What do you like best about 911cellular?

I have been thoroughly impressed with our experience with this company. From the beginning, the sales team displayed exceptional knowledge of every aspect of their product and were refreshingly transparent about its capabilities and limitations. The onboarding team went above and beyond, working outside of regular hours to ensure we met our deadlines, and were always available to answer questions promptly.

Now that we're fully operational, the company continues to check in regularly with helpful updates and recommendations to ensure we’re maximizing the system’s potential. On the rare occasions we've encountered an issue, their support team has been incredibly responsive and quick to resolve it. For those rare cases that needed more in-depth attention, their development team handled the issue swiftly and effectively.

Their development team is outstanding—constantly evolving the product and adding new features that enhance functionality. It’s clear they’re committed to making an already excellent product even better. What do you like best about 911cellular?

The poroduct is great and does what it says it does. The customer service is even better. They help you take advantage of every feature they offer. They are always looking for new ways for us to leverage their product for better usage at no additional fees. CampusShield was extremely easy to integrate into our existing systems and is easier to use than other products I've seen. 911cellular provided an alternative option for safety resources to our campus. Blue Light Phones were becoming antiquated and obsolete, and providing a better solution for our campus's safety communications to stakeholders, and was successful in getting buy-in. What do you like best about 911cellular?

911 Cellular was easily adapted to our school program. From the start working with the customer support team was a smooth process and integrating with our school's IT department was effortless. Our school use is limited however everyone is well informed of how to implement the program and having access on mobile devices is essential. We have been so impressed and happy with the system and feel secure having it on our campus. Continued training and follow up meetings with the team is great. We never feel alone. What do you dislike about 911cellular?

This isn't really a dislike towards the organization however more of an obstacle. 911 Cellular isn't used by our school district and getting their support in the onboarding process was difficult. Ryan H. from 911 Cellular was instrumental in helping support us and educate the district and the local first responders' dispatcher about the product. I’m happy to hear the search has been helpful. In our latest release (v9.6.0), we added search by first + last name in a single query and will keep refining it.

We also hear that parts of the portal can feel confusing. Recent improvements focus on speed and clarity—like a Refresh button on most data views (no full page reloads) and faster large sessions. We’ve also added bulk security camera uploads and exact Wi-Fi access-point matching for Computer Panic Button.

It is very user friendly after initial training. Very easy for staff to trigger an alert for Admin or for Law enforcement.
