I love Laserfiche for its ease of use, making it simple to onboard new users quickly and get them excited about using it. The automation features and AI chatbots are amazing, and I can't wait to move to the cloud. The workflow capability has been amazing for organizing documents and standardizing naming and filing citywide. Laserfiche presents a simple out-of-the-box solution but also allows customization to meet all department and city needs. The transition from SIRE to Laserfiche has been awesome, and it has been incredibly helpful in standardizing document management, which is crucial for transparency and easy access for the public.

I like the synchrony of Laserfiche. It's a quick way for us to gather information and have a record of it on both sides for the person submitting the information as well as the person receiving it. The synchrony allows a lot of options, such as the ability to have dropdowns where you're able to select information. This feature is extremely helpful because the dropdown makes it easier to fill out forms properly. Training on the initial setup was effective, and it didn't take us long to utilize Laserfiche. I appreciate how it helps with scheduling and form completion, acting as a very good productivity tool, allowing everyone to access the necessary forms and ensuring both submitters and receivers get a copy.

The new AI features have reduced the amount of data entry required by our staff. Also, the workflows and business processes have helped automate our processes.
