**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

I really enjoy how user friendly the program is. It's simple to import contacts and send out messages with easy. It's very useful how you can group contacts together.  I love how once a message has been sent the system shows you how many contacts were successful and failed to let you know the percentage of people actually receiving the message. Also love how you can create templates to cut down on having to write out a new message everytime. Customer service is super helpful and resolve any issue in no time! My company frequently uses the system to send out message from our computers or phone. It's perfect to keep everyone on notice for any RED FLAGS!

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

There isn't much I don't like about RedFlag, but if I had to think of something it would be that when entering contacts I would prefer for the system to automatically group contacts together that work at the same place. I don't mind every contact having the option to be an individual contact but I wish it would filter to groups as well. Example: Store: Claire's and then all the Claire's employees are a drop down list or can click into Claire's and it show all the employees. However, the search bar is very useful so it's not a major dislike.

RedFlag is solving the problem of everyone on the property staying in communication and notified when something is going on. It is a benefit that keeps everyone feel safe and informed.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

My overall experience with RedFlag has been positive. The system proves to be reliable and effective when it comes to sending urgent notifications promptly, which is essential for communicating with tenants. I value the customization options and the delivery tracking features, as they give me confidence that messages are being received. Although the interface could benefit from a more modern and intuitive design, the core functionality performs well and fulfills our requirements.

What I liked least about RedFlag was that its interface sometimes felt a bit outdated and less intuitive compared to more modern platforms. I also found that configuring some of the advanced features involved additional steps, which could be simplified to improve the overall user experience.

RedFlag addresses the challenge of rapidly and reliably delivering urgent information to both tenants and staff. Previously, notifications were sometimes delayed or overlooked, which led to confusion during important situations. Now, with RedFlag, we are able to send alerts immediately through various channels and monitor their delivery, making sure everyone gets the message. This has enhanced our safety, shortened response times, and provided reassurance that our communication remains consistent and effective.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

I enjoy RedFlag for its capability to streamline internal communication effectively, especially given that 65% of our workforce is deskless. The ease with which I can send mass communications directly to employees' phones is incredible; whether it's critical safety updates like tornado warnings or more routine corporate messaging, it ensures everyone is promptly informed. I appreciate that I can include links, PDFs, and polls in these communications, enabling us to disseminate event information, policy updates, or gather immediate feedback through surveys and Jotforms. The feature allowing for quick two-way communication is invaluable, as it means employees can instantly start a chat if they have questions. I also love that I can send and receive photos, which enhances the visual communication aspect. Additionally, RedFlag's set-up process was seamless, allowing me to start using the system the same day I learned it, making the transition incredibly smooth.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

I would love to have the ability to respond to individuals with a signature so that they know which one of us is helping them. We can type it for sure, but it would be nice to have profiles and signatures. Additionally, I wish we could respond directly through the mobile app or through our own phones that would make the communication even faster!

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RedFlag streamlines communication, allowing us to instantly engage with our deskless employees directly on their phones, ensuring safety during emergencies, sharing vital updates with links, PDFs, and polls, enhancing feedback collection, and promoting seamless corporate communication.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

I am extremely happy with RedFlag, finding it to be very easy to set up and use, which was a great relief during a transition period with new management. The website's navigation is straightforward, allowing us to enter information quickly and easily without needing any support. The ability to send real-time notifications and schedule communications for weather-related operations or safety alerts is pivotal in keeping our communications managed and reliable. I particularly appreciate its reliability and ease of use, which saves us time and effort by minimizing the need for complex setups or additional thought. This straightforwardness of RedFlag greatly enhances its utility for our operations, fostering a seamless experience. I have found that we can rely on RedFlag to send messages in a timely and reliable manner without having to coordinate with other software specifically.  I would give it a high recommendation score of 10 out of 10 if asked.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

I don't think RedFlag had the capability for us to enter an Excel sheet of previously saved contacts. We had to reenter those manually if I remember correctly. This might have been an inconvenience during the setup phase, although I'm not entirely sure about that.

I use RedFlag for real-time safety and weather notifications, keeping communications managed and reliable. Its ease of use streamlines setup, saving time during transitions and ensuring efficient operations.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

RedFlag has made communication during emergencies and marketing campaigns through M360 seamless and effective. RedFlag has been extremely versatile, offering multiple features such as Text-n-Tell, e-blasts, Wi-Fi-triggered messaging, and mobile alerts. It’s user-friendly, and the interface makes setting up campaigns or sending out emergency alerts simple & efficient. The ability to centralize communication across different platforms saves a lot of time and ensures consistency!

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

Sometimes, the initial setup for certain features was a bit complex for me, especially when trying to customize advanced campaigns. However, the customer support team is always available to assist and resolve these challenges quickly.

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RedFlag helps us address problems in the center quickly and efficiently. Anytime a guest or tenant has an issue, they can text our 'Text-N-Tell' number, and we’re able to immediately resolve their concern, no matter how small. This platform has been a game changer for us over the past year, especially since our security team can't be everywhere at once. The speed of text notifications ensures they are alerted immediately and can respond swiftly, which has greatly improved our overall operations and customer satisfaction.

I greatly appreciate how RedFlag allows me to send messages quickly and confirm their receipt, which effectively ensures that all tenants are aware of the notices or notifications. This feature not only streamlines my communication process but also eliminates excuses for tenants claiming unawareness. The platform is incredibly easy to set up; I simply enter the tenant's information and assign them to their respective groups or properties without any hassle. This ease of use makes my job much smoother and more organized. Overall, I really like the platform and enjoy using it to effectively manage communications with tenants.

I have accidentally created a group and wanted to delete it, but wasn't sure how.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

It is easy to compose emergency messages. The implementation of RedFlag was painless because it was intuitive. Redflag customer support was very helpful and so was the implementation team. They provided a comprehensive implementation guide and strategy. There are many great features, the threat intelligence is a real standout. Internally we schedule practice notifications to increase our frequency of use in order to stay sharp with the product.   It integrates easily with our emergency and incident response programs.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

RedFlag is licensed by the number of administrators, I wish there was more flexibility here.

It is solving the problem of mass notifications for our distributed offices.

Once all of your contacts are uploaded, sending a message out is very straightforward and easy with the text to speech.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

Uploading the contacts and then any changes that need to be made is a little quirky. If you are looking to update contacts, you can not just delete them from the main group screen, you need to go in and delete them individually and then reupload.

RedFlag works well for our needs and functions very well for sending mass alerts and managing users and contacts in the system. Our rep has always been extremely responsive and helpful, both for implementing features and resolving issues. RedFlag is priced very competitively.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

RedFlag's texting does not allow to send longer messages, they instead turn into short URLs. I wish RedFlag could send SMS, longer messages, or allow recipients to respond by text (e.g. "Reply 1 to CONFIRM")

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fulfills safety requirements and allows quick communication with all employees and tenants.

Allows notification of IT outages when other communication methods are not available (E-mail announcements).

The interface sometimes feels a bit outdated and not as modern compared to other platforms. Some of the advanced features are not as quick to set up.

I appreciate the direct focus on the product and the attention to detail put into the services. The representative we worked with was attentive and friendly. They answered all of our questions and took feedback as well.

We have not had anything to complain about so far.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

RedFlag has an easy-to-use interface that anyone can feel comfortable using. Recordkeeping is easy and streamlined. The mobile app is also a great perk - this allows for emergency messages to be sent out quicker, therefore keeping our employees safe.

Customer Support has always been quick to respond to the two very minor issues I have had, and, came to a resolution quickly. Our integration was seamless and we have continued support from our Customer Success Manager when needed.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

The only downside I have found with RedFlag is that text messages that are over a certain character length will need to be opened by clicking a link. Luckily, most of our emergency messages are shorter than the character limit.

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have a streamlined means of communication as we have several sites, and among these sites, some have several different buildings on campus making it difficult to use a PA system. We are a manufacturing facility, so, sending mass emails are not effective as our production staff do not have company-issed email addresses. RedFlag allows us to communicate with all staff members at once, which eliminates the time between emergency and notification. Our staff all carry cell phones, so, messages are never lost in translation.

The technical side to get RedFlag fully integrated with our HRIS was challenging and long process.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

RedFlag is helpful because it allows our remote staff to receive communications broadly across our organization. This is also helpful for our in office staff because we are on the coast and in the line of hurricanes. We work at a non-profit which provides disaster relief supplies so we need to be able to communicate even when situations become dire. This can happen fast and RedFlag is now available for our team to better communicate and use.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

We haven't encountered many issues with RedFlag. Since we are a smaller organization we are able to employ any use of emergency systems that we require and RegFlag has provided us with plenty of options for message creation and disbursement. Perhaps, one downside would be getting the entire organization to download the app and log in.

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RedFlag allows our organization ot have notifications in case of an emergency. We have internal emergencies and external threats involving weather related issues. Our team can communcate easier.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

The platform is simple to understand and master.  We were given an onboarding specialist who helped us with integration into our HR database for automatic imports and removals.  We actively use the tool nearly every day in sharing important and relevant information with our employees.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

Getting the system implemented takes a bit of time, but once everything is in place, using templates and sending out mass notifications can be quick and easy for anyone in the organization to utilize.

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an organization in the Hospitality industry, our employees  ability to access timely and important information is vastly different depending on their individual roles.  Many of our team members do not have email accounts and some are on the floor serving and away from a computer all day.  In order to reach our employees where they are at, it was important for us to find a tool which would allow us to share dynamic and emergency notifications with our team members to their mobile devices quickly and easily.  Redflag helps us accomplish this while integrating with our HR database to always have the most up to date contact information.

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

Great platform for disseminating relevant information! We have used it to communicate throughout the staff, we have used it to inform resident families about all sorts of news, information, and events, and we have even combined it to ensure all the stakeholders of the facility can receive the same information in a timely and consistent basis. Simply type the message, choose recipients, and off you go! It's been great!

I have not found any issues using the platform so far. It has been wonderful!

It is saving enormous amounts of time by letting us send one single unified and consistent message to all our stakeholders. Instead of having to retype an email, or hunt down contract information, RedFlag lets us write one time and send to everyone involved. SUCH a great timesaver!

**What do you like best about RedFlag?**

Price to value.  We were looking for an Emergency Notification System that didn't break the bank, but had a robust set of features that we could use in the event that any/all of our employees could be communicated with.  Other tools we looked at had countless features we weren't going to utilize and did not meet our budget constraints.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

There can be a slight delay in the real time reporting when using the tool.  Typically a minute or two.  While this may seem inconsequential, it is crusial in the event of a fire or other type of evacuation scenatrio.

**What problems is RedFlag solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a previous ENS that was cumbersome and did not allow for automated updates with our Active Directory, which was an administrative burden.  The RedFlag system is updated nightly with all of our personnel changes and integrates with our HR system so the data is always accurate.  We now have the ability to voice call, text and email employees without having to search for their personal information.  This ability is crusial in emergency situations.

I love that I can make groups and just send a message to that group.  Knowing what department people are in makes the grouping very easy.

For me it was the learning curve. I can have RedFlags remove users that are no longer here. and it deleted them but it alsp messed up my list by assing to much info to them.

Ease of use in general. Excellent interface that allows easy bulk uploads of users, message creation and template modification. The speed with which messages arrive appears to be unrivaled compared to the other systems we tested.

Unable to download the training video. This has made it more difficult than it needs to be to onboard other administrators. Other than this issue everything else has been great.

We were unable to issue notifications in a timely manner prior to the implementation of RedFlag. RedFlag allows us to notify users of everything from IT issues to campus wide lockdowns in moments.

Also the fast way to access the recipient list.

During a fire drill, the downside was being confused on how to send the email directly from the template.  It took me a minute to find the SEND button after I updated a templated.

RedFlag gives me one less thing to worry if i dont have my laptop with me and I have to notify my tenants during an emergency! It is saving me time and it is easy to use.

This system is VERY user-friendly, which is a relief.  Since it isn't a program I use on a daily basis, ease of use is really important - particularly in an emergency situation!  Excited about recent upgrades and downloading the new app.

**What do you dislike about RedFlag?**

I am pretty satisfied with the program.   For the most part everything has worked well.

If I had to name something, I guess it would be that we only have two logins with our level of service - but we have managed a work-around.

**Recommendations to others considering RedFlag:**

I highly recommend this program for your mass communications solution.  We implemented this program in 2017 and have been pleased with its operation since.  Our transition to this program was easy and problem-free, smooth initial setup, easy to maintain and manage users, message templates, etc.  You have the ability to create a single message and send it, simultaneously via email, text and phone.  There is a dashboard to evaluate the success of the message campaign.  Overall, a great choice.

I am in Property Management for a commercial high-rise building - RedFlag gives us the ability for mass communication during an emergency event or a weather event taking place - it enables us to reach all of our tenants as quickly as possible.

Red Flag is the most intuitive and effective notification system that I have ever used. The Red Flag system has the functionalities you need without the high price tag of their competitors. We came to Red Flag after a very poor experience with another system and have been using it for nearly a year. We are a happy customer and have no regrets. They are great people to work with.

The upsides of this product are that it provides an off network means of communicating if access to email is restricted or shut down due to a phishing attack.  It's very easy to use once your account is set up and message details are very easy to review

This app works well for it's intended purposes.  I would look to streamline the ease of app quick messages but that can easily be addressed by creating your own templates

It provides an alternative to communicating via email if there is a concern of email being compromised.  It sends important text messages for those who don't review email on their personal phones.

Competetive pricing and features. RedFlag seems to have better MS Teams integrations than some of the other options we had. Love the Azure integration as well.

Relatively just started using RedFlag. Manually populating meta data. I could probably export/import from Paycom, but it sounds like more of a headache than manually plugging in phone numbers.

Redflag has been great in helping us get messages out to our field employees. From severe weather events to social gatherings, we are able to communicate quickly and efficiently with every employee with a cell phone or email. We no longer have to rely on word-of-mouth to share crucial information with the crews.

There can always be additional ways to customer the end product. Fonts, underlining, etc. The more options to customize the messages the more effective the tool becomes.

I like the interface for RedFlag and the ease of use. The commands make sense and it allows for mobile to mobile or mobile to desktop/laptop communication in a seamless manner.

The response time at a recent event I used it for was not great. I had to constantly refresh in order to see updates; however, this also could have been due to a large number of people using the internet and not something within RedFlag's control. I would like to see read receipts for messages sent out so you can tell if the information was received in the event the recipient does not respond.

My company uses it for Emergency Response notifications and also event communications. The benefits are the ability to push out notifications rapidly to a large audience or specific person/group.

Instant messaging before, during, and after a critical event. The other day we had some regular thunderstorms that escalated quickly to a tornado warning and I was able to send out a message through the app while moving to my assigned tornado shelter within the company. Several employees mentioned that they didn't hear the tornado siren, but received my message alerting them to what was happening. After the tornadoes had passed west and south of us, I was able to send out the all clear message, so there was no confusion about when it was safe to return to work.

I think the only disadvantage is that the system is unable to do automatic calls when notifying, but its not a dealbreaker.

The least helpful is they did not send out any training material.  I have not had any issues with it not working properly.  Improvements could be made by sending out training material.
