because of the support of the Silent Auction Pro team, and the software.
