Singular does an excellent job unifying attribution and marketing data across all our networks into a single source of truth, which makes cross-channel analysis much faster and more reliable. The cohort and LTV reporting is particularly strong — it lets us track payback curves accurately (D7, D30, D180) without having to stitch together data manually from each network. Another big plus is how well it handles iOS measurement post-ATT; the SKAdNetwork reporting and modeling give us confidence in a space where visibility is usually limited. On top of that, the UI is genuinely intuitive and easy to navigate. For a lean team like ours, that matters a lot — we don't have a dedicated data/BI function, so being able to pull and interpret reports quickly without heavy technical overhead is a real advantage. It lowers the barrier for anyone on the team to jump in and get insights without needing to be a data specialist. Finally, the support from our CSM has been excellent — responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. The initial setup and SDK integration can be fairly complex, especially for a lean team without a dedicated data engineering resource — getting all the custom events, cost integrations, and network connections properly configured took more time than expected. Additionally, some of the more advanced reporting and dashboard customization features have a learning curve, and building truly custom views sometimes requires reaching out to support rather than being fully self-serve. Singular solves the core challenge of unifying attribution data from multiple ad networks and platforms into one reliable, consistent source of truth. Before having a tool like this, cross-referencing performance across networks (Google, Meta, IronSource/LevelPlay, etc.) would require manual consolidation, which is both time-consuming and prone to error. For a lean team like ours — without a dedicated data or BI function — the template reports are a huge benefit. They let us quickly build and share cohort performance, LTV, and payback analysis (D7, D30, D180) across our portfolio of titles without needing to build reporting infrastructure from scratch. This significantly speeds up how fast we can make UA and budget allocation decisions. The benefit shows up directly in our day-to-day: faster iteration on campaign optimization, clearer visibility into which titles and markets are performing efficiently, and more confidence in spend decisions since the underlying data is trustworthy and consistent across sources. I like how Singular is super responsive, especially in terms of customer success and the kind of treatment we receive. I also appreciate the documentation, which is working great for me. The overall solution is mostly flawless, which means I don't need a lot of touchpoints with them. I have the resources to learn and delve into specific topics when I need to. Adding new parts or extending the solution works pretty well, and having a responsive point of contact is a great help. Sometimes Singular feels like a rigid solution, like it has a glass ceiling that limits improvements. Some SDK features aren't exposed, and occasionally, the integration with partners is delayed.
