# Does this provide Google Shopping Search Term Conversion Info Can this software or another provide a report of conversions that includes the keyword searched by the customer that led to the Google Shopping ad click? For example, customer visits www.google.com/search?q=desktop and then clicks our ad and buys our desktop. What software is available that will tell us that the keyword was "desktop" that led to this conversion and all others that we got on our site? We need this information for calculating ACoS per keyword for Google Shopping ads. Google Shopping search term report is 100% inaccurate reporting keywords with 2 clicks produced 7 and 11 conversions and therefore we need a solution for this missing information. ##### Post Metadata - Net upvotes: 1

# Is there any way to record the calls made by our marketing team? As the firm expands, we'd want to be able to track outbound calls made by our marketing staff. It might be useful for marketing training and other purposes. WhatConverts, on the other hand, I don't believe is capable of doing so. # Would it be possible, when integrating with Google Ads, to make 2 integrations? One for each form? For example, I have one contact form on the site and one form within the WhatsApp button. If I could set up an integration for the form on the site and one for the WhatsApp form, it would help a lot. This way, we could differentiate directly from the Google Ads panel itself, knowing how many contacts came through WhatsApp and how many through the other form, without needing to extract the spreadsheet through WhatConverts. ##### Post Metadata - Net upvotes: 1
