**What do you like best about Netpresenter?**

Easy to install, easy to maintain. We use it in different regions (USA, Europe, Asia) with general and specific pages.
We use it on all computers and on company mobile devices

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

It would be great to have an "automated" upgrade option for the clients
Also for the cloud based solution it would be good if we could have a proxy server on premise to also reach the computers that have no internet access

**What problems is Netpresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Netpresenter we have been sending out our messages through email. But not all email was read or looked at. With Netpresenter we can reach everyone in a much better and efficient way than before. People are now actually watching the updates and news.
Local teams can put their messages on Netpresenter to be displayed only on their computers, without missing out people or bothering the whole company.

**What do you like best about Netpresenter?**

The software allows easy communication with our employees through screens in our workshops and offices and through apps for the people working in the field.
The user interface is intuitive, making it easy for our team to adapt quickly.

Sometimes needs a lot of time to load items like pictures and movies but when there is a problem, customer support is always there to help!

**What do you like best about Netpresenter?**

In our laboratory, we use Netpresenter every day to showcase all the relevant information to our employees (birthdays, little facts, update of new procedures, etc.). 
It is a handy and easy-to-use tool which doesn't require any sophisticated software/ hardware. Therefore, the implementation went smooth and if help was needed, we could reach out to the customer support.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

For our laboratory, we miss the connection with the Outlook agenda to showcase upcoming events/ maintanence of our devices, etc.

**What problems is Netpresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Informing employees about news, events and updates in our laboratory. 
In the past, we had to send mails to everyone with the relevant information, but never knew whether the mails were read or not.

I just when to an information dat about Netpresenter and I am excited to learn more about all the uses of the product. Right now it's a great tool to show information to our employees but we want to use it to its full potential.

Before this day, we didn't know about all the updates. It would be nice to be made more aware of all the options you have with the software.

**What do you like best about Netpresenter?**

We use Netpresenter's tools to communicate with our staff on a daily basis. The narrowcasting screens in our canteen and other strategic locations are ideal for bringing company news to attention in a fun way. With the mobile app and screensaver at our workplaces, we can share information with everyone very quickly, regardless of whether people are in the office or working from home.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

Sometimes our design team has many creative ideas that we cannot fit into our existing templates. Furthermore, we would like to have more integrations with other tools we use, such as Hootsuite or SurveyMonkey.

**What problems is Netpresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we started using Netpresenter, we can communicate with all our colleagues much more easily and quickly. The newsletter or the internal magazine was not interactive, now we can also receive feedback from people and see which content is read the most. We also now only need one system for our narrowcasting screens, mobile phones, and PCs.

**What do you like best about Netpresenter?**

Customer friendliness and knowledge about the product. Help with questions, direct answers and contact or a manual so you can solve it yourself or provide it for executing the solution. Beautiful and clear product as they are presented on the screens.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

I have not yet had any negative experiences with the product Netpresenter to be able to answer this question well. Customers are satisfied and displaying screens is going well.

Do not display ambulance data. Manual for providing a token so that Netpresenter can place it again. It is always handled immediately so that everything is visible again. Display the dashboard of the notifications on the screen. After the notification, it is clearly indicated which data is needed to achieve this by Netpresenter.

I have only had positive experiences with Netpresenter:
- They are very knowledgeable and know what they are talking about;
- They are happy to think along and quickly offer solutions;
- They are very friendly and pleasant to work with.

Even when there is no 'quick' solution, Netpresenter is ready for you. Time is scheduled for me to work out projects together through meetings or brainstorming sessions. I have always been satisfied with the final result.

There is nothing about Netpresenter that I am not satisfied with.

Netpresenter has built our website and is currently helping us optimize it, such as improving the accessibility of the site. Additionally, Netpresenter assists in keeping our alerting systems and narrowcasting screens up to date.

**What do you like best about Netpresenter?**

With the help of Netpresenter, we can better involve all employees and volunteers in everything that is going on in the organization or share news items. As a result, we also reach employees and volunteers who do not (often) look on the intranet, who do not have devices themselves to read intranet news items, etc. In addition, Netpresenter is user-friendly and offers various options for sharing information digitally. The link/integration with SharePoint is essential for us, which works very well. The editors only have to create news items in one place, after which the choice follows whether or not to share it via Netpresenter. 

We look forward to furthering developments with Netpresenter that can take digital signage within our organization to an even higher level.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

At the moment, there are no negative points to mention. Perhaps a standard viewer for content managers would be a good improvement, as well as even better integration with SharePoint and more options to adapt templates to specific requirements/wishes (the templates are now relatively static).

Thanks to the integration with our intranet, it is now possible to share news whit all employees and volunteers at different locations. This way, we try to increase involvement and lead people to the intranet.

The site is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Messages are simple to share across our three production locations. We look to expand our usage to communicate further with our teams in new ways.

Sometimes there is a lag in messages being seen. However, the support team quickly addresses any issues we've had. And had made new features available when I had custom requests.

Netpresenter has enabled OTG to communicate with all its staff in a simple but effective way. Utilising all our users laptops/PCs we can now push out important business information from cyber security information to sales force news and promotions, saving on managing email circulation lists. With everyone receiving tailored information for their channel at the same time across the business the benefits speak for themselves.  An added benefit of Netpresenter to our sales force is it shows our business in the best light with a professional corporate screensaver matching the brand they represent.

Netpresenter keeps ypu up-to-date about their latest updates and are always open for feedback on the new introductions they make. For example: If there a need for a small change in the system, Netpresenter gets it done quickly.

A downside of Netpresenter would be that some features were not fully worked out. For example: Upload a thumbnail for a video or make a  photo serie for your feed.

Netpresenter has a lot of handy functionalities. I like how easy it is to copy and share messages across multiple channels and sites.

Tough to set up in the beginning. There are a number of steps that are not easy if your are not tech savvy.

Our experience with netpresenter is mostly positive! So I can't name many 'dislikes'. What might be nice for the future is an easier way to create templates yourself or to modify existing templates slightly.

In comparison with a solution we had before, Netpresenter is way more easy to use. Resulting in a more extensive use by my editors around the globe.

The possibilities are less extensive than I was used to. On the other hand less options means that the system is more user-friendly.

**What do you like best about Netpresenter?**

Netpresenter makes it easy to post announcements and communicate with the entire company. They provide quick and ample support when needed. The provided templates offer a wide range of possibilities to show images, videos and messages, that can be easily adapted to your corporate identity. The interface is easy to understand and use. Posting messages is easy and making changes to the sites and settings also does not require any in-depth knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

It is unfortunately not possible to make small (textual or layout) changes to templates, without the help of Netpresenter. They are quick to offer support, but there are extra costs involved. The screensaver option is great to make sure everybody stay’s up to date, unfortunately for us, it does not work in our Citrix environment.

**What problems is Netpresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netpresenter is an easy tool to provide information to our staff that has no immediate computer/email access. It makes sure that our production staff is fully informed of all important information, without the need to send direct messages to individuals.

**What do you like best about Netpresenter?**

Easy to set up and maintain. The support team at Netpresenter does a great job of coaching the admins who manage the program. Everything is cloud-based so changes can be done from anywhere. My office employees love to sit back and watch the presentation every time their PCs go idle. This product has greatly improved our communication within our company. Highly recommend for communicating with the evolving mobile/hybrid workforce.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

Not so much a dislike but more of a "do not use" feature is the ability to play a video through Netpresenter playlists. We found this rather distracting when walking through the office with videos playing in sync on multiple monitors. No audio but just video can be a little overwhelming when it is hitting 30-40 monitors at one time. 

Also, more of a critique, the interface for the Netpresenter admin console looks a bit outdated. This in no way affects the quality of the product. End-users do not interact with the management interface, but as an admin, it would be great to see a more modern design that is easier on the eyes.

**What problems is Netpresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication in a hybrid work environment is a large problem Netpresenter can assist with solving. We use Netpresenter as another avenue of communication to reach our employees. We love posting key upcoming events, awards, and employee spotlights to our playlists for our different offices. Being able to assign our players to different offices helps to keep the information we send through our playlists pertinent to our different offices.

Ease of use, simple to review the latest messages across the organization. A quick way to inform widely across the organization using various media.

The threshold to enter a new message is relatively high. Adding a simple possibility to add a message within the system itself together with a few photos or videos would be nice. Review cycle remains a must to prevent social media issues.

We had too little updates shared in the organization and often only weeks or sometimes months after the event. With Netpresenters it is back to days if not hours

It is easy to schedule and create slides for different sites. The editor is relatively easy to work in once you know where that data will be used.

It can be difficult to use the tool if you don't know what you are looking for. After I did a walk-through with a representative from Netpresenter I had a much better handle on it.

The use of Netpresenter within our company has been very well received. We are a company that works on a project basis and at various outdoor locations. This gives people an idea of what we are working on. Milestones are celebrated together. The commitment to QHSE and Cyber Security has also added value. Both management and employees are very happy with it.

The support provided to get systems up, modified and changed was unforgettable, so much so that I am looking to implement Netpresenter in my new employer.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

Having to come in earlier to meet the different timezone and coordinating support , sometimes was a long wait.

**What problems is Netpresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netpresenter was used as internal communications for Club events, streamed banner type advertisement, tutorials for promoting squash acknowledged our donors and managed to use it for our restaurant menu. The flexibility with the ever-changing needs of the Club and the product proved to be invaluable

Netpresenter Next, as being used by our company, is a great and complete tool to keep our employees up-to-date on all company related news.
Especially when most our company is working from home, it is a great tool to keep employee engagement up to par.
Using the mobile app (big plus!)  on all our company-phones in sync with a desktop application and digital signage screens no one gets left behind ;)

There are some minor issues and enhancements that would make the experience better, but we are one of the first users of this new version. New updates and enhancements are coming in a steady flow.

An one-in-all solution. Not only digital signage, but a desktop app and mobile app in one.

Netpresenter makes it very easy for our communications team to easely add content and present it on our public displays.
In a few clicks you can get high quality images and videos that draw the attention , using a wide selection of templates.

It is an important medium in our company for sharing both internal and external news.

Managing Netpresenter is very flexibel by providing you many methods in  who shows what when.

Netpresenter Support is always willing to help out in case of problems or more challanging use cases.

To create more advanced automated templates in the Media Server you do require a deeper knowledge of xml coding.
But Netpresenter support is always available to help out to reach the goals you want to achive.

Not every employee has access to email, and Netpresenter ensures everybody has a platform to read company information.

A good example is the Covid 19 instructions that can change on a very short term notice.
Netpresenter is making sure everybody is updated on the rules that apply on this day.

With the Alert Server, we can quickly alert employees about any hazardous situation increasing safety for all.

**What do you like best about Netpresenter?**

I really like to work with Netpresenter. Not only with the tool, but also with the employees.  In my internal campaigns I use several channels to activate my message and to take care that each employee has access to important messages. Netpresenter is an important channel because it can reach employees who has no direct access to their e-mail, make them curious and moreover broadcasting on the screens makes it also possible to add movies or animation which you cannot directly put in e-mail for example.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

Especially with the new templates I am very happy with the new possiblities, like adding video's in the template. I cannot think directly about anything that I am missing. But when I have to think about something then it might be a wish that you can add newssites by yourself so new releases from this site will be published.

Netpresenter is a very handy tool to publish message with a professional look and feel on the screens in your organization. You can use the tool anywhere where you have access to the internet.

We are solving the problem to reach employees who have no direct access to their e-mail whole day. And the other benefit is the location of our screens. Most of hem are in our canteens. So by publishing short messages or movies on this screen we influence that people are talking about the subject during lunch.

Netpresenter's service is very good. When I have a question, it is answered immediately. In addition, it is nice to transfer messages to our customers in 1 go to our 17 branches.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

In the beginning that I worked with this I had to find out how the system (message server) worked exactly. Fortunately, I got help from Netpresenter with this.
An improvement is to be able to place actions in a certain folder, for example. Now all messages (such as old messages) are in one overview.

The communication of offers to our target group. We no longer always have to use a mailing for this. In addition, it strengthens the sale of certain products. This is seen on the screen and is triggered.

Netpresenter offers an easy-to-deploy internal communication tool that gives information to our manufacturing teams in our 20+ global production sites.
The ability for content publishers to create content using their mobile devices is a great stimulus for keeping content up-to-date and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

Creating the content templates that make creating content easy and consistent for content publishers requires technical knowledge. Some WYSIWYG editor would help.
Netpresenter allows for presenting dynamic data from both external and internal sources (think of menu's, schedules, weather, news...) , however this requires IT development skills. Luckily, Netpresenter provides fast, affordable and professional support for these activities if required.

**What problems is Netpresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've introduced Netpresenter to our company to provide local and global information to our manufacturing teams in our 20+ manufacturing sites around the world, and to allow sites to share best practices, social events and activities across the sites. Having this information shown in canteens, receptions and high-traffic areas in the sites has allowed us to boost awareness and engagement on several topics, ranging from EHS to (cyber)security, to team spirit.

**What do you like best about Netpresenter?**

The look and feel of the software is great and it's really easy to use. Apart from any other information based medium it will distribute to anyone within the company as it's visible through screensavers on tv screens or monitors. Netpresenter makes it happen to give useful information about the news, the weather or traffic to anyone. Besides that it's very useful to inform colleagues about management KPI's and goals. Or more informal the anniversaries with the company.
The techsupport has A+ standards (fast & functional) and frequently there are useful updates & functional features rolled out. Netpresenter provides help in creating templates and even has standard or seasonal free good looking pre-made templates.
All netpresenter staff knows what they are doing. Everyone is very committed to their job and are always helpful and friendly.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

Netpresenter software is complete. There are not many downsides I can think of. One of the options that may be looking into will be this:
- Every tv screen needs a pc to host the screensaver. There's no central server-based management (for example, by chromebox or app for smart tv). With multiple screens you need remote acces programs like teamviewer for central support.

**What do you like best about Netpresenter?**

Netpresenter offers both TV and PC players where we can send tailor made information to, be it stills or movies. The PC pop-up functionality allows us alert our users with urgent information with just the click of a mouse.
Because of the integration with AD, users who switch roles or departments get their specific department information without having to manually manage users in Netpresenter. 
Support is fast and easy. When we have questions, the support desk is only an email away with almost immediate response from a Netpresenter tech.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

One needs to take into account the amount of data sent to the endpoint. Large movies may be nice but can put a strain on your local or internet connectivity, just be aware of what you are doing and wich devices you are targeting.

**What problems is Netpresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netpresenter has helped DHL in moving away from posters, prints, outdated communication and lost 'communications' mails. Because the delivery of Netpresenter content can be assigned to a single device, a single user or a group of devices or users, DHL has been able to maximize the effectivity of communications while leaving out what is not important for certain target groups. And it even works when people are working from home. Where in the past it was difficult to get animated presentations or movies (with sound) delivered, Netpresenter doesn't mind what kind of content it is, it just gets to the correct user in time.

Deployable on different channels (TV, PC, app), beautiful layout adapted to your own house style. You can add different types of media (images, GIFs, and videos). More possibilities in the new app, for example, also post polls and push messages to be read.

We have recently started working with the new app, not everything we are looking for is possible yet, but they are open to innovation and improvement and are considering our wishes.

At the moment, I have not experienced any negative points. I can say, however, that adding new screens and changing settings can be a daunting task.

Netpresenter has provided us with a new channel to communicate effectively with our team - even those difficult-to-reach remote teams. The system has been easy to set up, is intuitive to use and allows us to communicate with impact.
Lavinia and the support team have been a fantastic help us getting us set up and their ongoing support is really appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

We're still in the early stages of using Netpresenter. Some options to switch off some parts of the templates might be useful, but we're still navigating our way through and getting used to the system.

We've been able to reach remote teams more effectively than before. Some of our other channels might be feeling a bit like wallpaper to our team now. This new channel provides us with an impactful platform to communicate with everyone within our business.

Netpresenter is very easy to use and publish targeted content to our employees. I trained a group of internal publishers to use it in less than 30 minutes. The media server interface is intuitive, and the design templates provided mean we don't have to spend time on layouts. Just plug in the content and go.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

So far (6+ months post-implementation), we have found very few things to dislike. I would like a way to disable sound on videos, but other than that, we love it.

We are able to drive more traffic to our intranet, reach employees that wouldn't otherwise go to the intranet, and we can provide reminders about deadlines and events in a non-obtrusive way.

Netpresenter makes narrowcasting simple and easy. The tempates are very easy to use and  any user with almost no experience can use the system. Other systems need extensive training before they can use the system. Only a sytem that is easy to use for every client is a good system. Only then it will be used as designed.

There are no dislikes for his product it does what it says. For all the systems that we delivered, there were no problems. If there were problems, it was in the design of the templates but with the knowledge from netpresenter all these issues where quickly solved.

When you are looking for a simple and easy to use digital signage/narrowcasting system then contact netpresenter.

Netpresenter allows us to communicate continuously with our employees throughout their workday with reminders and updates.  We have not seen competitors that provide a similar quality of service at a similar price point.  It is particularly nice for us to be able to integrate sharepoint lists with slides and have active links that users can click on.

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

The slide layouts are not customizable.  While there are many slide types to choose from, it would be nice to have more control over how text and pictures are displayed.

We are utilizing an otherwise untapped resource (screen savers) to generate employee engagement and communicate important information.  We are using Netpresenter to also communicate KPIs to staff.

Netpresnter, a screensaver communication tool, has been a game-changer to improve staff engagement!

**What do you dislike about Netpresenter?**

Not a thing. It is super easy to install, The IT department and product representatives are the best I have ever worked with. The deployment, as well as daily administration of the program, is easy to use and work with.

**Recommendations to others considering Netpresenter:**

Netpresenter offers many features that we are restricted from using due to our network security. However, we are still completely satisfied with what we do use. If you are able to use more features such as the alert and social media ones, all the better! Look into this product. For the cost, it is totally worth it.

**What problems is Netpresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a large Acute Care Hospital, it is hard to keep all staff informed and engaged. Nurses and providers are not the greatest at checking their email daily, and getting consistent, immediate messages out to all is challenging. Netpresenter helped us solve several problems at once, from increased staff recognition, improved morale, quick alerts, and overall improved collaboration between departments.

We not really solving problems. Before Netpresenter we informed our employees 4 times in a year whit a paper format. With Netpresenter we inform our very easy and quick and almost realtime and not after a year. Our employees are very enthausiast about this quick information.

In-depth product documentation is not always easy to get, but our Customer Relations Manager is accommodating.

**What problems is Netpresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sky Lakes Medical Center needed to communicate everyday information to both customers and employees. At the same time, the ability to propagate emergency information when a crisis began was necessary. NetPresenter provided solutions to these problems and has continued to work with us to ensure our needs are met. Recently we had their professional services assist with creating a user-managed signage solution that utilized a shared Sharpoint spreadsheet for collaborative changes.
