"Effortless Surveys with Stellar AI Assistance"

What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I love the AI feature in SurveyMonkey that allows me to take a few brainstormed questions, copy and paste them, and then have SurveyMonkey create the survey for me automatically. It's pretty easy to use, and I like how it creates the survey so I just need to refine each question. The logic feature is also very beneficial as it helps to delve deeper into specific answers to questions and understand particular customer needs. Additionally, I enjoy the analyze feature, especially how SurveyMonkey presents the data with bar graphs and custom results, making it easier to spot trends and understand customer demographics. This helps in refining our product enhancement roadmap significantly. I also found the initial setup to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

I did play a little bit with the AI features and the analyze tool, and I feel like it felt a little disjointed when I was working with those features. So maybe a refining or improvement in the AI suggestions area might help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyMonkey solving and how is that benefiting you?

SurveyMonkey helps us understand customer preferences and define demographics, aiding in creating a product road map. It automates survey creation, provides insights with logic and analysis features, and visualizes data with graphs. I don't have anything to do with pricing so I can't speak to the efficacy there. Our team also does not use any integrations with Survey Monkey so my review can't address integration.
