The Account Management Team - who are very insightful, strategic, and performance-centric. The team brings in a lot of thought to the table when we strategize at the beginning of every quarter and are always willing to help out with quick responses. There is nothing I don't like about the StackAdapt Team. I wish we could be using their interface more for all our LF activities too. The only downside I can think of, is that we are not able de-duplicate our campaigns when running with other DSPs, which might be something that I am not aware of. Also, currently I am not aware of the data partners StackAdapt works with. Since beginning our relationship with StackAdapt we've seen great results from our programmatic efforts. Their managed service team keeps us updated on campaign KPIs regularly, with excellent reporting and recaps at longer intervals. No stones are left unturned to optimize campaign results. The team is also incredibly supportive in integrating new concepts and creative, for existing or new campaigns. All these efforts help us build client confidence and value from the tactics within StackAdapt's wheelhouse.

Additionally, with their expanding services - like CTV - we're gaining efficiencies and added value across our campaigns by consolidating tactics.

The StackAdapt team/support is unmatched. I have nothing but great things to say about every single Account Executive and Account Manager we've been assigned over the years. They are strategic partners who not only keep us updated on what's new in the platform but also keep tabs on campaign performance and come to status meetings with thoughtful recommendations. Easy to use self-serve platform. Super proactive and dedicated customer service team. Shout out to Oliver and Beverly who are so responsive and helpful! StackAdapt is always innovating and adding new products so we always feel like we are on the cutting edge. They are our one-stop shop for all programmatic campaigns across native, display, OLV, CTV and we are planning to test audio soon. Access to their huge database of 3rd party audiences is one of the most useful features that we pitch to our clients regularly.
