HipLink is a web-based notification software platform for both emergency and operational alerting. It can work as a stand-alone system or integrate with virtually any software as an automated alert notification component. The system gives organizations the ability to send 2-way messages to any device extremely reliably with real-time reports for full tracking. Our delivery methods include reliable, 2-way SMS text and voice alerts, pagers, desktops and includes support for carrier enterprise-grade products and more. HipLink Mobile is an app that provides encrypted real-time communication that is HIPAA and CJIS Compliant and FirstNet Certified™. Advanced features are supported such as a dedicated Inbox, override silent and DnD settings, persistent messaging, and features for 3rd party system access. For integration, HipLink has the broadest array of APIs and gateways that give the ability to integrate for automatic alerts from any backend system, either hardware or software. There are powerful group features for messaging for full broadcast or other groups based on schedule, priority, or rotation. **What do you like best about Hiplink?**

Customer service and technical support at Hiplink is top notch. I work with a lot of vendors on various technical projects and the Hiplink team is above and beyond helpful. We are an office of about 200 employees that communicate with about another 1,000 affiliates of our organization. We were using Pagegate and it was not near the quality of Hiplink. We use this everyday for emergency responders and it just works.

**What do you dislike about Hiplink?**

It did take several weeks of back and forth emails for me to fully understand how I wanted to customize and set up hiplink for our organization. Hiplink was helpful every step of the way, it just took some time for me to figure it out and work with our IT staff to implement it. Once it was set up it was very easy to use.

**What problems is Hiplink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using Pagegate and it is difficult to set up and use. We use Hiplink for paging Fire and EMS through our radio operated paging system as well as sending notifications to applications, text messages and emails for a variety of emergency services.

**What do you like best about Hiplink?**

We use HipLink along with their CAD integration for automated notifications to all our first responders and affiliated agencies such as schools and MCOT. Since we began using it several years ago, we realized the value of it. It is a product we could not do without, and we are continually finding new ways to further use this robust system.

**What do you dislike about Hiplink?**

There isn't a downside to using the system. You can purchase one module to begin and allow it to grow as your needs are identified. I caution anyone who asks me "build it and they will come"

**What problems is Hiplink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic notification, so the dispatchers can stay on emergency phone calls and not have to put their callers on hold to make notifications.

**What do you like best about Hiplink?**

We find the interoperability with our CAD system to be the best part of Hiplink. Auto pages are setup to alert groups that need to be alerted when incidents happen. Being able to manually page is also great. Using SNPP from our various Cell providers gives us peace-of-mind that those pages are going out and being received by the end-user.

**What do you dislike about Hiplink?**

Not a whole lot we do not like about HipLink.

**What problems is Hiplink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to be able to use HipLink to contact our Fire, Police, and EMS about important events happeing in the Counties we service.

**What do you like best about Hiplink?**

Easy to get started.  Any questions I had with setup, were answered with a phone call from support within 1 hour of submitting the request via email.  We use this system daily for ease of notifications sent through our CAD system, typically over 300 per day.

I really cant think of anything I dislike about this system

**What do you like best about Hiplink?**

Hiplink offers a modular solution, that is to say it offers to acquire licenses according to needs (you pay for only what you need). Its team is also committed to customer service and responds efficiently to the specific requests of our company. Hiplink also offers an on-premises solution, which means that updates are controlled by our IT team, which we appreciate to ensure that our environment remains functional (no unpleasant surprises!).

**What do you dislike about Hiplink?**

A module considered by our company (Email Gateway) suggested the use of POP3, an aging protocol which is no longer recommended by Microsoft (default value for server management). The technical team at HipLink, however, offered to adapt its solution to integrate the SMTP protocol, but this would have taken a few weeks of development, which did not correspond to our deadlines.

**What problems is Hiplink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HipLink offers a communication solution with a pager system as well as SMS that suits us. The system is reliable, which is important to us.

**What do you like best about Hiplink?**

hiplink always works, and its hybrid infrasture and multi cloud backend infra, working seemlessly with multi vendor (sprint/verizon/att), it has a hiplink mobile piece where you can have a india/japan/singapore/malaysia team got paged with just internet. The best is the hiplink is able to resolve the perception of paging. AKA, a paging have worked and he/she is going to call me back.. it actually see a person read the message and decide not to respond. the actual deliveray of the message and actions are the eky.. perception of pages/sms has gone out is the only 1st step. You can always work with hiplink to purchase paging credits if needed and there is a larger pool of paging credits and hence drive down the cost..

**What do you dislike about Hiplink?**

if possible, we would like to to integrate with workday and hence take all the mobile number  from workday and instead we have to reinser them again in hiplink, also, we dont have to keep up removing people and add people.

solve the problem that we actually paged people and they are reeiving the message and we can see if they are willing to call back..it helps us to resolve downtime.

**What do you like best about Hiplink?**

Hiplink just works, it is extreamly stable, and the few minor issues we have had over the years get immediate customer support that goes well above the industry standard. Hiplink and the upgrades we have gotten over the years have been increadably easy to implment. We send thousands of crittical notifcations a week with Hiplink, and it intergrates into our systems seamlessly while also having a very robust and diverse feature set.

**What do you dislike about Hiplink?**

The only current downside we have is that due to our purchasesing policies we currently have to purchases though another vendor and not directly from Hiplink.

**What problems is Hiplink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Critical notifications to first responders. 
- On call and task force page outs.
- Building and general notifications. 
- Early warning notifications for IT system issues.

HipLink is user friendly, customer support has been amazing, implementation and integration were easy. We use hiplink multiple times a day stand-alone and the integration with our CAD system. There are so many features with this product that I am sure you will find a way for it to benefit your orginazation.

**What do you dislike about Hiplink?**

I have not found anything that I dislike about this product.

When we have major incident that involves sending out text messages our CAD system does it for us.

The reliability. I have never had a Hiplink outage.

**What do you dislike about Hiplink?**

Can be difficult to set up. There are multiple places to add information to make the system work. But I also expect that with a robust system like this.

Hiplink allows us to send messages immediately when our dispatch system sends an emergency call an agency.

Hiplink works well with all phone carriers unlike previous applications we have used prior

There are several phone numbers associated with Hiplink so adding them to your cell phone address book takes a few minutes

Specifically for our COE we have a lot of employees that are at various schools so keeping everyone informed of a potential dangerous situation is key in keeping our employees safe

I like that it is useful for all of our six fire departments. It is also user friendly.

HipLink is a good communicate system, which has a good ecrypted essaging platform, and has many solutions , and very useful, it has capabilities let us track every message sent

I use so many work-arounds, it's crazy.
Work load is not for the weak of heart, requires commitment
