What do you like best about Wisetack?

I like that Wisetack integrates with my CRM JobNimbus. My customer can easily get pre-qualified for their projects with clear financing terms. Having no hidden fees and transparency is really big for me and my customers. Anytime I've had a question, I've been able to speak to a really human being who can access my account and help solve problems, so awesome job there, guys & gals! Lastly, I have really liked being able to use their marketing tool kit and make my customers aware of their payment plan options when doing business with my company. They've made it easy to copy/paste info right to my website and social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisetack?

I love the simplicity of Wisetack. I love the links straight to a soft prequalify or a soft application, which work on both computer or phone!

What do you like best about Wisetack?

As a service company we have been able to turn on the job estimates into sold jobs on the spot.

Just recently I had a client that we required one repair on 1 system and a recommended repair on another. He was unable to speak to his wife who deals with their finances but when I offered wisetack he said the monthly payment was manageable and he wouldn't need to speak with his wife to get approval. This not only worked out in the benefit of the client but we more than doubled our ticket on that job, on the spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisetack?

Older clients are weary about it and sometimes have issues with it and find it very confusing. Younger clients it is not an issue. Also if someone inputs their cell phone number in incorrectly its not the easiest thing to rectify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wisetack?

fast and easy, good teamwork and coordination between Wise tack and the borrower and us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wisetack?

so far we have had no issues at all. the only thing I can think of is, that the borrower sometimes will not approve the loan, we had one who thought everything was complete, but he didn't confirm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
