Using unique phone numbers (all of which route to your actual main number in the background) to track potential buyers activity from click to call and in some cases the entire conversion process is a very empowering tool! **What do you dislike about WhatConverts?** For our particular company, we can't have our pre-existing customers getting confused with what our phone number is (as we always have the same one), so we had to deactivate part of the power of WhatConverts so that our current customers always see the number they know so that they do not program a new number into their phones (thinking we changed our number) in case we ever stop using WhatConverts and drop the unique numbers used for tracking. However, our marketer was able to come up with a unique solution, where new end users who are searching for products of ours for the 1st time (with or without realizing it) are directed to the fake / unique trackable phone numbers that then allow us to see their conversion path.
