**What do you like best about Singular?**

We've finally gotten to a place where we can use some of our Singular data reliably. The support team is helpful and responds quickly.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Everything seems to be a process. Singular seems behind some of the other competitor platforms in terms of integrations and challenges that we face in Singular that seem to have been solved by other solutions. 

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MMP Attribution is helpful. I understand it's doing the best it can with a difficult problems that arise from attribution, but there are still some challenges and what feels like holes in our data. It feels like the solutions are almost there but then take weeks of back and forth to get to some kind of solution or the features just don't fully deliver and we need to find a workaround on our part.

Super easy UI makes using your platform a real pleasure! It definitely could help making report templates though so you don't have to manually pick your preferred settings each time.

Your support team is doing a great job, but sometimes minor tickets take too long to fix.

The most helpful is definitely getting a big picture of your marketing spendings and marketing metrics. This tool also granted our marketing team with independence and also efficiency. We can finally take actions much quicker without having to pass through an analyst (at least for the day to day stuff).

I haven't encountered a moment where I got frustrated with something yet because it has mainly improved our quality of work.

This tool is really worth it. It saves you SO much time gathering all of your online marketing data and calculating your channels that are worth your time and effort. The customizable dashboard makes you go straight to the point with the data you look out most for.

aggregating all of our marketing data into one place. calculating our ROI in an efficient manner. Giving us the pertinent data right away. easy to share and easy to present.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

Singular is very much user friendly platform for plucking the data for any particular website. There is option of attrition dashboard from that we can download the data for at most last three month which is also one of the best option provided by singular marketing BI tool. There are lot of options provided by the companies to filter the data using multiple filter option  like based on sites,type of an event, real time, configure, App based amozon specific or tripit specific etc. We can also get download in our desired location using partner configuration. According to me it is the best tool.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

There are lots of things which are useful in Singular BI but there are few which we will not get in singular BI. Singular BI do not have any API. so we can't automate the download of files from singular Bi

It is the best platform which will give give you the insights of your site.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

Our main use for singular is being able to ETL the data into our own data warehouse. It allows us to marry the data with our internal data set and create meaningful insights. We are new users to singular and it has already had a huge impact in automating reports and generating meaningful insights.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

This is by no means a deal breaker, but I am not the biggest fan of the analytics visualizations in the singular platform. This just could be because I haven't spent much time putting it together. For now we have just been using singular to easily access our affiliate data to create reports and insights.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes we run into small data discrepancies, or issues with an ETL. The singular support team has been lightning fast in responding and resolving our issues. We are happy with our current relationship with the singular team and look forward to working with them in the future.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

The ability to view different countries from different platforms in one consolidated platform. I also liked the ability to see different attribution options.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Reports can take a while to load and the platform. It could also be improved by integration straight into the platforms so we can make changes in Singular that get actioned immediately.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidation of data and pulling multiple different sources together. Doing this allowed us to improve our overall marketing strategy approach by giving us a holistic overview of aggregated performance.

Every contact I had with the team from Singular was very professional. They know what they are doing and talking about and give you a good feeling to be in the right hands. 

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

During setup, there were a few things promised that took longer to solve than anticipated.  
They didn’t want to talk about any compensation which felt unfair to us.

We use it to combine AdRevenue and Ad Spent figures to see the black and white results for UA campaigns.

Singular only provides creative reporting for our two channels: FB and Snapchat

Spend aggregation is made simple and easy to visualize. The API is easy to pull from. 
The ability to share links with external partners is valuable as well.

Lack of granularity in matching spend to user quality data (if you don't use the singular attribution tool). Also, the fact that you can only pull spend once a day at midnight rather than throughout the day in real time.

I would like to get all the parsing issues by email. E.g campaign name of ad networks and "adjsut" is not much - please check with ad partner.

Active customer service and team who will loop in as many people as it takes to accomplish any issues / requests. Company is very product driven and seem to thinking about the industry as a whole, raising and tackling trends as they arise.

At times, MMP sales team can get aggressive without understanding full context of partnership (i.e. team currently going through reporting issues so not a good time to sell them)

If you're looking for a cost aggregation reporting platform with great customer service, Singular is your best bet within the current mobile marketing industry.

gather all the vendor in the same place so you don't need multiple ETL jobs to get those data, it's kinda single source of truth

Data is late and we are not sure how many days we need to wait to get the stable data, number days fluctuate

Main strength is to be able to see both costs and revenues to evaluate the performance of the campaign.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

The graphs that relatively recently were implemented create more a messy understanding than understanding at all. The lines are not that distinct from each other so it's hard to understand what one is looking at.

Evaluating ROI on d30 is a great thing to evaluate the campaigns, especially when the spending does not happen on day1.

I only wish there were more segmentation of organic app install traffic, but I know this issue isn't exclusive to Singular. 

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're only using Singular for mobile app attribution, which is a huge part of our acquisition strategy. It's really simple to pull the monthly reporting we need with the report bookmarks. We also use the testing console which is a lot easier than using the logs.

i like how customizable the dashboard is with all the different dimensions. i also like how we're able to share links for the view

the support team can be pretty slow to respond and unresponsive. i would loop in our representative and yet i still wouldn't get a response for a week +

-be able to see pub information for multiple channels

singular is primarily used for cost ingestion with our different partners. 
one of the main benefits i like is being able to see very granular reporting to the site id and creative information. this helps us find fraud on a site id level and also to optimize creatives across channels

Customer service always available and open to help, and also the platform is already integrated with most of digital providers, making very fast to launch and start collecting data

Sometimes is hard to move forward with providers who are not integrated due to tech limitations and takes a while

Take into consideration fully control - not only business KPIs but also costs

Input costs from media providers, a feature that is not available with our MMP. With that we can have more control on budget and forecast the spent

It is great platform for install attribution and to understand your app usability by seeing the retention rate. Also really good to analyse your campaign performance.

I want to improve their support system. Which is a concern as we are the Indian client and we would like have a support as per our timings.

Singular is easy to setup & use. The tracking is spot on & their support team extends a helping hand whenever required.

Multiple people involved make singular complicated. Few times the problem needs to be solved with - Internal developers, Marketing Advertising Platforms, Singular Support, Agencies - when a lot of parties are involved the issue is almost never solved.

Spot on Attribution is what we're solving with Singular. Major benefits are that it's a one stop analytics platform for app tracking. You don't have to look for another tool to get through to your app requests.

I like the fact that Singular provides Costs, Attribution and an analytics platform all in one. While the attribution might not be as tight as other competitors in the space, this is far outweighed by the value provided by a unified solution.

Singular is best suited for companies or developers or publishers or UA agencies that spend the big dollars. Not the best for small spends.

Singular has built a platform to view/slice my cost data at the highest granularity as possible.  The robust dashboard is paired with a  account management team that prides itself in speed/accuracy/service.  Their product team works closely with advertisers they respect!

Query limits on large data pulls. (Understandable).  Cost could be better

**Recommendations to others considering Singular:**

When considering using singular please understand that it does mobile measurement the best.  Most MMPs are still striving to make cross platform attribution a reality; no one mmp currently makes it easy.  Service/support is probably one of the most important aspects of why I'm a loyal customer.
