Fraud detection feature helped save $$$s for us. Creative insights was a paid add-on, but a helpful tool to streamline how each creative performs.

Responsive customer support and accessibility to up-to-date data

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Dashboards aren't super customizable—a lot of custom metrics and breakdowns are only available via request, whereas a tool like Mixpanel allows a lot of user-friendly features. Singular also only allows you to track 12 in-app events, which is a bit limiting

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because we run lead campaigns on iOS, Singular's web-to-app attribution helps us understand how each campaign on each channel is performing from a Cost per Install perspective, as well as providing visibility into post-install metrics.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

The solution they offer is really competitive in terms on pricing vs the features they include and the way the system works. The customer service is really dedicated into solve any doubts or issues as soon as they can and they quickly escalate when the responses are not enough for our teams.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

I think they can improve the UI/UX to make it more user friendly and intuitive. And also sometimes they have some bugs in the reporting section. They could improve the Dashboards, as visual input allow us to discover mistakes or issues regarding tracking, quicker. Also, they could improve the agency feature, as I believe is still very MVP stage.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobile attribution, clarity on the data, decrease organic (not identified traffic), see a better ratio of conversion to install by having right numbers and accurate with the stores. Correctly identify fraud sources to optimize traffic, better understanding of conversion-cost ratio.

The customer support is outstanding — the team is always available, quick to respond, and extremely knowledgeable. Whether it’s onboarding, troubleshooting, or just answering best-practice questions, they go above and beyond to help. Their flexible pricing structure was a big plus for us, allowing us to get all the features we needed without overpaying. The platform is also reliable, easy to integrate, and works seamlessly with our partners and BI tools

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

There’s nothing major to dislike. Occasionally, some advanced reporting features require a short learning curve, but the support team is always there to guide you through it quickly.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Singular provides accurate and reliable attribution for both our mobile app and web campaigns, seamlessly connecting spend data with in-app actions in one unified view. Having all this information in a single place not only makes it easier to understand the full customer journey and measure ROI across channels, but also allows us to build internal dashboards without having to integrate separately with every media source we run campaigns on. Fraud prevention is built-in, adding an extra layer of protection without extra effort. With all these capabilities, plus always-available, responsive support and flexible pricing, Singular has become a key part of our marketing operations.

I found out that singular have MCP integration with ChatGPT.

I just found out that Singular supports Multiple Breakdowns. This means we can pull the data in two different ways simultaneously.

I use Singular to consolidate all my attribution data, solving data fragmentation across channels and saving time. I like the cross-channel visibility and customer support, which brings us helpful ideas.

Simplicity of the dashboard, everything is really straightforward and intuitively understandable

When you onboard as a new member of the team, as a user Singular as an MMP, you need to pass a quick questionnaire. It might not be necessary to do that, and it would be nice to have a simple pop-up window with the question Do you need to add any integrations right now. Because in my case, all data connectors were already set up and everything worked properly

Cost aggregation solved brilliantly and especially for those networks where we had a client fee

**What do you like best about Singular?**

We were able to make the quality leap that Bennu needed in its acquisition to scale the investment by prioritizing the return on investment and understanding all the revenue events to which each media contributes. We were also able to unify and improve our reports by having the information consolidated, organized, and with a consistent criterion.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

In general, everything went very well. Only when they restructured internally did we feel a bit "rushed" to finish in order to close the weekly meetings and stay in touch via Slack after hiring the Customer Success Manager service. Anyway, Ale gave us great support and resolved all our concerns during and after the implementation until we were able to close the Onboarding tracker without any issues.

Unify the information from all our campaigns, be able to have attribution by medium, and correctly calculate the CPA and ROI of our campaigns.

Some aspects of attribution are unclear, particularly regarding how they assign credit. It can be difficult to understand exactly how attribution is determined.

We wanted to change the contract type and asked for call with business poc. Business poc came on call after 1 month and promised to come back. She didnt come back. Instead, we got a death threat from their finance team for bill clearance

**What do you like best about Singular?**

The tracking set up that Singular has helps our business understand our attribution and various touchpoints. The creative level analysis, the recent AI integration, all makes a growth marketers life easy and we can make decisions basis data. The support people, SPOCs, all arey very knowledgeable and humble, already keen on wanting us to make the most of their platform, suggesting new ideas, open to suggestions from our end as well.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Some events limits can be increased for tracking purposes. Also, if the attribution basis can be decided by us, as in, whether we want to follow first click or last click and basis that the data is collated. This would give good perspective of campaigns and customer behavior as well.

UI could be improved - and more features to support a locked vs unlocked state - link management, especially cross-teams can lead to many cooks in the kitchen - ensuring that accidental actions are not impactful and require double verification (when it comes to existing links)

Singular is a simple, intuitive, yet very comprehensive platform. What I like most is how the account managers stay close to the team and are always willing to help. The implementation is quite straightforward, and I rarely need my tech team for anything, which accelerates processes.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

I’d like to see an improved approach to retargeting users, as well as the addition of a D0 cohort (essentially splitting the current D1 cohort into two). Another feature that could benefit our business would be cross-platform measurement, since we operate websites, blogs, and an online store.

With one platform, we can manage different channels, analyze a large number of creatives cross-platforms, and make more accurate decisions.

Agility of the support team. In less than 24h, most of my requests are answered

Related to the creatives produt they are rolling out: I'm not confident Singular understands the true challenges of trying to tag creatives. Most of the info that was extracted was very useless to us.

Its user-friendly interface allows you to view a large amount of data, and the ability to create customized reports without the need to understand a lot of analytical languages.

There's nothing I don't like. Perhaps I'd improve the filtering options for the different dimensions, such as campaigns and sub-campaigns.

First of all - the best service out of all MMPs.
They are super dynamic and always try to solve issues according to the client's need.
Dynamic cost reporting. Data reporting through Singular Extract made our lives easier.

No big issues. Maybe some attribution functionalities that we can find on other MMPs.

The UI is clean and intuitive.
Singular consolidates data from multiple marketing channels and help us to save time and efforts and take actions based on the data. 
Great customer support! The team made huge efforts to add all of our partners to the platform in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Some UI improvements are needed - sorting revenue from highest to lowest in the dashboards and etc but we know that the team is already working on it.

Singular solves several key problems in marketing analytics by consolidating data from multiple sources, automating reporting, pushing data to our ETL. It's benefiting us by saving time and efforts in compiling reports from multiple sources, using dashboards that are easy to use and with great insights.

It's not really an impediment, but generally when we hire application performance professionals, rarely does a professional have experience with Singular compared to other MMPs on the market.

We can see the performance of each acquisition and calculate how much of that acquisition is actually retained and engaged with the app. We can calculate the cost per retained user and direct investment based on that performance.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

The CSM team is very attentive and helps us with all technical matters, their attention is 10/10. The tool itself has very good information visualization and reporting, it's something we use every day, and it's very user-friendly for building dashboards, much better than the competition. The integration of partners is very easy and the custom dimensions are a blessing.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

I feel that it is more focused or more friendly for the whole topic of paid media, however, for topics of owned media, we have had many difficulties in visualizing its attribution.

I've found it challenging that the platform only retains data for 90 days. This short timeframe can be problematic, especially when investigating fraud. It makes it difficult to retrieve historical data needed to build a case or show proof for incidents that surface more than three months later.

What I love most about Singular is how much easier it makes managing all of our marketing data.  Their dashboards are flexible, and we can build the views we need without waiting for external reports. Also, their support team has been amazing whenever we have questions — fast, helpful, and always ensuring we get what we need.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

If I’m being honest, the platform can feel a little overwhelming at first. There's so much power under the hood that it took us a bit of time (and some help from their team) to fully get comfortable with all the features. Some areas of the interface could also be a little more intuitive, especially when setting up more advanced customizations.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an In-App Monetization Manager, I need to constantly analyze performance across multiple ad networks, campaigns, and partners. Singular solves the major problem of fragmented data by pulling all of our revenue, cost, and attribution metrics into one centralized platform. I miss the availabilty of some ready-to-go report templates. Requiring the user to pick every metric and dimension they want to see is not necessairily bad, but it may be a barrier for newcomers.
