**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

We’ve had a great experience using the Donorbox Live Kiosk. It’s been an easy and professional way to collect donations during events and in-person campaigns. The setup was straightforward, the interface is clean and donor-friendly, and supporters appreciate how fast and simple the giving process is.

One thing we especially like is how seamlessly it integrates with our existing Donorbox campaigns and reporting, making it easy to track donations without extra administrative work. The live display and mobile-friendly experience also help create engagement during events.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

Donorbox has been a strong platform overall, especially for ease of use and getting campaigns launched quickly. That said, there are a few areas where we’d like to see improvements. Reporting and donor segmentation can feel somewhat limited compared to more advanced CRM-focused platforms, especially as organizations grow. Some customization options for forms and donor journeys also require workarounds or external tools.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox helps solve several key fundraising challenges for our organization, especially around simplifying online giving and improving recurring donor retention. Before using Donorbox, creating donation campaigns and managing donor experiences required more manual work and multiple systems.

With Donorbox, we’ve been able to streamline donation processing, launch campaigns quickly, and provide donors with a much smoother giving experience across desktop, mobile, and live events. The recurring giving tools have also helped us grow and manage monthly donor support more effectively, which is incredibly valuable for long-term sustainability.

Features like the Live Kiosk, text-to-give, embeddable forms, and integrations with payment processors and other tools have helped reduce administrative burden while increasing donor engagement. Overall, Donorbox has made fundraising more efficient, more accessible for supporters, and easier for our team to manage day-to-day.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I use Donorbox for funding my organization, and I love that it's easy to use and helps me track giving. The giving page is simple and easy, which means I don't have to have people try and navigate a difficult page. It's really helpful because I don't have to do it all by myself, making it much less hassle. I also appreciate that tracking how much people give and when they give is straightforward. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, making the onboarding process smooth.

I wish there was a broader way to find new people to give. More of a social media help.

Donorbox provides a simple and easy giving page, making it easier for people to donate. It allows me to easily track how much people give and when, so I don't have to do it all by myself, simplifying fundraising for my organization.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I love how Donorbox provides easy access to my photos, which is crucial as a photographer. I appreciate its ease of use, making peer-to-peer sharing seamless and efficient, similar to an electronic version of an in-person dropbox. This makes internet usage and file storage straightforward and less cumbersome for me. Furthermore, I find Donorbox easier to use compared to Google Drive, highlighting the user-friendly nature of its platform. The initial setup process is also very simple, adding to the overall positive experience with Donorbox.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I dislike that Donorbox can be a bit glitchy sometimes. There have been times when I attempt to load my account and encounter an error message, or I have to wait a few minutes before retrying. This disrupts my workflow and can be frustrating when I need to access my stored files quickly.

I find Donorbox offers easy access to my photos, is straightforward to use, and facilitates seamless peer-to-peer sharing, making it superior to Google Drive for file storage.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I appreciate the ease of use and the ability to upload payment methods or forms of payment that come in other ways, keeping our accounting clean. I also like that we can generate reports quickly, which has cut back on our staff's time because the system does so much that we were formally doing by hand. We also appreciate the integration of forms with our website and like the setup and the way campaigns can be followed by individual team members on our staff. Additionally, the initial setup of Donorbox was very easy, and we integrate it with our Stripe platform.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I wish that Donorbox had robust CRM capabilities. We've looked into it, and I understand it's in the process of being built, but the CRM capabilities are not there yet.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox helps us raise funds, delineate them cleanly, and integrate forms with our site. It saves staff time by automating tasks we used to do manually, keeps accounting clean, and lets us generate reports quickly.

I like best that Donorbox is very practical and easy to use. It makes the donation process simple both for our organisation and for our donors, and the platform is clear, intuitive, and efficient. It helps us manage fundraising without unnecessary complexity, which is a great advantage.

I do not have any major complaints, but one difficulty is tracking the transferred funds clearly. Because payments are grouped together before being forwarded, it is not always easy to identify exactly which donations are included or to understand the timing of the transfers. As a result, it can be difficult to follow our income precisely from month to month.

I find Donorbox very easy to integrate into my website, which allows me to collect donations seamlessly without our church members having to leave the page. I also appreciate how ease of access is ensured for church members of all ages. The initial setup was very easy for me, which made the whole experience smooth.

There isn’t much I don’t like about Donorbox. I’ve used this platform in the past for other businesses, and I’ve been extremely happy with what Donorbox offers.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

The UI is very easy to use for setting up campaigns and forms. I especially like that I can duplicate an entire campaign instead of starting from scratch, which saves me a lot of time. The form code displays on my website without any issues. My site is built using PHP files on a VPS, and I’ve noticed the forms load just as quickly as the rest of my site. I haven’t needed to contact support for any problems, but I do receive regular emails offering suggestions and help if I ever need it.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

The jump in price from the free tier to the first paid tier feels pretty steep. For me right now, I can’t justify the cost based on the additional features I’d be getting.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run an independent journalism outlet that doesn’t use advertising, so we rely primarily on donations and fundraising. Donorbox has made that whole process much easier for us, and it’s been a straightforward way to collect support from our readers.

What I like most about Donorbox is how easy it is to set up and start receiving donations quickly. The platform is very user-friendly and integrates smoothly with our website. I also appreciate the customizable donation forms, recurring donation options, and automatic email receipts for donors. It helps small nonprofits like ours collect support online in a professional way.

One downside is that some advanced features are only available on paid plans, which can be challenging for small organizations that are just starting. Also, transaction fees can add up when receiving many small donations. However, overall the platform still provides great value.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like Donorbox's straightforward UI which makes it easy for donors. The integration of payment links is great, and the ability for donors to pay using Apple Pay and Google Pay makes everything very seamless. The initial setup of Donorbox was very easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I think the costing can be improved. Even though I have the standard plan which is the starter plan, I still feel 2.9% on top of Stripe's already 2.9% fee making it a total of around 6+% per transaction is costly. Another feature that I'd highly recommend Donorbox to have is auto tax receipting for registered charities like ours (Guidance for Generations Charity). Your competitor Zeffy has this feature

I find Donorbox helps in getting seamless, easy donations from our donors with its straightforward UI and integration allowing for payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

As the director of Fundación Kaleo in Mexico, I needed a robust and scalable platform for recurring donations, and what I really like is how easy it is to use Donorbox, especially for receiving monthly contributions in a simple way. The integration with payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal, and the HTML editor has greatly facilitated the creation of our page, allowing us to make professional templates for both a campaign for the USA and a campaign for Mexico. Additionally, the model of not having fixed commissions or a fixed monthly fee is key for us in these early stages of fundraising, as we only pay commissions when receiving funds.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

Well, the main limitation I have encountered is related to the top button, as the text is not editable; it only allows us to select Donate, Give, or Pay. And in our case, as we are in the process of obtaining authorization for tax deduction, using the word Donation causes us legal non-compliance. Therefore, it would be very helpful for us to be able to customize the button to say "Support" or "Contribute." Other than that, the platform seems more than excellent to me.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox solves the challenge of securing monthly and recurring income through sponsorship to sustain our activities. Before using Donorbox, maintaining a monthly contribution was administratively complicated, but with Donorbox, it allows us to automate the collection of recurring funds, and this predictable cash flow will help us take firm steps such as integrating a new teacher so that each of the children we serve can have another teacher and also our goal for 2026, which is to open a dining hall for children in Dolores Hidalgo.

Donorbox is one of the easiest donation platforms I've used which is why I recommend it to other nonprofits. It makes it easy to embed forms, create new campaigns, locate donors, and connect integrations to your other tools.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I don't like that when I embed a donation form onto a website, the formatting often creates extra space below the donation form that I can't remove, which makes the site design look less clean.

Donorbox gives me a simple and trustworthy way to set up donation processing for my donors. The UI is simple on both ends which increases donations coming through since donors aren't struggling to understand the form-- which is the case with other donation platforms I've used.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

What I like most about Donorbox is how quickly we can launch and fine-tune donation campaigns without needing technical support. The embedded donation forms are straightforward to customize, integrate smoothly with our website, and support recurring giving by default, which has helped improve our monthly donor retention. Stripe and PayPal integrations work seamlessly, and payouts have been reliable and transparent.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

One limitation of Donorbox is that, although the core features are strong, deeper customisation can feel constrained without developer support. For instance, advanced form styling, conditional logic, and more complex donor journeys may require workarounds or external tools. That can slow down experimentation when you’re trying to optimise campaigns.

The reporting functionality is clear and usable, but it could be more robust for organisations that need granular analytics. Features like custom report building, cohort analysis for recurring donors, and more advanced filtering would reduce the need to export data into external systems for deeper analysis.

Pricing can also become a factor as volume grows. The transaction and platform fees are reasonable, but as donation amounts increase, costs scale accordingly, which may lead larger organisations to evaluate alternatives.

Overall, improvements such as stronger native analytics, expanded automation workflows, and greater no-code customisation would make the platform even more effective for growing nonprofits.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Donorbox, our donation process was fragmented and we had limited infrastructure for recurring giving. Donations were handled through basic payment links, which led to inconsistent donor data capture, manual receipt sending, and no dependable way to manage monthly supporters. As a result, administrative overhead increased and it was hard to forecast revenue.

After implementing Donorbox, we were able to centralise online fundraising with embedded forms and dedicated campaign pages. Recurring giving is now built directly into the donation flow, which has significantly increased the number of monthly donors and improved retention. Automated receipts and more complete donor records have also reduced manual admin work by several hours each month.

Donorbox has further improved our visibility into fundraising performance. With real-time dashboards and straightforward reporting, we can track campaign progress, monitor recurring revenue, and reconcile Stripe payouts more efficiently. Overall, it has helped us professionalise our fundraising operations, stabilise monthly income, and spend less time on manual processes so we can focus more on programmatic work.

It’s a very fast and easy platform to use if you’re running a nonprofit business or even a for-profit business where you need to use donation links.

Just more options where a specific let’s say donation you’re trying to achieve if she give you options to wear, you can have a specific thing that you’re trying to to get donations for with a set amount instead the platform has it where you have to just have a goal and then what those goals are specifically $25-$200 donations rather than letting you say this amount is for this family, etc.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I use Donorbox for my Christian ministry called the Fides Verum Initiative, and I like how easy it is to use and how easy it was to set it up with PayPal. The QR Code feature is really great because I'm trying to make flyers for my ministry, so it really helps to have a program that already makes the codes for you, saving a lot of time. I also put it into my own ministry website, and it works flawlessly. Switching from GoFundMe to Donorbox was a relief because the setup on GoFundMe was insanely complicated. With Donorbox, the initial setup was incredibly easy; I just answered a few questions about my organization.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

Nothing really, I personally think it's perfect.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox gives me an easy way to get funds to help others when they are in need, and the QR Code feature saves me time when making flyers for my ministry.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I What I like most about Donorbox is how simple it makes giving—for both the donor and the organization. It’s clean, intuitive, and doesn’t feel intimidating or clunky, which really matters when you’re asking people to support something meaningful.

I love that it’s donor-first: recurring donations are easy, the checkout is smooth, and it works beautifully on mobile. On the backend, it’s just as good—clear reporting, easy setup, and no unnecessary bells and whistles getting in the way.

It feels like Donorbox actually understands nonprofits: transparent pricing, flexible tools, and zero pressure. It quietly does its job well, which is exactly what you want from a donation platform.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

What I dislike about Donorbox is that while it’s great at the basics, it can feel a bit limited once you want more customization or advanced branding. You sometimes hit a ceiling if you’re trying to create a very specific donor journey or highly tailored experience.

The design options are pretty minimal, so forms can start to look the same unless you put in extra work outside the platform. Some integrations and features also require upgrading, which can feel frustrating when you’re growing and suddenly need tools that aren’t included at the lower tiers.

It’s solid and reliable—but not always as flexible or powerful as you might want if your fundraising gets more complex.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I was able to talk with multiple people at Donorbox concerning a project where we needed to have a live voting system similar to America's Got Talent. They were able to talk me through their system and even did a live tech help after I had everythign setup and was testing the finctionality. In the end, DonorBox was exactly what we needed and we intend to use it again for the same event next year. I've even had some people from thwir team reach out and discuss improvements they could make. Luckily some of the things on my wish list were on their to-do list anyway and they plan to have them implemented soon.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I tried Zappier integration which wasn't exactly easy to figure out and still did not do what I wanted it to. It was a little beyond my understanding ultimately, but I got it working to the basic of what I needed. Still, ideally I like a more graphical representation of donations/live voting next time I use DonorBox for our event.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a live voting system and even though its not originally what DonorBox was designed for, I was able to talk through our needs and get it setup to do exacly what we needed. The team has reached out to me since my event in order to help implement cahnges to mae it easier next time.

I like that Donorbox lets me make campaigns on the fly as they're actually needed. I like that it has an intuitive interface, and I like that our customers are comfortable working through it and setting up repeat donations.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I think that there are some areas that could be improved in the CRM space. I know that a lot of integrations have been launched recently. But it would be nice if as we're already a paying customer, some of that were provided gratis, with the existing payment plan. Having to buy integration after integration to keep financial data straight is not my favorite business model. And frankly, giving access to a proprietary AI system like Quad solves a lot of the integrating for me and negates the utility of a lot of your API services.

Donorbox easily deploys client-facing media and overcomes financial difficulties in collecting online donations with a reputable platform.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I find Donorbox to be a really wonderful platform because it is very, very easy to use, even for someone who is not a computer expert. I appreciate that it is user-friendly and offers various products like a donation button, peer-to-peer campaigns, and text-to-give options. I also like their raffle tickets feature, which I plan to use in the future. Donorbox also gives donors the option to cover the fees, and in our experience, about 90 to 95% of the time, donors do, which saves us a lot of money.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

They recently changed their fee structure, so elements that used to be free now cost a significant amount of money. As a small nonprofit, we might have to use a different platform because the fees went from free to something that was not going to be financially beneficial to my nonprofit.

I've used Donorbox for the last three years at our small educational nonprofit, and it's proven to be extremely helpful and central in our fundraising. I appreciate that Donorbox provides a platform that is super easy to use with tools that are extremely easy to use. I like that I can build giving thermometers, customize things, send thank you notes, and run reports quickly and efficiently. The tools, dashboard, and reporting setup are intuitively laid out, allowing me to pull the reports I need and visually display how much we've raised. Moreover, the fee structure is very reasonable, which has enabled us to raise thousands of dollars. What I like most is the ease of use and how I don't have to worry about setting anything up or troubleshooting once I set up my campaign, allowing me to focus only on monitoring. This makes it valuable because it saves me time, which is important to me.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

Honestly, there's really nothing particular that I would improve other than, I suppose, lowering the transaction cost, but I think that the transaction costs are very reasonable. It took me a minute to figure out where some of the settings were, like configuring welcome messages and then the report actual donations. So, I think it might have benefited from, like, a walk through guide or, like, a tutorial in the app to sort of point things that you can do that most people would typically do when setting up their first campaign.

The team at Donorbox has been very responsive to handling challenges that have come up, most related to a paid add on of an integration with planning center. We've had some issues with donations syncing correctly across platforms, but the team has been quick to respond and work to resolve the issues.

There are still some issues with donation notifications - we've specifically selected certain members of our team to be notified, but they still don't get all the emails. Not a deal breaker however.

we switched to using planning center as our primary database earlier this, and it's been great for our work with foster families. giving in planning center is simple, but limited - so being able to pair it with donor box has provided more options (ask array, campaigns, ability to edit donation receipt, widget, etc)

I love how user-friendly it is, and the fact that it’s free for nonprofits is a huge reason we use it, too. I also appreciate how Donorbox accepts a variety of payments, giving supporters more options and making it easier for them!

Nothing, we love it all! We love that we can build multiple campaigns and when we update anything, it automatically is reflected in the platform that shows it.

It offers different payment options. Before Donorbox, our donors could only use PayPal and that became problematic over time. Donorbox let's us launch multiple campaigns in order to keep fundraising efforts separate and better track reporting.

It is easy to set up with the drag and drop interface and the free version has good functionality.  That way, we are only paying for the platform as a % of an actual donation, instead of having a recurring subscription expense.  As a fledgling NPO that is entirely vounteer run, this is important for us.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

The event ticket sales feature doesn't work as well for us.  The capture of the ticket buyer vs.. ticket user, and the transfer of that data via the Salesforce integration doesn't work seamlessly.  There need to be more options for mapping fields between donorbox and Salesforce.  As a consequence, I have to fix records manually on Salesforce side.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

It was easy to create a stand-alone donation form which I sent to a friend. He was hesitant to use another payment provider due to recent scams and phishes, so our charity decided to offer a secondary payment platform.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

The fees altogether were high. We pay a percentage of each transaction to our alternate payment provider and then another bit on tip of that for Donorbox. Taken as a whole, the percentages are rather high.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My payment provider only allows payment in batches ... let's say $10 apiece, which are configured as "Products". Therefore, a donation of $100 is 10 products. Donorbox allows the donor to enter the value variably (so long as it exceeds $3).

The implementation into my website is a stand-out feature, making it easy to send my website to a potential donor so they can learn more and have the tools to immediately donate. Also, starting with Donorbox was super easy; I could start fundraising the same day, which made the whole process smooth.

I find it frustrating that text-to-give and peer giving are more expensive or require an extra charge. It would be better if they were the same fee as a regular donation. The fees are pretty hefty on some donations.

The rate of the processing for payments feels high. I also feel like they can improve their formatting options for paragraph text boxes inside of the donation landing pages, it's very simple text, which doesn't allow for effective messaging. If you could make it so that you could have paragraph breaks, bold, italics, font size changes, that would be helpful. Same for the post-donation thank you pages.

Donorbox does not offer credit for one-time mistakes. In my case, I selected the option for donors to cover fees, but I unknowingly also selected “swift pay.” In rare situations like this—or as a standard “GRACE” protocol—I think Donorbox should offer a one-time fee credit when something wasn’t intentional. This would go along with their mission of “Giving” back to organizations that want to make an impact in our communities.

It was very easy to set up. We only pay if we receive donations, and donors are thanked immediately, which saves a lot of time for us as a volunteer-run nonprofit.

We've tried using it for events and it is awkward how it records ticketed attendees and the ticket buyer information.  Our integration with Salesforce doesn't seem able to indicate to salesforce that the transaction was an event ticket vs. a donation.

I really like the customizability of Donorbox. It feels like it's truly a tool built for the end user, whether they are a bit more advanced in their knowledge or have no idea how to set anything up. It's tailored to each person, allowing them to follow through and create it and use it exactly in the way they intend to. It works as a CRM for me, housing all the information I need in one spot. It also provides a direct dashboard for donors, enabling them to donate or connect to my website easily, which I built on Wix. Donorbox is kind of an all-in-one tool, and the initial setup was really easy.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I appreciate Donorbox for providing quick and easy access to funding for my nonprofit. I really like that people can donate after seeing the donation button on my website, even if I don't know them. The setup was not complicated, which made getting started easy, especially with a friend's help. I value that I can customize the areas of giving, allowing me to write about the different programs we have so donors can choose one to support.

Connecting to my for-profit business isn't as seamless as I'd like. It's hard to easily connect the two.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

With the free account, I appreciate that recurring donations are included. The forms are straightforward to use and make it easy to track donor information. It was also very simple to embed the form on our website, which helped us get set up quickly.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

It’s not a concern, but it would be great to have an option for creating a legacy donation. Additionally, we’ve noticed that some donors provide incorrect or fake email or mailing addresses, which has caused challenges when sending thank-you notes. Having a way to validate donor email addresses would be ideal.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our main challenges has been retaining donors over time. The recurring donation feature has made a significant difference, helping us maintain donor relationships while also increasing the frequency of donations.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like that Donorbox is very easy to use and very straightforward. It's incredibly easy for individuals to use, which was important for me as an administrator because it allowed me to set it up easily, and then individuals could create and share their own donation pages without needing much help or assistance from me. This ease of adoption for users is something I really love about it.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

Honestly, there's very few. I think cloning campaigns could be easier. Sometimes it is a little bit difficult to remember the correct way to do things. I know Donorbox can do it, but with so many options, it can be a little bit hard sometimes to zoom in on how to do the one specifically you want.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox makes it easy to have multichannel ways to gather donations, essential because we are a small entity with much individual fundraising. It provides flexible options and is straightforward for individuals to set up and use, requiring little help from administrators.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I really value all the contributions and features that Donorbox provides. I appreciate that it can generate tax-deductible donation letters and paperwork. It's also very intuitive and user-friendly. I find it very easy to generate a QR code for our in-person flyers to direct people to Donorbox for donations. The platform saves us a lot of time by removing some of the administrative burdens that revolve around the donation process. The initial setup was extremely easy and fast, taking less than five minutes.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I feel the user interface is a little bit dated, like from the early 2000s. However, it's still very intuitive and not a true issue.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox solves logistical challenges and reduces administrative tasks, saving our volunteer team time. It generates necessary forms for tax-deductible donations and works seamlessly with Stripe to manage funds. Switching from manual processes to Donorbox removed significant admin burdens from the donation process.

What I like most about Donorbox is how simple it makes online fundraising, it’s easy to set up, and donors can give quickly without a complicated process. It also integrates smoothly with websites and tools I already use, which saves a lot of time. Plus, the recurring donation feature is a huge help for building consistent support over time.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

One downside of Donorbox is that some of the more useful features are only available in the paid plans, which can be limiting for smaller organizations.

Donorbox solves the problem of complicated, time-consuming fundraising by making it easy to collect, manage, and track donations all in one place. That benefits me by saving time, reducing donor drop-off, and making it much easier to keep donations organized and consistent.

DonorBox is incredibly easy to set up and use for fundraising. Everything works as exepcted without fuss. Everything I needed to set up a campaign was clearly laid out in the DonorBox interface. It was incredibly easy to connect to our website.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

It's a very minor quibble, but I found it difficult to figure out how to make a donate button for my non-profit's website that was a bit larger than the options they offered by default.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rely heavily on donations for our funding. We were having trouble using the tools that came as part of our website's functionality to do that. DonorBox has removed the friction from our donation process. We no longer lose potential donors because of technical difficulties in the process.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I find Donorbox extremely seamless and user-friendly for running all our fundraisers. It really helps my organization stay organized by keeping all information in one place. It's been a great help for our nonprofit since we don't have a lot of team members, and starting a fundraiser from scratch is tough. Donorbox makes it easy for me, even though I had no prior experience with fundraisers. We managed to raise around $44,000 effortlessly. I love how easy it is to create the fundraiser, add links to our website, and get donations quickly. It keeps all donor details super organized, which I can easily share with my team, helping us stay on the same page about the funds. Overall, using Donorbox has been really stable and efficient for us.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

The only problem that I had initially was trying to add another team member to the campaign, and even after sending the chats to the help team, their responses weren't helpful, and I ended up having to figure it out on my own.

I use Donorbox to run our fundraisers. It's easy to use and keeps everything organized, which helps us manage donor information and keep our records straight. It saves me from tedious work, allowing my small team to start fundraisers easily.

Donorbox is super user friendly. The event template was easy to implement, the instructions are clear. We have used Donorbox for our Homeschool prom for the last two years with great success. The integrations with our payment providers was very simple. The parents love the option to donate and to also help us pay the fees. The emails from customer support with resources and information have proven invaluable.

I am an old lady and prefer printed, perforated tickets taken at the door!

Donor tracking is a huge benefit of using Donorbox. I don't have to create a spreadsheet to keep track of who is giving to our organization!

I love how Donorbox automates the whole process for us, from logging donations to sending receipts. It connects easily with Stripe and PayPal for handling different donations, which is fantastic. Setting up QR codes that direct donors to our donation page is straightforward and efficient. Donorbox has been especially valuable for our small nonprofit, as it helps us manage all the nuances of receiving donations and issuing receipts seamlessly. The ease of automating the process and quickly setting up donation pages for specific events makes everything so much easier on our end. The critical part for us is how easily we can set up these donation pages and ensure donors are directed to the right place.

I love the layouts of donor and event pages. It's so easy to use and the report generating is very simple.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I don't like the fees charged by donorbox in addition to the fees the CC processors charge. I also wish the event feature had the option to do floor plans and to integrate with our DonorDock database. Lastly, I wish the event feature allowed guests to manage their tables and invite guests.

I like that Donorbox allows us to create several campaigns and websites for different fundraising initiatives. It's handy when donors want their funds earmarked for certain students, programs, or scholarships because we can create separate campaigns with their own webpages that funnel into separate bank accounts. I like the clean interface and ease of use. It keeps donor information and creates an email list for future fundraising emails, reducing abandoned carts and enabling us to target people associated with a campaign in the future effectively. Donorbox is easier to use and navigate for both donors and my team compared to what we used before, and the initial setup was simple.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

Nothing - we have no complaints

I like creating distinct campaigns with separate sites and bank accounts. Donorbox's clean interface and ease of use are great. It reduces cart abandonment and builds a donor email list for future outreach, allowing targeted fundraising efforts.

Easy integration for the NGOs site and not to do any designing or anything just set up and you are good to go.

They are not providing testing mode for donation. So incase if you want some action after the success of payment, you have to do real payment.

I can use it anywhere in the website in one click once its setup so collecting donation has become easy. Its performance is also good . Give option for the color which is good to match your site.
