**What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

Everbridge has always been easy and quick to login, use, and get messages out quickly. The adaptive forms and pre-selected settings make it even quicker to respond during critical times. Their customer support and trainings are also very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

The training library can be a bit overwhelming at times, but partnered with customer support trainings and audits the Everbridge team helps to fill in the extra items that we may have missed in the training.

**What problems is Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't typically use Everbridge for IT or other business outages, even though it could easy help with that. Our university has decided to only use it for emergencies. Some of the major benefits though is that there are several channels that we have been able to centralize with Everbridge (campus TVs, website banners, text, email, website widgets, etc.). This has significantly reduced the response time and people involved during an emergency.

I have been using Everbridge for 7 years and it has never let me down. Easy to use platform that allows us to contact employees across multiple platforms reliantly.

**What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

I have not encountered anything that I dislike about Everbridge yet. The biggest issue was getting the employee contact csv formatted correctly but they were able to assist with that.

Notifying a target employee Group or all employees. Quickly being able to send out notifications about various events and incidents and keep employees informed.

**What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

Everbridge helps us engage our frontline teammates who don't normally have access to a computer or device. We utilize their personal number, but we are able to get a hold of them in a matter of seconds. The software is easily customizable and very dynamic.

**What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

The weakness of Everbridge is the reporting output. Outside of a normal Excel extract, there's not a great way to present data through a dashboard-type interface. Some other options are limited as well.

**What problems is Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to easily engage our frontline teammates through a quick notification. We have used this tool after a storm or weather event and have gotten instant feedback on the safety and security of our important teammates.

**What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

We find that Everbridge Safety Connect is an exceptional way to allow our employees to have more information in their hands before crises occur and helps to prevent our employees from traveling to locales or engaging in activities that may be detrimental to their well-being. While it is a tool that we do not WANT to have to utilize, it is a great resource that allows our employees to have a true sense that there is a benevolent force providing them timely information that keeps them safe. We are also very proud to be able to provide our employees a 24/7 single touchpoint in the SOS button, allowing our front-of-house employees to feel like they have someone to call upon for assistance whenever needed. Having a global reach, we anticipate that natural disasters will impact our company in the near future and as a result have Safety Connect, the app, and the entire Everbridge platform available to us will provide the ability to reach out entire employee base impacted by such a disaster, even if we did not know they were in the area at the time.

**What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

We have found that the ability to white label the product is not as user-friendly as it could be. For example, uploading our brand logo into every template vice being able to have a setting where we can simply have the image built into every template from the start is frustrating, as we have to reformat and upload our image any time we make a new template. In addition, the ability to white label the SMS system with our logo did not work out well as the pixel size and image memory size was so small as to degrade our logo to be unuseable and so we have removed it. Furthermore, we are interested in having more and more role flexibility. As we have different internal levels of permissions for who can do what, we would like to have the ability to set create our own user roles that mix and match permissions as we, the end-user, see fit. We want in essence to have specific permissions for specific internal roles, which would allow our team to share more and more of the responsibilities, but not have as heavy a lift for some users, while also maintaining data integrity and protecting the system. Finally, we would like to see the ability to have secure chat between phone users and admins on the web portal vice having it only avaiable on a cell-based system.

We are solving for our employees being in places they are not tied to by our HR portal and still being able to message to them

**What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

A scalable product that we can use to notify all the citizens of our municipality as well as in smaller applications to inform groups of people. We like to use it for employee notifications of severe weather, closures and delays, and other emergencies.

**What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

There is a bit of a learning curve to using the software. You can easily practice sending notifications by simply selecting yourself as the recipient. The process is the same for one or many.

We have used Everbridge for many years and are still happy with it.

Our original intent was for mass public notification for large emergencies. As previously mentioned, it has served us very well for employee notification.

The System provides the ability to communicate with a wide population, either internal or external, in a short amount of time and records the responses in real-time. It is also nice having the manage bridge applications that allows one the opportunity to work in the system when a desktop computer is not available.

Repeated updates are constant once you are a customer, and I understand it is necessary to get the system running at its peak potential. Instead of a single message, every update is sent whether or not information changes on my end or pertains to me.

**What problems is Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everbridge Mass Notification is well suited for any organization where you need to get specific information out fast. It gives you the flexibility to choose what delivery method is best for you at that moment in time. We now use the system for any overtime or to fill additional shifts, which is way easier than our old process.

**What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

It is very easy to quickly get a notification to a select group or all teammates with just a few clicks In addition, you can manage scenario-based events and create templates. Everbridge also interacts with our HR Database, so we have up to date contact information for all of our teammates.

**What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

The mobile app (ManageBridge) is very basic and doesn't give a lot of options. In addition, status details are not alphabetized and basically useless. In addition, there are some settings and customizations that aren't available, which limits the software.

**Recommendations to others considering Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management):**

Consider alternatives but Everbridge is a leader. They do try to upset you even when you are current customer. It is also pretty expensive.

We are able to quickly send any emergency issues to our field teams. In addition, we have been able to stand up COVID-19 check-ins for our teammates (temperature and symptom checks).

The system is easy to use. Once it is set up it is easy for the end-user to send a notification. They can also make modifications on the fly with little issue.

**What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

I have used Everbridge for over ten years.  It is a continually developing mass notification product, which at the same time maintains an ease of use both for the end-user and the administration.  Managing the backend is relatively simple after training.  Sending alerts, including IPAWS, is a straightforward process; and creating templates is a huge timesaver.  Everbridge has been more proactive in its community engagement, including ease of enrollment, special event (Nixle) registrations, and management of the notifications the user wants to receive.  I have very much enjoyed using Everbridge, and their continuing growth and development keep it a leading mass notification system.

**What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

Everbridge's price keeps increasing, but it is still comparatively less expensive than some competitive products.  Everbridge's speed of development means an administrator needs to keep on top of the new features.

**Recommendations to others considering Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management):**

When comparing systems, keep in mind to check the service agreement if it is all-inclusive or a 'per message' format.  Check with other users for their support experience.  Most major mass notification systems have similar essential functions; the real power is in their support and education.

**What problems is Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my new agency, we seamlessly migrated from one system to Everbridge.  The community engagement (Nixle) for special events is a fantastic feature used for festivals, etc.  Also, creating templates for planned notifications saves time and effort for the 911 center to send emergency notifications.

I was assigned a relationship manager, Phillip Haslett who was top notch. He understood our needs, effectively communicated understanding throughout the lifecycle of this project, worked with our teams providing thoughtful guidance which ultimately resulted in successful implementation of the solution.

Nothing comes to mind that is worth mentioning. We're very pleased with the relationship, the follow-thru given for all tasks and issues, and quality support given thusfar.

Of all the solutions, we found Everbridge to provide exactly what we need. Access to their support personnel, and the solution's flexibility were most notable.

We are able to utilize Everbridge in a way that is flexible for communicating in almost any emergency scenario, to any of our office locations, or specific group of employees, and even to multiple locations. Very sophisticated in terms of options compared to our last communications system.

The support experience was the very best part, good communication and progress updates through to resolution. The software solution is well laid out and easy to understand, the API is simple to access and link existing applications.

I haven't found anything to dislike. There could be more branding options in the automatically generated notifications, but it has not been an issue.

We have used Everbridge to add robustness to our citizen notification options. The solution has added confidence to our ability to distribute email, SMS, and voice messaging in a crisis, and it replaced a solution that we were struggling with.

**What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

Everbridge is extremely helpful for any security operations from startups to large operations with the objective of quickly notifying employees or travelers of an incident or potential life-threatening event with a few clicks of the mouse. This is why many large security operations, including law enforcement agencies, utilize Everbridge. The upside of Everbridge is its customer service; each time we have questions or encounter an issue, we received a quick response and resolution to our issues.

I like that we can use Everbridge for many different situations. From sending notifications about shift changes, to requests, to emergency notifications.

There's not really anything that I don't like. If I had to be picky, navigating the Everbridge University can be tricky if you don't spend time getting used to it.

We currently have Everbridge working with us on a new organization that is intended to be used only for emergency communications. Because our primary organization is for internal use only, we realized that should an incident occur, we need the ability to reach out to employees, the general public, local emergency services, and others who wish to sign up for notifications.

On the end-user side there is not much we can adjust. We have discussed many times with Everbridge our concerns and frustration and they seem to go nowhere.

It was such a pleasure to work with Phil. He took our vision and created plain language templates for one of our facilities. These templates will now be tested and dispersed across the system. Phil was very helpful. After hearing what we wanted, he asked us for specific facility-specific information and was able to use it to build out a structure within Everbridge. Thank you Phil!

The scheduling system used to make appointments with the consultants had some kinks in it. As easy as it is to schedule an appointment, that appointment does not automatically send me a reminder for my calendar. It looks like Phil had to receive the appointment then and send me a zoom link. There was one specific scheduling miscommunication due to this. But overall, the experience was great. Much thanks. Everbridge makes it extremely easy to contact all employees in the company (full employees, contractors, etc.) with a single input. We are able to send out emergency notifications regarding in-house accidents, weather, etc. I also appreciated how we are able to incorporate the system into social media to send out posts (although while I was at this company, social media had not been fully implemented yet.)

The interface could use some work to make it a little more attractive. Other than that, I didn't see any issues with the system.

It was a great system we implemented when we realized that it was taking too much to work to send notifications to all our employees at all our locations.

We are able to notify all employees to any emergencies no matter where they are. This helped specifically because we have locations across the world. We were easily able to send notifications to our employees in Japan at the same time we sent the notification to employees in Canada.

Everbridge' mobile apps fit well within the Everbridge ecosystem. If you already use mass notification, the mobile app is a no brainer. Allows you to monitor the publicity of mass notification messages available for public consumption.

the program is a little large (storage) than what some users would have liked, but for the feature set this is acceptable. When a user is searching within the Android play store, there are similar apps that are not under the EB umbrella, ignore those.

Make sure you understand your implementation of EB first, before using the apps.

being able to utilize certain Everbridge systems, such as delivering mass notifications for incident response management, on the go. The apps tie into the cloud tools very well. Control the publicity or availability of public-viewable incident messages. View from an end-user POV, what your messages will look like.

The Everbridge is very user friendly and the account team is very helpful.

We worked with Everbridge team to create templates to use for notifications. The templates that were created and consolidated did not completely match our needs -- there were some rework.

**What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

I receive Everbridge alerts everyday. I like how it can be used as "intelligent" alerting, where depending on someone's geographic location (if their phone provides access), that the alerts can specifically target them. The UI to send alerts is also easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

Besides receiving seemingly non-stop low staffing alert messages, I wish Everbridge placed more emphasis on their app based services. To me, app based messaging is more functional and customizable. Their app could be better.

**Recommendations to others considering Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management):**

Make sure you look at the other available products out there. Everbridge is changing their game, but there are plenty of start ups offering better services.

We primarily use Everbridge for staffing notifications. We are in the business of public safety, so when the county manager is constantly receiving these alerts, it makes the argument for larger budgets a bit easier.

**What do you like best about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

Everbridge has the best solutions to emergency management. While employed through the state, this is the program we use to effectively send out emergency notices to our area! We currently have approximately 27,000 and growing registered users receiving our alerts. There is no better way to have an emergency broadcast system in place, trust Everbridge. It'll get the job done.

**What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

What I dislike very much is how complicated it can be. Before understanding and running a few test alerts, it'll take the newcomer a few times to get the hang of how and what to process. During my initial training it was definitely complicated but after familiarizing myself with Everbridge, I was able to master it. I can now easily send notifications without issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management):**

Recommendations to others? If you are currently in a public safety capacity and looking to have a community notification system, Everbridge is the way to go. There is no better system out there that will provide the quality and effectiveness that Everbridge will. I wish I could post a photo of our Everbridge notification panel however due to the sensitivity and confidentiality (which I assume you all understand) I can't. However I ask that you reason with me and give them a trial run!

The business problems I am solving with Everbridge is the fact we can send a mass notification to our community without having to go to the media/news crews, waste time and man hours. We can simply get on a computer and send the notice within seconds/minutes.

It has been amazing to use this system for mass alerts for our company. This allows us to contact each employee via the information they provided. When we run test alerts for the emergency shelters we are able to see who responded as well.

I do not have any complaints about this product. It is definitely one to keep an eye on.

Everbridge offers so much in terms of mass communication. It's a very comprehensive system that you would think is complex, but is actually very simple when receiving the proper training. I'll admit when you first get in to the system it's overwhelming but once you get going it's very simple to follow. 

**What do you dislike about Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management)?**

I don't really care for the everbridge univeristy, which is the online database where they show you tutorials of how to use the software. I think it's only worth it if you can get the database to sync with a pre-existing system that stores contact information. 

**Recommendations to others considering Everbridge 360 (Critical Event Management):**

Definitely consider receiving a tutorial in person from an Everbridge consultant. They might try to have you take trainings online but it is really worth while to plan a class or training with your colleages with an Everbridge representative.

Mass communication is very important for large companies.. Everbridge can help account for missing employees during natural disasters, as well as alert them regarding ongoing incidents.
