What I like most about Singular is the ease of use and the customer service you receive. Our account manager was always there for us when we had questions, doubts, problems and to improve day by day the information we needed.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

I love the fact that the onboarding team is extremely hands-on and the Singular dashboard is very easy to customize and understand.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

There are a few OEMs we have tried to onboard that are not integrated with Singular but are integrated with Appsflyer and Adjust. If they could get more platforms onboard properly, that would be great.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Mobile attribution: this allows me understand how the different partners and campaigns are helping me to achieve the set goal and this helps decide optimization actions and budget scaling. 
2. Being able to create custom events and calculate the CVR and CPE right on the dashboard is extremely helpful. Helps look further down the funnel before making decisions on optimization. 
3. Web to app attribution tracking

Singular has been an invaluable tool for our marketing analytics and attribution. One of the biggest advantages has been the dedicated support from our account manager, Guilherme, who has consistently helped us optimize and troubleshoot as needed. The platform is robust and provides reliable, updated data, which allows us to make informed decisions for our campaigns. The frequent updates and new features also ensure that the platform evolves with industry standards, which is essential in a fast-changing digital landscape.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

While Singular is powerful, the integration process can be challenging, especially with platforms like TikTok. It takes additional support and time to ensure these connections work smoothly, and occasionally, we encounter limitations that require workarounds. Improving ease of integration with certain media platforms would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Singular makes cost tracking simple and efficient!! The platform is easy to navigate, and the support team is extremely responsive. Any issue that arises, we are always able to have it resolved quickly.

Not much—we’re pretty happy with it! If anything, having a smoother way to align cost data with our MMP would make it even more valuable. But overall, it’s been a great tool for our needs.

We rely on Singular data to assess our marketing campaigns' effectiveness on a daily basis. The UI is easy to navigate, and there is adequate help documentation to aid. Singular support team is generally quick to respond to our requests, which often cover different issues from various team functions (UA, Data, BI, Finance). Our rep is specifically attentive and frequently checks in to offer more help and ideas for improvement.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

For more complex data issues, sometimes it can be difficult and frustrating to communicate only through the support ticket where response time could be slower (a few days - a week) and multiple Singular teams need to be involved and get on the same page.

The support is really very good, they respond quickly and help you solve problems. Some of their tools are very intuitive and useful (such as reports, partner integration, and web links)

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

We are having issues with the implementation of the native SDK for Web and we can't resolve it. Additionally, the export logs for downloading raw data are unclear. Another problem is that individual Meta advertising accounts cannot be connected; instead, all accounts managed by the linked email are associated. This creates privacy issues.

We use it primarily for mobile attribution and to extract information via API. Additionally, we use it to support some analyses.

From my perspective, as a data scientist/engineer, I really like the data integrations with Sinulgar.
They are very straightforward, easy to set up, and robust.

Their support has also been great.
We have also have close contact with them to solve any issues that might appear along the way, even if it depends on some custom solution just for our use case.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Although their web UI is pretty complete, navigating in it and finding some specific partner configurations (app level, source level, etc.) sometimes is not so easy.
For the record, it wasn't easy in the competitor's UI as well.

Ease of implementing the tool. We were able to change tools in just over 10 days, which was great for all of our teams. The customer support is great as well, we are well attended in our daily use.

I think Singular could review its documentation. Although our team was able to do the integrations on our own, I think that if the documentation is up to date it makes the process even easier. But this was not an issue

That it cannot be filtered in some reports and that sometimes the platform has problems loading, is slow, etc.

Very intuitive, easy to integrate and at an excellent price.

Lack of integration with some part of Admob monetization.

Many user acquisition networks require an MMP to create campaigns, Singular is a valid MMP for all of them and the pricing is much more competitive than other MMPs.

The support team is really helpful with any doubts, and they are always connected with our business. 
Also the platform work as we expect with all the features that they offer. Is easy to implement and integrate with our media partners.

The platform doesn't has the best UI they are working to improving the experience in the platform.

The first problem is the Mobile attribution, right now we are able to understand how our traffic sources are working and the qualitity of them related to our conversions.
With the ETL tools we are able to connect to our data warehouse without any problem.
Our Marketing team are really engage with the platform, because they are able to create different reports and analyse the efforts that they make in our digital campaings

A very good customer support. Friendly and helpful. Personally I like Singulars reports and dashboards, even though our company uses our own dashboarding system and only ingests MMP data to it.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Well, the only problem was the support for UE4, but to be fair I have to say that we needed to use an older version of the engine, which was the source of troubles.

First and foremost - proper cohorted campaign ROI calculation. Also a number of other KPIs that are for decision makers to see.

It is easy to navigate and get reports you are searching for. Also, their support team is responsive and know what they are doing.

The downside for me is the loading of the reports you are building. It sometimes take a lot of time for the report to be generated.

Singular does not have a direct connection to ClickHouse, which is not really a bad thing. We were able to use GCS as our data destination
