I would like the use of campaign structures to be much easier because it turns out to be a bit confusing in some cases. What do you like best about StackAdapt?

Their level of customer service is above and beyond the majority of our other vendors. Whenever we have problems or questions they respond to emails within hours and are quick to offer a phone call to help troubleshoot.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

Filtering to look at creative performance or conversions has to be done at a campaign level, so it takes a little more time if you have a lot of campaigns and want overall insights. It would be nice to be able to filter those types of insights at the client level for overall insights, or group campaigns together to get insights for just a segment within the dashboard. If i can have any dislike - it would be the intitial learning of the Reporting Tool. Some of our clients want specific types of breakdowns of their monthly stats. It took some playing with before I figured it out, but after that - was good to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
