The functions range from scheduling appointments, personalizing patients, bill payments, notifications, among many others, the medical and administrative staff will certainly appreciate the implementation of this in your institution. **What do you dislike about Cliniko?** There is a loss of registration because there is no functionality to import patient appointment data. Other than that it is a fairly complete administration software. **Recommendations to others considering Cliniko:** My recommendation is to start at once with the free trial that lasts 30 days where you will surely want to keep it. Overall it is an excellent tool as it can save you time and money. **What do you dislike about Cliniko?** One thing to consider is that you can import your own list of customers, contacts, products and services. However, you must format the data and import it. They also do not support importing appointments, which means that the customer's appointment attendance records are lost. **Recommendations to others considering Cliniko:** I recommend it 100% is very effective and really facilitates our day to day, once you try it will not stop using it, in terms of functionality and costs is very attractive. **What problems is Cliniko solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my experience CLINIKO has been very useful, is a well-established tool and offers a range of features that are designed to facilitate the implementation of health practices.
