We're using Singular as our multiplatform data aggregator. Our product is on iOS, Android, and PC, so the multiplatform nature of Singular really helps.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

What I liked most about Singular is the accuracy of the data and attribution across different media. Additionally, the platform is easy to use and new features are constantly being integrated to gain insights from our data.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Until this moment, there is nothing that has displeased me.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to have an accurate measurement of attribution across different owned media (email, WhatsApp, push notification, etc.). Although we are still in the process of measuring all owned media with Singular, the team has helped us a lot in carrying out these integrations and providing us with the appropriate follow-up.

Singular’s support and responses have always been helpful and swift, and even when they didn’t know the answer, they made every effort to resolve the issues.

When a solution requires coordinating across multiple departments, it can take a long time to resolve issues—something that may not suit smaller clients who require prompt action.

Our experience withSingular has been excellent. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, making adoption seamless for our team. Implementation was smooth, and integration with our existing systems required minimal effort. Their customer support is outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and always proactive in addressing any concerns. We use the platform regularly, and its robust feature set continues to meet our needs without adding unnecessary complexity. Overall, it’s a reliable, efficient, and well-supported solution that we highly recommend.

While our experience with SIngular has been excellent, one minor area for improvement is their UI. While the platform is generally intuitive, a bit more flexibility in the UI would enhance the overall experience. However, this does not impact its core functionality, and we remain very satisfied with the service.

Singular simplifies spend attribution for our team, allowing us to efficiently track and analyze marketing performance. As an Analytics Engineer, having a centralized and accurate data source saves time and ensures reliable reporting.

When users have multiple devices, it becomes very difficult to attribute data accurately, and Singular loses track, so the data isn't 100% reliable.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

Singular makes campaign tracking simple and reliable. 

I use Singular on a daily basis and even with all the data, it is simple to use and it works with all the other anakytics / platforms that that we use. The Singular team, especially Renzo, has been amazing. Always very responsive, and extermly knowledgeable. Whenever I had a question for Renzo, he always goes above and beyond to make sure we're getting the most out Singular.

During the onboarding and implementation phase, Renzo and the entire Singular team were incredibly helpful. They made sure in our weekly calls that we were up and they offered insights / suggetsions to any questions that we had. 

The current ongoing support has also been fantastic. They are always very responsive and ready to help whenever we reach out to them.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. The only thing that I can think of is that it can take a bit of time to look at all the different features and options that are available within the platform because there’s so much that Singular can do. 

That being said, Renzo has always been very helpful to help me work with these tools and he always makes sure that everything is functioning properly.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Singular is helping us in a few different areas such as, mobile app analytics, mobile attribution, and click fraud detection. We were using another tool prior to Singular and the tracking of marketing campaign performance was very challenging because it we had to do a lot of manual work to get the data that we needed. Now with automated dashboards and reporting features, we can easily measure and optimize many different campaigns across different marketing platforms / channels.

Singular's also help us detect and prevent click fraud. This is helpful because we can remove channels that are wasteful while scalling and allocating marketing budgets that we know can improve our ROI.

Singular has proven to be an excellent choice for mobile measurement and marketing analytics. Its **responsive support team** stands out, always available to resolve any issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations. Singular is a powerful tool for tracking and measuring everything that happens within our app, and it also offers seamless integration with our web platforms (we are about to integrate this too). 

We have received outstanding support from our account manager Renzo, who has been highly responsive and proactive. Additionally, everything has worked smoothly, meeting all our expectations so far.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

The interface could be improved in terms of UX, and it would be helpful to have visibility by day of the week and by week to enable better comparisons. Additionally, being able to change dates without having to run the report again would be a great improvement.

It enables us to track all marketing efforts, analyze conversion rates across channels and campaigns, and identify fraudulent activity from specific sources.

I think that Singular's products are right on the spot and they are all great. Besides that, I think that Singular's team are proffesionals, understand excatly everything their doing or talking about, and giving the best customer success/service out there.

I would like to point out Singular's excellent CTA via email support and via our CSM, as well as the facility of integration with our acquisition and monetisation partners.
It is a tool that seeks to improve every day and offer the best service; it does this by listening to the needs and proposals of its clients. 
In addition, it is easy to use and helps us in a very efficient way to control the monthly budgets, and decide where and how to spend the money so that our games continue to grow and be profitable.

There are aspects that need to be improved, such as extending some integrations with partners and also the graphics part via widgets, which sometimes (when you work with several metrics) is a little chaotic.
For the rest, it's a very complete tool that meets our current needs.

Singular helps us to be able to integrate our acquisition and monetisation partners in a single place, which makes it easier to optimise budgets. In turn, on an analytical level, being able to account for all the events that happen in a game helps us to be able to do analysis on an individual level and also decide how we can improve from that side.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

Singular has many powerful tools for managing and interacting with attribution, adspend, and admon data (among other things), as well as a very nice query interface for quickly looking up information.  The platform is flexible enough that we can add custom data dimensions to our reports and to exports to our own data warehouse.  The onboarding process was done with a lot of support, and our account manager, Simon, is always available to escalate any issues we've put in with the support teams.  The platform has robust documentation as well.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Some of the tools that make it easy for end users to get started become a bit limiting when you get to power-user status, and require support tickets to resolve. There can also be timezone issues with level 1 support which might extend the length of a request, but this is dependent on where you are located.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

The Singular account managers are the best in the business! They are helping us with our MMP migration and have been very proactive with the transition plan. They helped us create a timeline, fill out a detailed tracker, and have managed expectations throughout the process. They become part of your team and we feel very fortunate to have their help!

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

I've had no major issues with Singular thus far. We have had data issues here and there, but we've felt they've always prioritized fixing these issues and giving us a post-mortem.

**Recommendations to others considering Singular:**

Consider doing all attribution and spend aggregation with one vendor if possible.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Singular for cost aggregation, web SDK for sending web events to ad networks, and app SDK for sending app events to ad networks and attribution. We also plan to use Singular for creative attribution, SKAN, and other use cases in the future.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

-Solid UI with a good range of analytical tools. Everything is fairly intuitive.
-No conflict of interest between Singular and our business—in the past, I've had to stop working with other MMPs because of their relationship to app developers and/or ad networks. 
-Great reps who are responsive on day-to-day issues.
-Service has been reliable in my experience without any significant outages.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

-Once issues have been escalated from our rep to the ticketing system, there are very long response gaps, which can extend resolution times by several weeks when all is said and done. 
-Reports often take a very long time to generate in the UI and occasionally won't generate at all.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aside from the standard UA and ad monetization tracking, Singular is helping us:
-Get a better sense of iOS traffic via the unified view.
-Track instances of fraud and resolve any disagreements stemming from that.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

Singular managers help us set up the tracking links and recheck that everything is set up correctly and, in our case, COPPA-compliant.
Customer support also helps us understand Singular's existing and new features and the changes happening in other Networks and take time for all of our questions.
We love the analytics tools that we use to analyze the campaigns. We can see ROAS on D1, D7, D30...
We use Singular daily to track the progress of our campaigns with multiple networks all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

The generation of the reports is not the fastest.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main reason for our use of Singular is to set up the tracking links for the campaigns.

Aside from that, we also love the analytics tool, data connectors, and revenue events, so we can analyze the campaigns inside Singular.

Tools which you can find on board with this price is nice as well

Implementation was not so hard and it is not so SDK heavy

Missing some data mainly in case of SKAN - i would like to see how many users get us ATT consent.

In mobile app marketing you need to have MMP to track all the user journey. With this partner you can evaluate your campaings efforts more precisely. And this is something what is Singular doing very well.

Singular UI platform is very intuitive and easy to use also the relationship with the account manager who are very active to help us in the use of singular.
Also we are working closely with singular to improve the creative/tagging analysis to understand better the performance of our campaigns/creatives

The dashboard section can sometimes lack of flexibility but a lot of efforts have been recently to imrpove it

I believe it is a robust product in terms of integrations, reporting, and above all, excellent customer service.

I don't think there are things I don't like that would make me want to leave the tool. But I do think they could improve the loading times in reporting and have a more user-friendly design.

It helped me to visualize the investment and attribution of the media in a centralized way with a customized report that manages to group the data and campaigns in a way that is useful to me thanks to the customized dimensions.

It helps me to visualize the performance of a creative by grouping all the media in which it was shown.

And it also helped us to centralize the data of new media that we have tested.

Singular has been a key ally since we chose them as partners. Thanks to their support, we have been able to stay at the forefront of the latest trends in attribution marketing, especially regarding applications and privacy policies, which have gained great relevance in recent times. The support team is exceptional, accompanying us every step of the way and demonstrating a genuine commitment by treating our problems as their own, even when our team has not adopted their use 100%.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

The only thing we consider as an opportunity for improvement at Singular is the integration with new partners, which can sometimes be a slow process. However, we understand that this is a common challenge in the industry, given that there are agencies of all sizes and not all are necessarily mapped. We value the effort and dedication of the team in each integration, and we trust that they will continue to improve in this aspect.

- whenever we had issues that were either data or documentation related, the support we received from Singular was always fast and efficient
- makes it easier for us to have a simple solution for ingesting data into data-bases without having to  figure out the bulk of the APIs ourselves
- accurate revenue when it comes to ads and iaps (comparison with consoles and ad monetization sources)

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

- the loading time of the reports is pretty slow and could be improved
- it happened a few times that the tech documentation wasn't super explicit and had to wait for clarification from support
- there have been some mishaps with data formatting that was ingested into our data-base but they were quickly solved

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to better understand the costs and revenue generated by campaigns but also very importantly by the specific assets and placements used. 
It made our reporting pipeline smoother.

Singular has proven to be an excellent choice for our needs. The integration process was seamless, and their documentation is top-notch, making it easy for our team to get up and running quickly. We also appreciate that the platform is cost-effective, providing great value for the features and capabilities it offers.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Some features which are included in the basic packages of competing products are only available as paid add-ons with Singular. While the platform itself is affordable, these additional costs can add up depending on the specific features you need.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before switching to Singular, we were using a competitor's solution that was effective but came at a higher cost. Singular is solving the same problems—primarily, the challenge of accurately tracking and attributing our marketing efforts across multiple channels—but at a much more affordable price point.

The cost savings we’ve achieved by switching to Singular, combined with the platform’s ease of integration and robust support, have been a huge benefit to our team. Now, we’re able to allocate more of our budget to actual marketing efforts rather than software costs, which has further enhanced our efficiency and effectiveness.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

The ability to have multi connector for almost every network that exist today in the industry, making it super easy for connecting with those partners in order to pull the neccacry data from them. 
Singular also holds a great support team that helped us a lot during our onboarding, and helps a lot with new partners if we need assistant in connecting them - very helpful for partners that never heard of Singular.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

New partners often make mistakes with their reports, so sometimes there's a lot of back and forth with manual reports until all data is aligned. and I'm limited for the amount of the times I can re-fresh the data through the Singular platform.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have one place that holds all the different costs from different partners, making it much easier for our BI to connect with only one place - in order to get this data every morning in a very stabilized way so we all the different teams in the company can start work on their reports first thing in the morning.

- Great support and onboarding help, even for smaller devs.
- Ability to generate reports across multiple apps with different filtering and grouping options, including cohorted and non-cohorted metrics. Table and chart views on one page! These may sound like they should be a given, but not all MPPs offer such options. Great for teams who don't have internal BI yet.
- New (beta) features released relatively often (Unified iOS, MMM, etc.)
- A clear and straightforward COPPA-compliant attribution solution for kids games.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

- Reports tend to take a moment to be generated.
- To configurate a new partner you have to go to multiple places on the platform - not a big issue, but a bit annoying at times.
- Compared to some competitors, the UI may feel a bit wanky.
- SOme documentation could be updated/improved.
