Because there's so much more available from a targeting, measurement, and even creative optimization perspective, StackAdapt's user interface could take some getting used to if you're only familiar with working in a much simpler platform. The account team that was assigned to us has been very helpful with working through campaign and account setup. The reporting tools aren't as intuitive as the rest of the platform. When I'm viewing a campaign from the campaigns tab, I can have trouble figuring out how to switch the date range for the data that is displayed. I'm sure this is something that I will get used to over time, but it sticks out compared to the intuitive nature of building campaigns.

One small quirk in the campaign flow is that you set your daily or lifetime budget before setting your start and end dates. You will get an error if you try to set your lifetime budget without a campaign end date. The end date dialog is always out of my viewport when I get this error and I always end up thinking I skipped a step. In reality, you have to skip ahead to another dialog before going back to set lifetime budget. This isn't a big deal, but I figured they might fix it if I mention it here. When setting a budget based on clicks, a user can't go lower than 25 clicks/day, which is a problem when dealing with pace. When gaining incremental budget, the platform has a hard time adjusting to an increase in budget and flight. It will think I'm overpacing and pause for a day.
