It can take a little while to get used to the set up. It wasn't easy to get my head around how it works but once you get there it's great. Plus the team are super helpful

**What problems is WhatConverts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have a way of tracking our Google Ad conversions accurately before and it's helped us achieve that which has made a world of difference to our bottom line and strategy

There's a small learning curve to the product in general, but it's so easy to get going because their customer service is the best in the business. So helpful, so responsive, so kind.

**What do you dislike about WhatConverts?**

I had started using the product in its early days and was disappointed in the price increase based on account activity. It was harder to manage accounts for multiple clients for that reason.

**What problems is WhatConverts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The way it provides insights to attribution is beyond anything I've used in the past. I could be on a page, make a phone call and the lead information was always spot on.

I like that it's easy to use as far as setting up tracking and reviewing data for the most part. Support is always quick to respond to any questions and I typically get any issues resolved same-day.

Sometimes the lead filtering can be a little confusing, but I usually get what I'm after eventually.

What Converts has been a super easy-to-use way to track our business calls and their sources. Their user interface is intuitive and the dashboard view shows the origin of the calls and can be customized to our KPI's.

**What do you dislike about WhatConverts?**

It would be great if there were more options for reports in the entry-level tier. There have been times when I know what I would like to export in the report but have not been able to find a report from their library with that information.

What Converts helps our business track incoming phone calls and their origin to better understand our paid advertising efforts and how clients are finding us.

Very accurate call tracking for dynamic call tracking on your website and the uploading of conversions to Google Ads is generally very fast (most within 24 hours). Keyword attribution is also beyond helpful when optimizing accounts.

**What do you dislike about WhatConverts?**

Setup for larger accounts can sometimes take a while if they have many campaigns and want different numbers for different services. I also dislike the new UI and preferred the old version.

**What problems is WhatConverts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved knowing which calls on our client's websites were generated from which keywords which is a huge help with improving performance for our clients and using Google's smart bidding strategies.

From a marketing/PPC side of things, it makes life much easier and improves the service in which we can provide our clients.

Form tracking is much easier with WhatConverts, our clients find it really useful and it allows us to track the quality of leads that we receive via PPC.

Whatconverts is a great all-in-one platform for managing leads, tracking conversions (call and form submissions), and using local phone numbers for my client's Google Ads campaigns.  The support is second to non.

**What do you dislike about WhatConverts?**

Nothing in particular.  Could be cheaper, but at the end of the day, you pay for what you get in most cases.  Seeing as G2 won't let me stop writing yet to submit this I'm just going to say nothing until I can stop.

**What problems is WhatConverts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Use local phone numbers in GA campaigns, track conversions from landing page phone calls, using the CRM to let my clients track and follow-up leads, send conversion data from form submissions so that I don't need to run thankyou pages.

It is very easy to use, and my experiences with their customer service team have been top notch!

The only thing I would like to add to their product is the ability to have custom fields for the post-call flow to help identify the unit the customer is calling on. We just use the sales value to do this currently.

**What do you like best about WhatConverts?**

I've been a subscriber for almost a year, now. Where do I start?  

First, every time I've asked for help through the help box, the response has been virtually instant. Twice, the respondent has made short videos to demonstrate. They are not pre-published. They took the time to make a video for ME and used my name in it.

The data is rich.  I can answer many obscure questions by simply playing with it on their site or in a spreadsheet. (You can download very detailed stats.)
Their mapping fields, to neaten up the info you see, is outstanding.  The filter in the dashboard is one of my best friends.
I can have all the info delivered to my inbox and/or see it online, whatever I choose.
It seems they track every possible type of lead you can bring in and even connect to automation tools unless there's anything under the sun they missed!

I'm very happy with the service. I'm definitely a long-term subscriber.

**What do you dislike about WhatConverts?**

Thinking... thinking... can't think of anything right this minute. If they'd figure a way to clean up a messy desk, that would be alright.

**What problems is WhatConverts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems?  Help files or a quick conversation with customer service solved any that came up.

Benefits?  I've turned off advertising that does little and capitalized on the advertising that's giving me a good return. Things change. I can stay ahead of ROI dips much more easily than before.

We use this tool to effectively monitor our accounts that do not use a reliable CRM tool. This way, we can easily track what leads are coming in, and it provides an easy-to-install layer on top of your website that requires next to no programming ability.

**What do you dislike about WhatConverts?**

If you don't set it up correctly, it will make a mess of your data. There is a slight learning curve to how it all installs and builds out some call tracking system. One of the most significant drawbacks, at least from what I know of my use, is the lack of ability to clone setups and swap the number. Whenever I tried to start a new one, I always felt like I was starting from scratch.

**Recommendations to others considering WhatConverts:**

If you need to monitor leads, and the website you're driving traffic to is not already a CRM tool, consider using this. If you are a HubSpot or some other CRM platform, this adds a layer of complexity that can actually complicate your results, and I would not recommend this tool.

**What problems is WhatConverts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For customers running a proprietary CRM system that they do not allow you access to,  adding this tool "on top" of a website provides some additional insight into what calls and emails are coming into contact forms and what their sources are. It's like Google Analytics, but without having to access that or Google Tag Manager.

I cannot set up specific email addresses for notifications for specific tracking numbers or IVR selections.

Use their support team to get up and running quickly. They sped up the implementation process for us considerably and were a pleasure to work with.

I am a huge fan of the simple and clean interface.  It's very straightforward and easy to use for both my team and our clients.  We have found clients will not use a service that looks overwhelmingly complicated, but we get great feedback from them on WhatConverts!  I am also a big fan of the WhatConverts website.  There is SO much information there.  The guides are excellent.  Lastly, but by no means least, their customer support is excellent!  They are knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive.

**What do you dislike about WhatConverts?**

The only minor thing I can think of is that when leads are pushed to the Google Ads dashboard they are lumped together as a single conversion metric vs. being separated by type (ie form fills, phone calls).  We found a way around this by pushing to Google Analytics first then using custom goals to push to Google Ads, so no big deal :)

Letting our clients know that the money they invest in marketing with us is working!  We can clearly show them leads and what marketing channels brought them.  This helps us too to know what channels are working best or which ones need more work.

In addition to being a valuable way to track conversions, WhatConverts is easy to integrate into our reporting by connecting directly with analytics and Data Studio. But my favorite thing about WhatConverts is that any question I've ever had has been responded to with incredible speed and accuracy by their world-class support team. Any time I've ever had to reach out, they are on top of it almost immediately!

I have not come across a downside to using WhatConverts. It does what it's supposed to do and I have no complaints.

It can be challenging to show advertising value to clients outside of e-commerce situations where ad spend can be linked directly to revenue. WhatConverts helps to solve the problem of linking phone calls and form fills directly with campaigns and also allows clients to go back and assign value to leads which helps us to show the whole picture when evaluating our advertsing.

What Converts is super easy to install and manage, giving you insight into what is happening with your marketing platforms.

I think my favorite part of it all is the amazing customer support. If you manage a lot of accounts like I do (50+) you run into some issues with your tracking. And everytime I can reach out to the support and I get an answer within 1 hour! That is amazing to me.

The learning curve can be an issue with some people, but if you have any experience with online software you should be golden.

My favorite feature of WhatConverts has to be the customer support. WC is such a robust tool with many features that it can be hard to know everything inside and out. But their support team makes it easy. They will often tackle tasks for me, but also create a short how-to video to show me how to do it myself in the future. It's SO helpful and I know I can always count on them for support. I enjoy that we are able to overlay whatconverts code into forms used bty our clients.

I can't think of one negative aspect of WhatConverts. Using their services has been nothing but a positive experience for me and an invaluable asset. There are occasionally usages that can get confusing, but the support that they offer and the rapid response to any issues (which are typically user-error more than anything) makes up for any hiccups I encounter.

If you are looking to gather as much data as possible about your target audience, i highly recommend using whatconverts to track your forms, chats, calls, and anything else they support. it has been nothing but beneficial to all of our clients.

**What problems is WhatConverts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WhatConverts is helping us realize the legitimacy of our paid advertising leads through tracking numbers. It has helped us improve call flows, identify target markets, and adjust our campaigns accordingly based on the information their tool gathers.
For some of our clients, we are using WhatConverts to monitor the flow of inbound marketing leads. We utilize a wide variety of marketing methods, but paid search is a major one. Any time we have a phone number to call in an ad, we use whatconverts to track where the call came from and record the conversations. This helps us identify whether or not our ads are reaching the correct audience, and oftentimes provides us with the information we need to adjust our campaigns.

Great call tracking software. You can easily track online and offline leads, know which marketing is working, get a great insight into everything in your business.

I use it for all of my clients and will not be looking anywhere else.
The customer support is the best bit of all, swift replies and extremely patient and helpful even when I ask some pretty stupid questions! I can't fault them at all.

No reason any business should still be using one phone number for everything. Track everything with different numbers, evaluate what's working and what's not, and save money in the long run.

It can be a little tricky to set up if you've never done it before and don't take the time to read the blog posts/help guides. But then the support can help you from there.

You receive instant email notifications when a conversion has been triggered, and the reporting functionality is very user-friendly, operating similar to a traffic light system in terms of whether a lead is quotable. You can record all phone calls, track forms, transactions, and chats, and find out which keyword drove which enquiry or sale.
My clients love their monthly reports because they are so detailed as well as being easy to understand. 
Customer support is second to none - John Tomory and the team are highly responsive and friendly. Without doubt, What Converts is the best goal tracking platform available.

I can't think of anything to say here, my experience with What Converts has been great from day 1.

If you're looking for call recordings, call transcripts, form tracking, sales tracking, ease of reporting, responsive customer service, a good onboarding experience, and a good price point, then What Converts is for you.

Clients want transparency to see what they are getting for their money - and rightly so. What Converts allows me to present this information so that we can identify what's working well.
On the flip side, one thing in particular to mention is that it can help identify points within the sales funnel that need improvement, whether that be an individual campaign, or the person answering the phone call.

The only thing I can think of is that I wish SMS forwarded directly to a destination number rather than just alert us via email and in the dashboard. It's really nothing major, plus the WhatConverts team said they are working on a better solution.

I love how fast the product has developed in the last two years and the flexibility to change I received. My favorite part about Whatconverts would be the team, however. John, Jennifer and Jeremy are the fastest to get back to me and always super helpful.

I would like it if there were more options for automation in terms of qualified leads. For our industry specifically, it is tough to know if a lead is actually a new one just if they clicked a key on their phone. We would have to actually listen to the calls to determine that that's accurate, which can be impractical. However, I don't know if there's any technical solution for that.

The versatility of the software is great. There are very few things that this software cannot track with the proper know how. Customer support is also first class. The team is very nice and personal. They are always happy to help out and provide in depth support.

The software does come with a slight learning curve. It can be a bit difficult trying to figure out how to track certain things but then again attribution is never as straightforward as we would like it to be so this issue should be expected on any platform.

What converts can offer full spectrum attribution? I find it to be more reliable for attribution than other analytical software. It's accuracy in providing a source/medium for conversions and events is usually dead on, and I feel confident when using it for reports.

I wish there was a little more integration capabilities with other CRM programs. Zapier is an option to drive things to Pipedrive but tracking is not perfect. However, the WhatConverts support team has mentioned that this is in the works!
