The insane amount of features that you can get for free, plus all of the customization possible, including really solid conditional logic and flow. Their support responds super-fast, and their platform is very responsive in terms of performance. They have good integration choices and their UI/ux is super user-friendly and flexible. Very understandable and feature-packed. Free is a great price for the features you get.
