We're a very small manufacturing company that uses Text-Em-All as a service to notify our employees in the event of a plant closure or other emergency communication. So far, we've used it twice for power related issues. Both instances were very successful in getting the word out to the employees before their shift started. In one case, I was able to craft and send the message on my phone while walking around the plant and surveying the outage. It was quick and painless. The biggest draw for us to Text-Em-All was their pricing. We only pay for what we use. Since we may only use this once a year, it doesn't make sense to pay for a monthly service.
