Whether its for sorting orders, defining important factors, or for invoicing, the automations are extremely helpful. **What do you dislike about Shipstation?** The time it takes to have any issue resolved, no matter how small. A simple issue that prevented us from removing a prior ship-from location took over two years to resolve, thus making our inventory pulls difficult due to the inaccuracy. **What problems is Shipstation solving and how is that benefiting you?** ShipStation prevents the need for a ton of manual order creations. With the API allowing our customers to place orders directly to our store, we no longer need to copy/paste and build every order with specific notes. ### 2.
