What do you like best about WhatConverts?

As an agency working across a mix of clients and websites, WhatConverts has been a genuinely useful way to track and validate leads coming through each clients funnel. Setup is straightforward, implementation is clear, and it is easy to get from install to usable reporting without a lot of back and forth. The support team is a big part of why we stick with it. Every time we have questions, they respond quickly and help us get things configured correctly. What do you like best about WhatConverts?

It does a good job simplifying the conversion tracking process. Setting up conversion tracking with whatconverts is easy, and I'm sure that every lead that comes in will be in one easy to find place for both our team members and for our clients. What do you like best about WhatConverts?

I love the tracking, simple qualification, and understanding exactly where our leads came from. This platform has been super informative. The AI summary of calls has also been super helpful, and is used in our workflows to inform sales people of what leads are calling in about.

Also, a HUGE plus is that when I reach out through the chat, I get connected with a resource that can answer my questions and log in to my system to support with any corrections or technical needs. That's been so helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatConverts?

For the Elite plan, you only get $30 work of transcription usage. We're a small business, don't get massive amounts of calls, and even we have had to add funds after already spending $160/month. It just seems ticky tacky and cheapens the experience for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WhatConverts?

Calltracking is definitely a solution that enables all of our offline conversion tracking. Optimizing our ads with a solid data from Whatconverts allowed our business to scale campaigns that actually bring us good returns. Whole Whatconverts CRM is very functional and easy to use. What do you like best about WhatConverts?

What I like best about WhatConverts is the customer service. I am usually in a rush and don’t have time to dig through a help center, so the live chat is perfect for me. The agents are always helpful and go above and beyond just giving me an answer. They actually fix the problem, even when it is self-inflicted. They also link the right help center articles so I can reference them later. If someone is not available to chat, I almost always get an email response within an hour.

The help center articles themselves are well written and easy to follow.

The UI is intuitive, clean, and simple, which makes using the platform straightforward. I am utilizing the information daily, and appreciate the live updates that come in as email notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatConverts?

I don't have any dislikes. My biggest challenge with WhatConverts is that because I am usually in a rush, I haven’t taken advantage of its full capabilities. I would love the chance to work with an agent who could audit my setup, point out areas for improvement, and walk me through features I might not even know exist.

I would also appreciate more guidance on what to clean up outside of WhatConverts. For example, a checklist to make sure Google Ads or GA4 settings are correct so that conversions aren't double counted. Unless you are an analytics expert, those settings can get overlooked. Even a checklist for new account setup for clients vs clients that have existing ad accounts with legacy conversion actions in their GA4, GA, etc.

I'd also like to have WhatConverts fully replace Agency Analytics so that our clients have one source of truth and we don't have discrepancies between what they see there and what we have in WC. There may be capabilities in the higher tier, but I haven't had time to research them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WhatConverts?

The support team is amazing at looking into any bespoke issues that arise with our clients' accounts. We have many clients running through our agency account now with an array of different website builds and bespoke features to them. The team, especially Francisco and Kit on support tickets are always more than happy to help and get us moving in the right direction when issues arise.

We default to setting up what converts now with all new clients as a standard to our service, with clients loving checking the dashboard on a daily basis. The majority of the sites that are running WordPress it takes around 30 seconds to install and have everything setup, making it super frictionless to integrate. What do you like best about WhatConverts?

They are extremely responsive and always quick to resolve any issues. I also appreciate that they go above and beyond to help find solutions, even when nothing is technically broken and I’m just looking for additional functionality.

What do you like best about WhatConverts?

The ability to see the value of our google ad conversions is extremely critical for us now. Before WhatConverts, we knew we were flying the plane blind, but we had no idea how hard it was. Plus their customer support group is absolutely AMAZING.

When you know exactly which marketing is working—and how WELL it's working—you can make smarter optimization decisions that bring the best results. As for getting the data out of WhatConverts the way you're describing, the best option is lead export. You can access it from the Lead Manager (button with down arrow above "Save View").
