Great Customer Support & Customised Solutions!

UA has become more challenging over time. It’s important to have the right attribution partner for success. Singular’s latest Unified iOS Report is one of the best solutions so far for iOS attribution!

Singular team is talways there when we need them &  they offer customised solutions with easy integration steps for implementation. Their dashboard is easy to use with lots of features & is one of the frequently used for routine analysis.

Singular has been a great help when it comes to measuring our iOS UA campaigns. We're still rather new when it comes to iOS 14, but Singular has provided support in creating the conversion schemas for our apps, as well has teaching how to measure the campaigns with their unified reports.

Singular is a little more expensive than other MMPs

**What do you like best about Singular?**

The best thing about Singular and the real difference compared to other tools is the quality of the team that makes it up, the weekly follow-up we have with them, and all the support they have provided us.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

The only "disadvantage" would be getting used to a new platform, but it's very easy to understand how to use it.

The main problem it solves for us is attribution and deep links for our APP.

We implemented Singular to take our tracking to the next level for both organic and paid marketing efforts. The platform has been easy to use, and we will continue to scale its use as our marketing efforts expand. Any time we had questions about setup or our account, the Singular customer support team was quick to respond.

None, worked just as needed for our team.

Before using Singular, we didn't have a way to direct prospective app downloaders to the correct app store. As we looked into Singular, we realized they could solve this problem and assist in more use cases for attribution  -- great for tracking various marketing analytics and campaigns.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

There are two aspects we like best about Singular. The first is the multitude of data connectors and integration options to pull data across a vast majority of ad networks. The second, is the superior customer support they provide when tackling data, integration, and API issues. Our customer service managers, Nabiha, Shabtay, and Simon go above and beyond when it comes to having to implement techinical changes or custom solutions to meet our business needs.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Cleaning up old or duplicate data in the Singular UI can be challenging at times because it requires a collaborative effort to ensure that it is done correctly and can take some time. Also, when setting up events, it is important to plan and test because once the metrics are mapped to events they are locked and can not be changed.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Singular has allowed us to aggregate and normalize data across all our partners. We have benefited by streamlining our reporting process and can draw insight across partners, channels, and campaigns.

I have been using Singular since 1.5 years and it has been awesome experience ,with the amount of granulaity in the data ,reporting it provides.This is user friendly and can be easily handled. Singular has a lot of features which help the adtech industry to nalyse the data better.
Singular team has a great team who are always there to support us.

Nothing as of now. This has been a great MMP tool.

**What do you like best about Singular?**

When we started working with Singular we were really impressed with a few things:
1. The huge amount of integrations they support
2. Their great onboarding process - whether for new integrations or migrations from old solutions
3. Their general approach in regards to creating new intgrations based on the client's need. They don't charge extra for creating new integrations and they strive to build new ones as fast as possible. Their approach is that building new integrations help both their clients and themselves. I looked into a few companies that facilitate such services and none had this point of view.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

The only thing I dislike is the general pricing model in this area which is not specific to Singular. 
For extracting data from ad platforms most companies (Singular included) set the cost as a percentage of the amount the advertiser spends.

**What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Singular saves us the trouble of developing new intergations with ad platform apis.
With Singular, whenever we begin activity in a new ad platform we integrate with that ad platform in a couple of clicks.

Some features are not entirely intuitive. I missed being able to use API in gsheet.

I use Singular daily. Easy to use visualization and attribution setup, fast and friendly CS team, and at the forefront of SKAN attribution setup making them a trusted source of knowledge. 

Dashboards are fast and approachble, reports offer a lot of dimensions and customaztions.

**What do you dislike about Singular?**

Sometimes some of the reports load a little slowly, and the report saving is a little bit of a nuance. Limited dashboard and pivot table functionality.

Attribution of marketing campaigns to determing spend/budget allocation. Source of truth for marketing decisions.

The singular team has been a  one stop resource for all questions on attribution and MMP. They display ownerhship and have a valued partnership ethic with product and ops teams where they partner with us closely on all solutions for MMP. 

Our experience  with working with the team is fantastic and it seems the team has merged seamlessly within Uber and is available 24*4 to answer tough questions.

I think we have faced some issues on Meta with regards to customised tech implementation for postback templates and advanced solutioning when it comes to transitioning to the SAN configs but those are unique challenges for our tech stack

The website is very user friendly compared to some other MMPs that I've used and they continue to evolve it and add new features.

To get an aggregate of all the attribution data in a single place. It is very easy to understand.
Any doubts are quickly resolved by the team and it is fairly easy to work with them. 
All our teams depend on singular on a day to day basis. 
The governance feature is cherry on top. 
We have also integrated other tools in our stack with singular.
Also the ability to create weblinks is one of the most used feature by us.

Sometimes the interface can be a bit slow and confusing.

Singular provided the solution to analyze the return from platform-wise and campaign-wise landing page and app install campaigns. I really enjoyed the customer centric work ethic Singular caters to. They are always customer first and will try and craft the solution to cater to our individual needs. The PoC we were dealing with from singular was also top notch.

Over the past few days, the TAT on their support tickets have increased, but i guess that is due to the ongoing tension in israel and palestine. Hence, nothing to complain about.
