What do you like best about AlertMedia?

AlertMedia is easy to use and offers a variety of features. The customer support at all levels has been amazing. I've had great support from simple questions to technical issues with implementation of new features. I like how easy it is to integrate AlertMedia into our emergency preparedness and threat assessment programs. I've been impressed with the response to customer comments related to platform improvements, enhancements, and service options. AlertMedia enables a small group of administrators to monitor threats for our company with offices and employees across the US and easily communicate critical information. In addition the tools in AlertMedia provide visual intelligence which has been used for potential future facilities among the usual more common intel functions. AlertMedia provides emergent two-way communications inside and outside our network. On an individual level AlertMedia is simple to use and makes my job as the lead for quite simple. What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

Emails must be sent with a call or text, and they don't have a customizable title. Due to this, most people thought it was spam and didn't read it. I need to be able to put my organization's name on it at least. When it says "You've got a message," it looks like spam. When it says "Message from Lakeview Baptist Church," it looks more official.I think this is an easy and crucial improvement to the service.

It would also be really nice to just send emails as well. It's a desirable feature. I would love it if it's free, but if it was like 1c each to stop spam, that would be fine too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

My best feature of Everbridge Mass Notification is that I do not have to go through rings of fire to contact everyone I need. Our side of the implementation was seamless and it is containing features that are similar to the kind of alerts we issue on a weekly basis. I use it frequently, as I find it effective with regard to the functioning of our team. What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?

The aspect I find challenging with the Everbridge Mass Notification is the fact that certain message templates seem restricted to me so I write more than I should. Updates are carried out occasionally and alter little details that disorient me during the day. Due to that, my usage frequency decreases during specific tasks. The thing that Everbridge Mass Notification assisted most in doing was avoiding alerts missed when the situation got chaotic. Its frequent utilization by the team is due to the fact that it adds order to what once were chaotic situations. What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

We're a very small manufacturing company that uses Text-Em-All as a service to notify our employees in the event of a plant closure or other emergency communication. So far, we've used it twice for power related issues. Both instances were very successful in getting the word out to the employees before their shift started. In one case, I was able to craft and send the message on my phone while walking around the plant and surveying the outage. It was quick and painless. The biggest draw for us to Text-Em-All was their pricing. We only pay for what we use. Since we may only use this once a year, it doesn't make sense to pay for a monthly service. What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

We can now see who is in the building for the day, especially if we missed them come into the door. Customer service and technical support at Hiplink is top notch. I work with a lot of vendors on various technical projects and the Hiplink team is above and beyond helpful. We are an office of about 200 employees that communicate with about another 1,000 affiliates of our organization. We were using Pagegate and it was not near the quality of Hiplink. It did take several weeks of back and forth emails for me to fully understand how I wanted to customize and set up hiplink for our organization. The platform is simplistic yet robust. It integrates with everything and allows both high-level, sweeping as well as extremely granular controls of alerts. Setup is quick and easy, and if you needed to, you could run with it out of the box for a while.

Their customer support team and customer management folks are super helpful and stick with you long after the setup is complete. What I think I appreciated most, is that when we were building a POC and testing the features, they gave us space to play and try things out. I wasn't hounded by the sales folks to purchase. They let the product speak for itself.

Want something to alert during business hours and leave you alone after 5PM? No problem! Want something help you keep track of incident actions during an outage? No problem. What do you like best about RedFlag?

I really enjoy how user friendly the program is. It's simple to import contacts and send out messages with easy. It's very useful how you can group contacts together. I love how once a message has been sent the system shows you how many contacts were successful and failed to let you know the percentage of people actually receiving the message. Also love how you can create templates to cut down on having to write out a new message everytime. Customer service is super helpful and resolve any issue in no time! What do you dislike about RedFlag?

There isn't much I don't like about RedFlag, but if I had to think of something it would be that when entering contacts I would prefer for the system to automatically group contacts together that work at the same place. I don't mind every contact having the option to be an individual contact but I wish it would filter to groups as well. Example: Store: Claire's and then all the Claire's employees are a drop down list or can click into Claire's and it show all the employees. It's not beekeepers disadvantage. It's more that in a traditional, classical work environment beekeeper is a true step up. Thus the staff wasn't able to envision what is possible and reacted a bit defensive and careful.
