he main dislikes reported about Unifonic primarily concern its commercial aspects, specifically a perceived lack of transparent, up-front pricing and occasional complexity in the billing structure, which can lead to unexpected costs. Operationally, while reliable overall, some users have reported minor challenges such as the interface for managing mass campaigns being manual and tedious, and rare instances of message delivery delays that can affect time-sensitive communications like one-time passwords (OTPs).

**What do you like best about Unifonic?**

I've been using their services for more than 3 years. The platform is great because it brings all communication channels together in one easy-to-use place. 
I love how flexible their solutions are, letting us use text, voice, messaging apps, and web channels to reach our customers in their preferred ways. Plus, our account manager "Dima Lutfi" has been fantastic, giving us personalized help and making sure we get the most out of the platform

**What do you dislike about Unifonic?**

One area that could be improved is the accessibility of invoices. Currently, I can't access my invoices directly through the platform, which adds an extra step to my workflow. Integrating the platform with their ERP system would significantly enhance the user experience by providing seamless access to billing and financial information.

That said, I do feel that the cost is a bit on the higher side compared to some other options out there. **What do you like best about Unifonic?**

Unifonic team are very likable, flexible and always available. I remember we had some encidents and they were super responsive and got back to us with the details in less than an hour. They are also very welcoming in terms of legal terms and payments specially if you are a startup. Our account manager Saleh is very responsive and helpfull. Overall we are very happy with the customer experience and the technology part that they offer. Their API is very easy to integrate with.

Sometimes the messages are not delivered on time, but its a small percentage.

**What do you like best about Unifonic?**

I have been working with Unifonic since 1 year relating to WhatsApp for Business & SMS channel solutions. My special thanks to Dima Lutfi for her exceptional & outstanding support. Even during her vacation period she was ready to answer us very quickly.  The implementation process was very smooth along with getting in to contract with Unifonic with detailed explaination about the product and its features. The online training sessions also ensured our team, able to fully leverage the software from day one. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the quality of their products & services, and I would highly recommend them as a vendor.

I did not face any issue so far with Unifonic.  All is well...!!!

I like the account manager Mr. Saleh as he is very responsive 24/7 and they have very cooperative customer service and powerful portal with a lot of features

You have to publish the SMS campaign yourself using their portal

They've helped me a lot during the period when I was not familiar with using their portal to send the SMS campaign myself, that happened many times actually even during the weekend they're very much responsive and cooperative

we have been using Unifonic for over 5 years for text messages and WhatsApp Channel. What distinguishes the firm most is a single platform for all services with a quick help service, as well as establishing and modifying the chatbot service for WhatsApp with the team that assists us during project implementation.
