Our business has hundreds of franchises around the country and we were looking for an application to dispatch jobs to them and to keep an eye on the updates. What do you like best?

The interface is simple and I really like that we are able to get realtime information of our field operations and can take decisions faster. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

The app is very mature and has ample features. It is simple & very easy to use even for a layman. Zuper is very configurable and has incorporated our unique workflow. What do you like best?

Zuper has helped us tremendously in managing the field sales team. We are a new company and the sales team is very critical to our success. We needed a technology solution to improve the efficiency of the sales team and drive the customer pipeline. So, far we are very satisfied with the Zuper Pro platform and the team. What do you like best?

Best work order management tool in the market. Hands down!!! We have used many tools over the past few years in the organization to manage the field workforce but the tools were either immature or buggy. Zuper Pro is the most comprehensive and flexible field workforce management platform. The team is a delight to work with and a great support experience. 1) We wanted to make sure that the employees were actually on the site performing their duties. Zupersoft helped us bigtime on this front with its attendance management system that had selfie feature, GPS tracking feature etc. providing us with real-time updates of our employees’ location and progress.

2) We wanted the app to be more than just a window. Zupersoft was very helpful with our request and did some heavy integration with our backend system and some third-party partners in no-time.

3) We also noted that the time for the field service providers to get in and use the product decreased by 50 percent because of its user friendly UI

4) It completely eliminated manual intervention. From clocking in to clocking out, assigning tasks, automatic status update on tasks, generating customized reports etc. everything can be performed here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Very simple to use & offers easy customization of our workflows. The Drag & Drop configuration was

a breeze to modify the fields without any assistance. The training team was helpful in assisting our users during initial days after we rolled out the solutions. Support team is also very proactive and helped us a lot in setting up the system.
